Latest Comments & Reviews & Feedback & Social Media Sharing of the Vegan Foods Latest Community Discussions About Vegan FoodsWould you read this monster taming book?1h agoI've always loved monster taming games or anything related to fantastical animals and there biology and ecology. I first wanted to make a game about it, but them i decided to do something more profund, so now, my first book as an amateur writer will be about monsters and taming them. The book will be written as the journal of an unamed author, who is studying the mysterioues magical creatures of this fantasy world. In the way, he will tame some of them, find rare and legendary species, meet the many cultures of this world and how they coexist with monsters in different ways and even find out some mystery and legends about this monsters and the mysterious past of this world. I want the... Is anyone else dealing with Aldi pushing a new store much further away over a closer older store?1h agoThey're not doing this in terms of the normal grocery so much, but weekly finds especially in much sought after German foods during German food weeks In the much closer, older store I prefer to go to they get shorted on all the weekly finds. They run out in a day or two all the time. In fact the only way I'm sure to get something I want there is to go on Tuesday night, when they first put the stuff out on for Wednesday. If I can't go then they are routinely out of whatever I'm counting on. Meanwhile at the much further away new store they will have the same weekly find on sale for weeks sometimes months after they were featured. This only started happening regularly w... Super Dry Mead Fix’s1h agoI have three 1 gallon meads going, and all of them have fermented extremely dry. I took a more laid-back approach this time and let them sit for over 8 weeks. Part of that was due to not having the equipment to rack and store them properly, and part of it was simply losing track of time. Now I’m left with three very dry meads that taste flat, harsh, and have lost a lot, if not most, of their original flavor. I understand they’re still young, but it also feels like something can be done to get a more balanced, rounded result. Any advice would be appreciated. Recipes are below: **Pineapple Orange Mead** This one was moved to secondary, but I believe fermentation restarted. It began in ... Global News Summary — 24 April 20261h ago# [Main Headline: Iran Seizes Ships and Imposes Tolls in Strait of Hormuz as U.S. Ceasefire Extension Frays](https://mini-market.uk/global-news-summary-24-april-2026/) The U.S.-Iran war escalated dramatically on April 24 as Iranian forces **attacked three cargo ships in the Strait of Hormuz, seizing two of them**, and began collecting tolls from vessels transiting the critical waterway. Analysts estimate the levies could generate up to **$20 million daily** from oil tankers alone. The seizures followed President Trump's April 23 order for the U.S. military to **"shoot and kill" any Iranian boats deploying mines** in the strait, declaring "There is to be no hesitation&quo... Gifted by a friend, Indo Marble just put out a huge leaf!1h agoNot sure if anyone here loves the indo marble it seems to be a love **** relationship for some. My friend gave his relatively large one to me because he wasnt really satisfied with it. Since then its first leaf since I got it was huge compared to every single other leaf! I wasnt sure id enjoy this plant based on what my friend said but **** did it surprise me. Finished plowing and harrowing the spring crops, now busy planting1h agoDecided to go over it again with the plow, perpendicular to how i did it before. Then went over it hard with the harrow several times. After each pass i picked rocks and put them on the old fence along the property line, then did another go around with the harrow. Had to take a few breaks to lay down as its hard on my metal spine. Then i filed up the hoe to have a good edge for the season and started laying out 20 ft rows and planting them. Going to be a 2 day job at this rate. 4 rows of buttercrunch lettuce and cherrybelle radish, 3 rows of brussel sprouts, 10 rows of nobel spinach, 3 rows of danvers half long carrots. Still gotta put in the Golden acre cabbages, green arrow peas, purpl... Goal reached, and slightly breached...1h ago(photos: before June 21st 2025. after April 24th 2026) Highest recorded weight 120kg (March/April 2025) Started Mounjaro at around 115kg. Today I weighed in at 63.2kg which is the lowest weight I've had in adulthood. Multiple goalposts along the way, with a pipedream stretch goal of 65kg floating around, but never seriously considered till earlier this year. This was never about how I looked. I was funny looking when I was morbidly obese, and if anything I'm even funnier looking at a healthy BMI, ultimately I just wanted to get as many years use out of my meat sack as humanly possible -to do that, I needed to get my body down out of the high risk zones... I'm pretty happ... Ok, so I've been playing pvz3, and I think I'm basically stuck.1h agoI literally can't beat any level because my plants are way too weak, this also means I can't gain xp to level them up, so I'm screwed rn. I know this is basically my fault because you can beat the game by overleveling your base plants, but then you don't get to merge and the game becomes way too boring and easy, and I saw no point in playing if I did that. So I genuinely tried to only level my plants when needed and level different plants so I can actually use them, and I got punished for trying to have fun, thanks popcap. For those who defend leveling system, this is the reason why I really don't like it and it should be removed from the game asap, I guess I'... Dimensional Double Shift’s Latest DLC Sporelando Has Arrived | Gators, Golf Carts, and Bad Decisions Await1h agoDearest valued Shifter, Conglomni Corp™ is thrilled (and mildly concerned) to welcome you to **Sporelando**, the third DLC dimension for *Dimensional Double Shift*. Please note: this destination is not affiliated with any theme parks you may have heard of. It is, however, located approximately three exits past them, where the pavement ends, the humidity begins, and the laws of nature are merely suggestions. Sporelando is a swampy slice of suburban sprawl where everything feels just familiar enough to be unsettling. The air is thick, the structures seem to have grown instead of being built, and the local residents known as Sporidians are sentient fungi who thrive in chaos, community, and ... First-Timer Family Route: Tokyo, Takayama, Osaka, Kyoto (June-July)2h agoThanks to u/pika7651 for sharing this first family Japan trip plan. I reformatted it into a cleaner day-by-day version and folded in the strongest community suggestions so the pace stays fun. ## Profile Family of 4, first time in Japan, traveling in late June to early July. The group wants a broad first look at classic highlights, some culture, one theme park day, and food-heavy evenings. The style is curious and ambitious, but commenters flagged that heat, transfer time, and station logistics will hit harder than expected in summer. This version keeps the original spirit while reducing impossible combos. ## Questions - Is this route too packed for 10-12 days? - Which day trips should b... Update on Clara! (my lovely unofficial ESP)2h agoHello again! I wanted to give a little update but also still need advice on how I can care for my plant better. I think she looks okay, but not exactly sure what y’all would think. Clara’s growing! Yippee! She’s looking more and more complete by the day (she’s the result of two propagated babies). I’ve since switched to distilled water with 2-3 drops of calmag in a jar. I only water once or twice in a two-week period, as I check to make sure that Clara’s soil is almost completely dry to feed. I also have diluted plant food that I feed her about only once or twice a month, so I don’t overwater. I know some friends have warned me not to pamper her so much, but **** do I l... 24M, Looking For a Jain-win Connection.2h ago24M | 5'9" | Nagpur/Pune (Hometown: Nagpur) If your idea of a good connection is built on good conversations, mutual effort, and enjoying the simple things together, we might get along well. Hi, I’m 24, currently working as a software engineer and based around Nagpur/Pune. I’m fairly laid back, easy to talk to, and someone who values honesty and emotional maturity. I come from a Jain Digambar background, follow a pure vegetarian lifestyle, and do not smoke or drink. I enjoy exploring new food spots, going on drives, and discovering new places around the city. I also try to stay consistent with fitness. In my free time, I like watching shows a lot, occasionally gaming, or ju... Stuck on how to get where I want to be2h agoI have to choose my engineering major in 6 days, and I have no idea whether I want to go into mechanical or electrical. Optimizing processes, like looking at a flow chart of, say, a nuclear plant (I like nuclear energy), and finding the bottleneck of the system, and figuring out how to optimize it, seems really cool to me. I really like the math and analytical side of electrical, and computers have always been a passion to me, but I also like seeing what I am working on and looking around and knowing how stuff works physically. My school doesn't have any special engineering degrees, like mechatronics, just the base set. What questions I should ask myself to figure this out? How would ea... How does your loadout usually look like?2h agoLike for loot / exploration runs. Mine has more or less looked like this for all of my playthroughs: * 1x armor * 1x main gun (assault rifle, smg or sniper) + silencer and 1 or 2 scopes * 1x shotgun * 1x Skiff's pistol + silencer * 100 rounds for the pistol, between 80 and 120 for the main gun and 60 for the shotgun * 5 grenades * 5 artifacts * 4x canned food * 10x water * 5x energy drinks * 10 bandages * 7 medkits * 2x random quest PDAs I can't get rid of Overall I carry around 35 - 38 kg (depending on the main gun) when I leave a base. How about you? What does your usual loadout look like? My base at Prime2h agoMy prison home on Prime not long before I left to join the wardens. This ended up being my third base during the game: first small one was near the landing spot in the starter valley, near one of the ship wrecks, second was in this area, but much smaller and I tore it down to create this final one. I ended up liking the flow a lot: all of the rooms had a function, and seemed to connect well without feeling crowded. I had a few satellite bases as well (some for crafting prior to drones, some for access to POIs like wrecks or farmlands or just good views, all connected by teleporters naturally.) 1-3: Shots of the base from the exterior. 4: View from inside of the gardens. 5: Excercise equi... Eating plant based isn’t nearly as difficult as most people make it out to be.2h agoIt’s been over eight years since I last ate “rEaL fOoD.” At first it seemed daunting, but I found plant-based alternatives all over the place that made my life easier. After finding out my body didn’t know what to do with gluten though, managing alternatives that also happened to be celiac safe was a lot more difficult. The positive to it I guess is having to learn how to cook … just about everything. At least it’s a lot cheaper than buying meat or plant-based ones! It’s still worth mentioning nine of these forty meals used store bought meat alts. I miss the convenience of spontaneously ordering delivery from wherever I wanted or being able to eat at restaurants, but this is a... I built a food expiry tracker after throwing away 40 in groceries every week2h agoI kept buying groceries with good intentions and throwing half of them away expired. Every single week. So I built Spoilless to fix it for myself — and just launched it. What it does: \- Scan your grocery receipt and everything auto-adds to your pantry with expiry dates \- Get alerts before food expires \- AI suggests meals based on what's about to go bad \- Tracks how much money you've saved from food waste Built with React, Supabase, and OpenAI. Solo founder, bootstrapped, launched this week. Would love brutal feedback from this community — what would make you actually use something like this? Do any of you have Earth Angel roses that are *not* problematic divas?2h agoBased on the description and product photos, Earth Angel Parfuma looks like a gorgeous, delightful rose, and it’s been on my list for a while. But then when I search this sub for it, I find a bajillion posts about the many problems people have with them. Do any of you have Earth Angels that are healthy, productive, and not difficult to care for? If so, where are you located, and how is your rose planted? (In-ground or container, how much sunlight, etc.) Thank you in advance! r/piercing rule, Photos at least need to be in focus, well lit, clear and close up.2h agoHey everyone, Although we do our best to make the rules of this subreddit as clear as we can within the characters limits, we notice that sometimes there’s some confusion or misunderstanding about the rules. This post is about our photo rule, and it applies to all photos you add to your post. * All photos need to be **clear, in focus, well lit.** * All photos need to be **close up** to showcase the piercing or relevant body part in detail. * Poses should be neutral and designed to **show off only the piercing**. * No nudity beyond what is strictly necessary to show the piercing * Credit the piercer and shop by name whenever possible, include jewelry information if you can * Do not incl... Wyndly - It Works.2h agoHi all, I was prescribed Wyndly exactly a year ago and I have zero symptoms this year. The claim is within 3 years I’ll get to go off the sublingual drops which is great to look forward to. But I would honestly keep taking them because of how normal I feel for the first time. My allergies were: every single living plant organism on the west coast with severe asthma and skin reactions. I do not have animal allergies, although they can curate something for that. This made spring very debilitating each year. I didn’t like taking regular allergy meds because they made me hungry and wired and didn’t really stop the symptoms. I was hospitalized after having an asthma attack due to how ... ğŸ›¡ï¸ Content Safety: All discussions are automatically filtered for inappropriate content to ensure a safe browsing experience. |
