Made these this morning and they are fire. 67g of protein and 7g of fat for 464cals is insane. I topped mine with sugar free caramel syrup and some salt and they slapped. These can also be prepped, frozen and put in the toaster whenever you want them so super convenient and fantastic flavour. Will be making this staple for my daily breaky.
