I don’t know what happened to basic decency, but it feels like people completely stopped caring about parents with newborns. From people on sidewalks to people in grocery stores—why should I have to derail my stroller so you can walk freely? I have a newborn. Maneuvering a stroller isn’t exactly easy or quick. We would go get free chicken tenders at the grocery store cuz they would give kids a free one, eventually they told us we couldn’t get any more. Around the corner my dad would pick up rice from the local Chinese restaurant and dump baked beans into it. We would make lemonade using water lemon and sugar from the same spot. Then we had to pick up a baking pan for her at Amazon Fresh store in another area so I made a little detour after picking it up to hit another Target and an Albertson's then a Ralph's on the way back home.
