I went to a ATT store and got a new connection e-sim. I wanted a prepaid connection, but the person said they can’t do prepaid from stores, only postpaid. I found this weird. I very well remember people got new prepaid connections from stores! Why can’t prepaid connection be done from stores!

When my son dropped his old iPhone and broke it, I took him to the local ATT store to get a new one. I paid off the old one and was offered a promotion on a new iPhone 13. Just got a new door and opener (Liftmaster 6690 )installed yesterday... My wife tried connecting to the Wi-Fi using the app, and it fails, so it starts walking her through a bunch of steps to troubleshoot including opening the door on the unit itself to put into learning mode and such. Through that process, somehow it reset parameters in the unit (we believe) and somehow locked out the ability to open the door anymore with the error code 4-2. So we called our installers and they came back out, reset the unit and asked why we had the door on the unit open. I'm looking at using a [GLINET Slate AX](https://store-us.gl-inet.com/products/slate-ax-gl-axt1800-gigabit-wireless-router) which will also let me get rid of the wifi repeater I'm renting from ATT.
