I want to eat basically only brisket because it's the cheapest meat I've found besides ground beef (which tastes rotten to me so I avoid it) and brisket has a very good fat to protein ratio. Also only have to cook one piece of meat once every 7-10 days. I get the brisket at Costco so it's not grass finished but that doesn't bother me. If I really do need a variety of cuts I guess I could add chuck roast because it's only $1 more per pound and t-bone steak because it's $1.29 more at the Mexican grocery store for some reason. I don’t know if I’m overthinking this, but I’ve always had reservations about composting paper bags from the grocery store. My concern is that the ink used for the labels and logos along with the adhesives, would be toxic if the compost is used in a garden bed for veggies. Would it be safe? My Google foo has failed me and I'm drowning in a bunch of DAM solutions, photo managers, hosting providers, cdns etc. We have a few hundred products each with a dozen associated images and a bunch of marketing material in image format.
