Latest Comments & Reviews & Feedback & Social Media Sharing of the Albertsons Latest Community Discussions About AlbertsonsGraduating in the spring, any advice?4h agoI’m looking to polish up my resume before applying to my first full time position after I graduate in May. I really want to work in an advertising agency, but I’m not sold on what position just yet. I have a separate portfolio but I want to get a solid grip on this first. Any advice helps! Can't even walk on the sidewalk atp.4h agoDog **** in the grass is already bad enough, but dog **** on the SIDEWALK?!? Christ on a cob these lazy fucks can't even take 5 seconds out of their day to at least pick it up! There's **zero** excuses too,you got grocery store bags, regular poop bags, paper bags, sandwiche bags, etc. Mobility issues? Get a scooper. Too squeamish? Get a scooper. Old? Get a scooper. I shouldn't have to evade **** on the sidewalk as if I'm in ******* bullet **** game,I don't wanna hawk eye the ******* sidewalk everyday. People who leave dog **** on the ground, especially on the sidewalk, oughta get slapped in the face with a $1,500 fine along with the **** they left behind. I'm thin... New in Mira Bhayandar — looking for friends before I start talking to myself 😄4h agoHey folks 👋 Just moved to Mira Bhayandar and currently at that stage where I know the grocery stores but zero people my age. Looking to make some genuine friends — up for badminton, cricket, football, swimming, card games, or even clubs/drinks. Basically, if it involves fun and human interaction, I’m in. Normal, friendly, not creepy, and new to Mumbai — so bonus points if you’re also figuring life out 😄 DMs open! Would a shelf-restocking robot actually help grocery stores? Looking for real-world feedback4h agoNeed advice on how you guys handle doubles at Costco specifically4h agoI'm a new shopper, 9 weeks in, Gold, and should be Platinum later this quarter. The first couple of weeks were tough, but I feel a lot more experienced now. One of the things that I haven't yet tried are doubles at Costco. There are a LOT of Costco doubles (and triples of course) here. Even at Gold CartStar, I'd say I can be at home and not have to wait long to have access to a Costco double. On Sundays, there are sometimes 5-6 on my screen. I take Costco singles when they're available, but they're pretty rare. I like Costco because they always have everything in stock, and more people tend to tip. I'm scared to take a Costco double for a few reasons though, ... Looking for real-world feedback4h agoBroad help on ads - comaristore.com4h agoHi there, I've been a couple of months trying my luck on e-commerce. Done paid meta ads with AI UGC, paid an influencer, organically (3 videos a day), still no results. I've read that since it's a B2C store, Meta ads should work the best, but for me it really hasn't turned out as expected. I was wondering if you could give me a deep insight into what exactly is it that has worked for you. Bear in mind the niche differences and the audience needs/wants for each market. If you could give me the platform, amount spend (if so), type of content, and tips (time of publish, frequency, targeted audience, etc) it would be of great help. Hope to hear back soon, thank in advan... Literally banned from TCG sub for telling them how to defeat all of this subreddit easily low diff 🤣4h agoGuess they all deserve to get scalped by this sub and poke bros of they ban people trying to help them lmao Would a shelf-restocking robot actually help grocery stores? Looking for real-world feedback4h agoApplying to state with 10 years grocery experience4h agoI worked in a grocery store for 10+ years, 9 of which I managed departments. I have been applying to OT jobs with the state as it is entry level and I ranked high on the exam. I just wonder if there is any job I should be looking at that might overlap more with a grocery background. I have been tailoring my SOQ/Resume to overlap skills that are transferable but I would like any advice/tips from people who came from retail and found success with the state. To be honest, I would be happy stocking milk and eggs for the rest of my life if it paid enough. Hence why I am pursuing the state, for job security and guaranteed merit increases. Are there any physical jobs in the state that would be co... Would a shelf-restocking robot actually help grocery stores? Looking for real-world feedback4h agoHey everyone, I’m a mechanical engineer exploring potential startup ideas in robotics. My (to-be) cofounder and I have been discussing a concept, and before going any further, I want to sanity-check whether this is a real problem or just an engineer’s fantasy. The idea: A mobile robot designed specifically for grocery stores that can: Receive an input that a shelf/SKU needs restocking Navigate to the correct aisle and shelf Bring the correct SKU and restock it Do a full restocking pass overnight for empty or low shelves Possible additional functions: Floor cleaning (basic sweeping/mopping) Checking for expired items or items close to expiration Shelf scanning for misplaced or ... What’s that one tea you’ve tried multiple times to get into but cannot4h agoFor me, it’s Darjeeling. I’ve had grocery store brands (mostly Bigelow) all the way up to Soom TGFOP1 and have been more or less “meh” about them overall. The dry leaf smells incredible but that never translates to a good tasting brew for me. Am open to anyone who has a Darjeeling recommendation to help me see the light but so far it’s been dim. What tea for you has been highly lauded but ultimately a bit disappointing? Zakeke vs Threekit and Expivi, which 3D product configurator wins for customization and flexibility?4h agoI’m evaluating different 3D product configurators for my store, and I’m torn between Zakeke, Threekit, and Expivi. I run a store with a wide range of customizable products, and I need a tool that not only shows products in 3D but also lets my customers interact with them easily. Here's a quick rundown of my thoughts so far: * **Zakeke:** The ease of integration and its strong focus on user experience really stand out to me. It’s API-first, and it seems much more agile than some of the other platforms. Plus, I’ve heard great things about its web-to-print capabilities, which is essential for some of my custom products. * **Threekit:** This one is impressive, especially for high-q... Eyedrops for bravery?4h agoThis is an odd question but I was watching the show "Old Enough" which is a show about little kids in Japan running an errand all by themselves like going grocery shopping, picking up a watch from a repair store, etc. And in one episode the mom asked this little girl if she wanted eyedrops and I think she said it was to help her be brave? So she put eyedrops in this kids eyes before sending her off. Is this a thing in Japan or just like, a thing this particular mom does with her kid? We Stopped Making Bad Decisions by building a boardroom of experts4h agoWe've been dealing with a lot of grief and decision paralysis lately. ChatGPT was too nice. We needed a debate. So Iwehooked up 8 top Ai's into a single room and made them argue over life choices. It really helped. We put it online for $10 if anyone else needs 'Decision Insurance' for a big choice (quitting a job, breaking up, signing a lease). It deletes all data after the session. [acornboardroom.com](http://acornboardroom.com) New electrolyte drink4h agoI have had a love for mineral water for a long time and came across Essentuki number 17 mineral water recently. Its from Russia and is quite strong but it has an ultra high mineral content, and its especially high in salt. They also make a less strong version called Essentuki no. 4. You should not drink too much of this at once as it can upset your stomach and actually dehydrate you from excess consumption. But for those who can tolerate its stronger taste, its a good idea for something different then the same old electrolyte mixes. You could also flavor it yourself. This can be bought at most European grocery stores in the US or ordered online. My experience using Moreta Pay in Vietnam4h agoI installed Moreta Pay first when coming to the Philippines. It ended up being completely useless there because most places don't accept QR code payments, and those that do also accept international cards. However, Vietnam is the polar opposite. Card acceptance is pretty common, but otherwise QR codes are accepted everywhere (alongside with cash). I could realistically go out with zero cash and be able to pay for anything. There is a transaction fee of 1.5%, so I still pay with my card wherever I can (mostly grocery stores) unless there is a surcharge for card payments. One limitation of Moreta Pay is with online orders. Some of them allow you to pay with a QR code, but more often t... 🛡︠Content Safety: All discussions are automatically filtered for inappropriate content to ensure a safe browsing experience. |
