I live 4 miles from the grocery store. I usually order ~30 items, nothing too heavy, 4 boxes of seltzer the heaviest. I put in notes for items like meats for desired weights. All replacements are entered. I ask to have items left at my door, I have a box things can be left in. Orders are usually between $150-220. My last order was $189 and I tipped $28 A time before that, $163 + $24 tip I know it's not 20%, but with the fees, grocery costs up and what not, makes it hard to tip more. The tip options given, I believe they suggest all under 15%.... I can't recall at the moment. Just want to make sure I'm a decent customer, I often get diamond shoppers.

I’m looking for a home in the 375k to 450k area and i make gross minimum 120k in CA. I have no debt besides my car, which i plan to refinance to lower my debt/income ratio ( id still be paying extra towards the car). Given what I’ve seen and what i have, I’m sure i can qualify for a mortgage and my payment would likely sit between 2750 and 3250.
