I wanted a faster way to spot niches, so I made a simple dashboard that collects charts, trends, filters, and ranking movements from different countries. After using it for a few weeks, it helped me find niches for my next 10 apps. One of those apps reached **45K+ installs and $18K revenue in 5 months**, so the tool has already paid off for me. Now I’m finally releasing it to the public. The tool updates daily, and it’s always interesting to see how fast some apps move. **For example, today’s trending app in the US is BigFuture Sc... He faked our parents passing way so I got him back46m agoLet me start by telling you what my brother (17m at the time) did to deserve the emotional torture I put him through. I believe he also posted this story on Reddit years ago. When I was young (about 8f) my parents went to go get new phones. I didnt know this. So when I asked my older brother when they would get home, he said "you have to get over this, they died years ago. I cant keep going over this with you." And when I started crying and not believing him, he said "go ahead and try to call them if you dont believe me". Which is when I called... and got a dead tone... because they were currently getting new phones. He left the room and I proceeded to LITERALLY grieve my... A Warning Against World Financial Group and Other MLMs | DEEP DIVE48m agoThis post is intended to be a resource on WFG. After seeing the effects of this company in my area (Vancouver), I felt that more people need to know, especially since many WFG members work under different company names. **TL;DR** World Financial Group (WFG) is a business that sells insurance under an Multi-Level-Marketing (MLM) style structure. MLMs essentially require their associates to recruit more people into the company, similar to a pyramid scheme. An abundance of questionable business practices and red flags make this company one to avoid. **Disclaimer** As I will be making a lot of claims here, some of what I say is my personal opinion and my own experience. Claims will be backed... Reccomendations on candy with no red dye #40??52m agoI’m American and allergic to red dye #40 (I get hives and my throat, hands and feet get VERY itchy) SO MANY fruity candies have this dye in them. I do sometimes go out of my way to buy German Haribo candies, but only know if a couple places to buy them. Trader Joe’s doesn’t use artificial colors but I’m trying to find things I can get at the regular corner store or grocery (or even Amazon.) Currently I have- Mambas Hi-chew A FEW kinds of American haribo gummies (yooooo sour kicks!) And…uh… not much else. What are your favorite candies that use natural colors?? Bro how bad do you need it 🥴54m agoI know they sell that fruit riot stuff at most grocery stores now there’s no way they needed to order from 20+ miles away. Immediate decline. Is it rude/creepy/inappropriate to look at kids in public places?55m agoObviously, staring is rude no matter how old someone is, so I refrain from looking at anyone for an unnecessarily extended period of time. However, if I see kids hanging out with their parents in the grocery store, running around and playing at the park, hanging out with their friends around the neighborhood, I'll look for a little bit, because they remind me of the children in my life and it helps me visualize having a child of my own. I don't state in the sense of locking on to someone for a whole *** minute, but I definitely look to the point where it might be noticeable, and I feel really guilty afterwards and worry that their parents might think I'm a creep. I recently moved from the syria to the USA, my question is what are the best grocery stores56m agoWhich one sells the best thing, do some sell live animal, how many are there, I am in Pennsylvania Winter clothing (no jackets)56m agoSo… I already got my Winter jacket. But I bought some Walmart thermals and honestly, wasted my money. Then I bought the UNIQLO ones and they seem better but since the weather this week is warmer, I haven’t try them yet. This is my first winter in Winnipeg and I don’t have a large budget for clothing so. What things do you think are worth the investment and what are just fine to buy in Dollarama or Walmart? Should I just buy winter boots at Walmart? or invest in any specific brand? What about mittens and scarfs? and socks?? I commute by bus and do 20-30 minutes walks outside between places (home-bus stop or home-grocery store) What are they even called? Figurines that hang over a computer monitor1h agoBrowsing a random “we sell everything!” store, my wife found a few cute little figurines that dangle over the top of a computer monitor, laptop, TV, etc. Basically just cute little plastic or rubbery buddies (in this case, Halloween themed cats) that slot onto the corner or edge of a computer monitor for decoration. Do these have a name, or a good search term to use to find more? We’ve tried stuff like “monitor hanging figurines” and “dangling decorations” and stuff along those lines, but there’s got to be a market for these and they must have a NAME, right? We’d appreciate any advice! Getting spit at in the street as a young black foreigner in Norway...1h agoHi, for context: I’ve been living in Norway for five years. My dad married a foreign woman, then I grew up in the UK before moving back here. I’m young, Black, average height. I live in West Oslo, near Skøyen, and I often get spat at by white men of all ages, during the day, not in bar or night since i don't go out. They see me from far away, and right before we pass each other on the street, they spit on the ground, on the side where I’m about to walk a few seconds later. Then they just stare the ground and ignore me. At first I thought it was a coincidence, but it’s happening once or twice a week (sometimes more), depending on how often I leave my home. Honestly, it’s... Second Child, But Treated Like the Eldest — Former Breadwinner Ate Learning to Step Back After Years of Carrying My Fa...1h agoI’m a Filipina in my 30s, now living in the US with my husband and children, and I wanted to share something that might resonate with a lot of eldest daughters, “ate figures,” and breadwinners — even though technically, I’m the second child. Growing up, I wasn’t treated like a bunso or even a middle child. I was treated like the eldest daughter, the fixer, the one expected to rise above everything. I grew up in real poverty. Not the “tipid-tipid lang” kind — the kind where my parents borrowed money just so we could eat, buy rice, or have jeepney fare for school. There was constant stress and fighting about money. And as a child, witnessing that creates a permanent imprint... I Supported Trump, But My 43-Year-Old Grocery Store Is Bankrupt Because of His Tariffs and Policies1h ago2025/2026 Updates #3: Advanced -- $30/week -- Grocery Store1h ago**Basics:** This menu plan is not Dollar Tree-friendly. It's for people familiar with grocery stores and budgeting, who are seeking a way to lower expenses. It assumes you have some items on-hand. **Calories:** Not calculated. I'd estimate between 1,000-1,400/day depending on how you use the ingredients. **Duration:** ~$60 for (2) weeks. Prices linked are as of the date of this post. **Notes:** You can plug the ingredients into online options such as www.SuperCook.com or AI programs for recipe ideas. --- **Produce: ~$20; stay at or under $1/lb per item, if possible** * $1.84x3 - (3) 10-oz. bags of fresh [spinach](https://www.walmart.com/ip/Marketside-Fresh-Spinach-10-oz... Lamb shanks1h agoHi does anyone know where I can go to get them at a grocery store? I never been to Safeway before so I don’t want to waste a trip down there if no one has never seen them before I’m so proud!1h agoWhen I got this from my local grocery store it was labeled green foliage and was small and dying in way too big a pot. I saved it and here we are, huge leaves, constant growth and now it’s too big for the pot I have it in! Going to find the perfect new home for it today! But just wanted to show it’s big beautiful leaves ❤️ Beau 5 1/2 a louer( cession de bail). 1er décembre- janvier max. Mid-30s and just found out I have food allergies… I have questions about respiratory symptoms.1h agoTL;DR: Can long-term exposure to food allergens cause ongoing breathing issues? And if you slip up, how long do respiratory symptoms usually stick around? ** I’m pretty new to the food allergies thing, so this might be long and overly detailed. But I’m hoping for some insight so I figured that being thorough wouldn’t hurt 😅. For the last several months I’ve been dealing with nonstop breathing problems. Constant shortness of breath, feeling winded doing basic stuff, random coughing fits—the works. I went through every test imaginable trying to find out why. I did a lung function test - “Above average.” Chest X-ray - Clear. Bloodwork - Totally normal. Meanwhile I can... Supermarket to host 'Double Exchange Day' for pennies1h agoA supermarket chain operating across several states in the Northeast is tackling the [current penny shortage](https://thehill.com/homenews/nexstar_media_wire/5563641-how-the-growing-penny-shortage-may-impact-you/) by hosting a “Double Exchange Day” for customers. Shoppers at Price Chopper and Market 32 stores, which can be found in Connecticut, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New York, Pennsylvania and Vermont, are being asked to bring in loose or wrapped pennies in exchange for a Price Chopper [gift card](https://thehill.com/business/5580030-pennies-gift-card-exchange-giant-eagle/) worth double the value of their change. “Exchanges must total a minimum of 50 cents (earning a $1 card) ... AITA for not paying more money for a cake I already bought?1h agoThrowaway for anonymity Okay so some context. I (30F) went to pick up my one year old's birthday party smash cake this morning. I had been communicating back and forth with the bakery via email. About 2 weeks ago (edit i went and double checked the email, it was 15 days ago) I wrote asking to change the 4 inch cake to a 6 inch cake. I was not informed of a price increase (I double checked) but I was expecting at most a $20 increase. So originally the cake would be 35 dollars, 37 with tax. When I first asked for pricing I was told for an easy flavor/easy design they start out at 27 dollars. This whilst a cute cake, was nothing excessive as far as design. It had polka dots on the s... Let’s share our hidden gems in Alicante! 💎1h agoHey everyone! I thought it would be fun to make a community thread where we all share the unique, lesser-known spots we’ve discovered around Alicante - the places that made you think “how is this not more popular?” It can be anything: • a small neighbourhood restaurant or café • a quirky shop or local business • a bar with personality • an unusual attraction or random cool corner of the city • any spot that feels like a hidden treasure To kick things off, here are two of mine - both on the same street: Yokoso Market (C. Pintor Cabrera) A tiny Japanese grocery store with loads of snacks, sauces, drinks and cute imports you won’t find elsewhere. Super cosy, super fr... 🛡︠Content Safety: All discussions are automatically filtered for inappropriate content to ensure a safe browsing experience. |
