I know that the orchids in grocery stores are really sad and they don't receive proper care, so l'm concerned about her. If you take a close look, the total bottom of the plant body seems rotten, the white fuzz. Or it's starting to rot. But most of the healthy juicy roots are coming out of there, so maybe she's fine.
