Amazon Fresh Locations

I thought this was a pretty good price for the amount of fish/meat/nuts/cheese etc. Three weeks might seem optimistic, but I'm factoring in the food I already have in, eg eggs, paella rice, mussels etc, and I'm probably out of the house for half my lunches and half my dinners every week. I will do top ups on the way home past Waitrose for bread/tomatoes/milk etc as needed. Also for anyone who also loves cheese, the Morrisons Langres here is a high recommend - fantastic flavour and half the price of similar ones!

I remember how exciting it was for a flagship whole foods to open in tarzana. When I visit my parents in Encino I used to like that whole foods. Now I go to whole foods in woodland hills with that crazy parking lot. Or gelsons tarzana. The gelsons in tarzana could use a remodel for some reason. I wonder if Sprouts would ever open in Encino or Tarzana or even Sherman Oaks?? The ralphs in Encino near white oak is a disaster!! I also wonder who will take over the old Amazon fresh in Encino?? One thing gelsons in Encino and tarzana are good at is keeping things in stock with good dates. Gelsons also sells in store made fresh squeezed orange juice just like whole foods does.

So I applied for two supervisor positions at two different Whole Foods a few days ago and Im defitnally qualified for both due to my past work history as a assistant manager with Amazon and Walmart. I also used to work at Amazon Fresh before they laid off all Zone Leads. I applied via Sage on the website. I havnt received a call back or email about anything man. On Google maps all the locations nearby are marked closed but I'm able to, and have already once last month received a delivery. Does that mean these locations are still operating only as warehouses but you can't go inside or pickup from them anymore? I haven't been able to drive to the Fairfax one to check which is the one I used to pick up from and presumably where I got and will be getting my delivery from. I can't imagine a building designed for retail being converted to a warehouse due to zoning, and if so how long can they operate like that? They are saying I missed a block on the 26th I talked to the agent to about canceling the block because I had to update my phone number she told me she cancelled it. On the 27th I had a block was on the phone with support about my app not working she told me to cancel. I tried to do another block thinking that would fix it the problem nope but I talked to an agent he said to cancel the block and he put a ticket in I got two tickets on and everything. And they aren’t trying to fix my standings at and I’m trying to see how long does it take to improve standings?

Why does Walmart use the Last name and first initial for delivery? And did they recently switch it? In a house where everyone's last name is Smith how can you know who the delivery is for when it just says "Smith J."??? I was building my Amazon fresh order when suddenly all of my food except one item, and half of my non-food items were removed from my cart while I was still in the app. Some of them were just deleted but most of the went to my “saved for later” and under almost EVERY one of these items I got the message that “this item is no longer available from the seller you selected.” About 15 food items, some clothing, a food thermometer, and some other random stuff. This just happened, I was literally in the middle of adding stuff to my cart when I noticed a bunch of things got removed…whaaaaaat??

This isn't getting talked about enough. With all these layoffs and people having to restructure their lives, leaning on community is more important now than ever.
