ATT Locations

I have an upgrade deal from ATT and I ordered Air through an ATT online store because many on r/ATT recommended to order a phone online rather than at the local ATT store. But then after reading several posts on r/ATT again, from many who had opened boxed with what appears to be used iPhones delivered, I decided to cancel my order with a fear of getting an opened and used Air. What most suggested was to get Air from the Apple Store but I am not sure if I do get the upgrade deal from ATT and even if I do, how easy the process to get the deal. Any advice? Thanks.

Hi all, Google Messages search is basiclly broken for me. What’s happening Messages/threads definitely exist (I can open the conversation and scroll older messages). But search finds nothing in messages over a few weeks old. Global search (magnifying glass) returns “No results found” for terms that are definitely in my messages. Went to ATT store on Jan 31, 2026 to take their iphone 17 Pro Max upgrade offer. As of Jan 31, the store rep evaluated the phone, looked at the account and I verbally confirmed that we didn't have to change our Unlimited VL plans because the T&C on Jan 31 were silent on it. With the promotion, I received a new iphone, but wanted to keep my old iphone active and just keep the free phone that came with the promotion as a backup. The employee who set me up at the official verizon store, activated the brand new free phone first and then transitioned the number to my original device. I live in Northwest Florida. Got starlink mini this week to keep on hand standby in case I want to take it with me camping or for hurricane prep. I used starlink while stationed in Germany and worked great, but I had the Gen 2 dish based on a promo. Now I am back in the USA and still got the Gen 2 system stored away. I got AT&T fiber, but the number of outages has been frequent for whatever reason and I live in a newer home area with fiber as the main internet source. Ok, here’s my situation. Current Verizon customer (7-8 years) with four lines, all phones paid off. Just got married and my wife is a current Verizon member but I want to bring her line over to my plan. Currently paying about $200 for my lines and Verizon’s website quoted me $230 to add her. Was at Costco recently and the ATT sales guy quoted me $140 for all \*5\* lines plus two new phones and a $500 Costco card to boot. Is there \*any\* chance I can walk into a Verizon store and get them to come anywhere close? What’s my best plan of attack? Would appreciate anyone who’s been in a similar position.
