Hello! It's my first time vacationing in California and I'm in the Westminster area. I want to find cool souvenirs to bring back home, but I don't want to walk into souvenir store that sells "I love California!" Type items. Has anyone had luck making their own larou in a dehydrator? Marinate for a few days and dehydrate like normal meat strips for 12-15 hours or something? No Prague powder or anything right? I want to be able to store it on the shelf like the air dried ones they sell in the market in China. Is that just dehydrated longer or something? Is just strong alcohol enough? Hey guys, I've had a check engine light (solid orange, not blinking) come on intermittently in the past week. Not sure what to think about it. Is it just the car, or faulty sensors? Everything works fine otherwise, no mechanical issues/engine runs perfectly fine. I had the check engine light come on for the first time at 600mi., it turned off before I took it to my local VW dealership. They did a scan and found a faulty fuel pump sensor (related to evap) and replaced it under warranty. No issues afterwards. Question: I am freshly 21 as of last week, loyal Meijer shopper so of course for my birthday I wanted to treat myself to a bottle of whiskey. My state (Illinois) has vertical IDs for underage minors. I have yet to recieve my horizontal ID but my current vertical ID is still valid for another four months.
