ATT Locations

I have used my next up to upgrade from 15 plus to 17 pm. I haven’t dropped off my old device yet at an UPS store. But the att app says I dropped it off and there is a tracking number as well. Any suggestions why this has happened ?

I just got off the phone with Att for the 5th time already for trying to undergo military suspension for me and my family. Currently for the past few weeks I’ve been resubmitting tickets to ATT with military orders for PCS and have been told no other dependents are on my orders when clearly my wife is on there and our 3rd line is in our possession as me and my wife use that for backup purposes. However I’m being told that none of what I’m doing is being authorized and that all lines will still have service and international charges incured for my 3 year overseas tour costing me an extra 360 a month! What an absolute joke. It seems their entire setup is to wear down the claimant. I initially uploaded what they said was the required documentation. Two weeks later, I get an email basically asking for the exact same items. I explicitly asked, in the email, which of my original documents wasn't what we required. They never answered. I decided to upgrade my phone on the ATT next. I had the iPhone 15 pro max. They had a $500 upgrade offer, so the iphone 17 pro max would be $19.49 (about) and I was going to pay the extra $10 for the next up whenever.
