I’ve been doing deliveries off and on for years and until recently I’ve never had this big of a problem with Walmart. For the past two months every time I accept an order from Walmart with multiple stops the store cancels either all of orders or all but one of the orders after sitting and waiting for 30-45 minutes at pick up. I’m sick and tired of decline the dozens of orders from Walmart I get sent. It’s killed my acceptance rate. I went from being in the 50-60s to the low 20s solely because of Walmart. I know some of your stores do and probably did today more picks than just over 12,000. But for our store I don't think I have seen in 5 plus years what I saw today. I might be wrong because especially when I first started and for probably my first 3 years at least I didn't have My Store other than temporarily when literally everyone had it for a time. But I could always see the number of picks and I don't recall seeing us break 3,000 in the queue. We did today at one point. And I saw 31 in the dispense queue at one point. Right now we are giving them Purina One kibble alongside half a can of Fancy Feast. We top their food with salmon oil as well as Nacho Broth. I’m an overnight TL for grocery. Recently my peer promoted to ETL for another district after being blocked for months, with the SDs and DSDs for both districts being in a struggle to make it happen. My store didn’t want to let them go and the other district really wanted/needed them.
