hi, i set up my account a few weeks ago. Attached my information, linked debit card and then put it in my digital wallet on my iphone. Today i tried to use it on the target app and received this message. Later i tried using it inside of a winn-dixie grocery store. Apparently both placed accept this card. i properly used the correct route to pay for the items. The only thing that i can see being a problem is that on my profile my last name was duplicated in profile details and maybe a mismatch on my address for example my card address uses SE in the app it defaults to south east.
