Latest Comments & Reviews & Feedback & Social Media Sharing of the Albertsons Latest Community Discussions About AlbertsonsI lost my boy a year ago and yet the pain won't ease up. I feel so guilty..I can't keep going like this.2h agoI don't usually post in topics like this but I'm not sure where else to go for now. This is my baby's story. I lost my boy, Clyde, last December (2024). He was the healthiest cat prior. Only 14. He had developed a thyroid disorder that year and was on meds. We went to his routine check ups and in the time he was with this vet, he apparently ended up developing heart failure that was completely missed and was not a thing in 2023-early 2024 on tests from another vet. The vet never ran the tests to check his heart on the meds as he adjusted them. When we finally got to the point of noticing, he was breathing heavily and we rushed him in. They told me he had asthma..."... Best coffee franchise opportunities to own?2h agoI am looking into the best coffee franchise opportunities to own and I am trying to figure out what actually works long-term not just what actually looks good on Instagram. If you have owned one, managed one or seriously researched them, which coffee franchise models seem to perform best and why? • Drive-thru only vs café seating vs kiosk/cart setups • How much location matters compared to the brand itself • What the day-to-day headaches really are (staffing, consistency, food add-ons, morning rush etc) Also curious what people think: Is a coffee franchise still a solid idea in 2026, or is the market too saturated now with local shops, delivery apps, and convenience st... From Ramen Noodles to Real Deals: My Wild Ride as a Teen Entrepreneur (17-20)2h agoHey Reddit fam! Ever wonder what it’s like to dive headfirst into entrepreneurship when most of your friends are just figuring out college applications? Well, that was me, barely 17, with a head full of ideas and exactly zero clue what I was doing. Forget part-time jobs flipping burgers; I wanted to build something from scratch. My first 'office' was literally my messy bedroom, fueled by instant noodles and way too much caffeine. Man, those early days were brutal. I thought I had it all figured out, but reality hit me like a brick. Countless hours spent coding a website that never launched, trying to sell services nobody wanted, and facing rejection after rejection. There were s... Raising margins2h agoI used to run my supermarket on what I thought were “fair” prices. Not cheap, not expensive. Just safe. People didn’t complain. The store was busy. Margins were thin, but that’s just how it is, right? Then I had a conversation with someone who knows retail inside out. He asked about my pricing. I told him. He laughed. Not kindly actually laughed. Said I was underpricing myself and asked a simple question: what are you afraid of? The answer was uncomfortable. I was afraid people would stop coming. Afraid they’d complain. Afraid they’d say I was greedy or not worth it. Those prices weren’t based on costs or value. They were based on fear. He challenged me to raise prices a... How desperate will you go to dumpster dive ?2h agoFor the right item , I will actually climb in a dumpster. This particular dumpster is relatively low about 4 ft tall with lids. No sliding doors. I went up over and in. There were 3 large 40 packs of bottled water in there. The end of the packages were ripped so pulling them out would likely spill the entire package all over the dumpster. I went in and dropped the packages out into laundry baskets. It was quick , efficient and had me on my way. Thankfully, this is a safe location. Even if the manager had seen me , she doesn't care. She might have been shocked I crawled in as I'm 62 ,but I really wanted the water. i passed up the junk food. Out tap water is nasty and this is a luxur... mkt prepper2h agoJan 20th @ 1:30pm…this is how we prepare for a general strike…by understanding the inconvenience small actions like ...2h agoCALL TO ACTION - Feeling like there's nothing you can do? How Do AI Shopping Assistants Decide Which Products to Recommend2h agoWhen someone asks ChatGPT "What's a good standing desk under $500?" the AI does not browse stores the way humans do. It does not scroll through collection pages or read marketing copy. It extracts data from sources it can parse and synthesizes an answer. Understanding how AI tools select products helps you understand what your store needs to be included in their recommendations. # How Do AI Tools Process Product Information AI shopping assistants gather information from various sources - websites, databases, product feeds. When they access a web page, they process the content to extract relevant details. The extraction process works better with some content formats than ot... prepper2h agoNo signal: Verizon (VZ) promises credits as service is restored following a nationwide outage. Best place to get tickets on secondary market?2h agoNeed 1 ticket for the Texans game to get a friend in. He's been looking at resale sites, the usual, tick Master, stub hub, etc... Anyone have a go to store for tickets on the secondary market? Also wondering if ticket prices drop at all as the game gets closer. Thx!! Week 2: Singaporean - Laksa2h agoI have never made Singaporean food before. A quick google search showed that hainanese chicken and Laksa was the top dish. Hainanese chicken sounded to plain for this challenge, so a challenge indeed I picked. I could not find the ingredients from the recipe for the life of me. I went to three different grocery stores, and not a single one had laksa paste, lemongrass or bird eye chilis. I ended up substituting the laksa paste with red curry paste and lemon grass with a splash of lemon and the chilis with a spoon of gochujang. I’m not sure how different it was compared to if I had all the authentic ingredients, but the end product was really tasty! I wish I had made more. Interviewers always give me nasty looks.2h agoSo, I'm 32 years old, and a guy. I graduated college with a bachelor's in film studies but so far my only job experience is being a freelance video editor -- have edited a lot of official trailers for feature films -- as well as a year as a crisis counsellor volunteer. I've wanted to get a stable full-time job because the video editing is not consistent. But every single interview I do, regardless of the position, ends terribly and the entire time the interview lasts is social awkward at least to me, and I end up thinking to myself early on or mid-way through each interview something along the lines of: "Yeah... they're going to go with someone else and just ignor... How do you see the functional 3D printing market?2h agoHey everyone, I’ve been thinking about getting into 3D printing, but I’m honestly not that into making figurines or decorative stuff. What really catches my attention is **functional prints** — things that actually fix a problem or make something work better. Stuff like replacement parts, small tools, adapters, little fixes for everyday objects, or custom pieces you just can’t find in a store. Basically prints that exist because someone *needs* them, not because they look cool on a shelf. For those of you who are already in this space, how do you see that side of the market? Is there real demand for this kind of thing? Does it feel saturated, or is there still room for people... Ginger bug gone flat2h agoMy ginger bug is on day 5 now and originally by day 2 it had a bit of fizz going on which was cool but now it's completely flat and this murky white color. I've been storing it loosely covered in a dark cabinet and the temp has remained 72°F. To 400ml of unfiltered water I've been adding 1 tbsp each of fresh ginger and white granulated sugar. I'm not positive the ginger was organic but I just got it from my local asian grocery store that usually has good produce. It isn't slimy and it just smells like ginger so I don't think it's gone bad at all. I don't even know if the white murkiness is because of the sugar or yeast because it doesn't smell ye... How do I confront my coworker about singling me out?2h agoHi I’m 21F working in a grocery store bakery. I’ve worked at this job for nearly two years now. But lately I’ve been dealing with a coworker (worked here less than a year) who has been singling me out and honestly managing me despite not being in a position of management nor has any interest in it. It’s gotten worse since our department manager has left, and we are now understaffed. We have a group chat and almost every shift I work with him he posts in it telling me I did something wrong (ex: accidentally not putting a label exactly on the front) and will try telling me what to do at work, and tries to make changes to the bake schedule (he’s never baked). He’s mentioned my... i drank kava2h agoit was just at the grocery store so i bought some it was kinda gross and made me wanna throw up drinking it but now i feel rly nice, my head feels light and heavy at the same time and my thoughts are really slow. it’s like weed a bit but more sedating and less anxiety. music sounds rly nice i just wanna melt into the bed i feel rly happy !! dysphoria/bdd all gone too i just feel like me 🙂 [GTS] Average Grocery Store Chain StarterPack2h ago🛡︠Content Safety: All discussions are automatically filtered for inappropriate content to ensure a safe browsing experience. |
