Apparently I missed that celery was high in Mannitol and have been freely snacking on it during my elimination phase. I only noticed as it was on the list for reintroduction foods. What I can't figure out - what are they calling a stalk? Like a whole foot long plant stalk? Or like a regular 3-4 inch long cut stick you would snack on? I have no idea on weights and referencing the red and green vs. What I've been eating.

I am curious. Why do I need to remember every potion ingredient after I learn how to make the potion? When you cook food it shows the items recipe you want to cook , so you can see what ingredients you lack. Am I missing something ? I think eso needs to improve alchemy by showing the type of pot recipe and its ingredients then go and select the pot to create and you’ll see what you need or how many you can create .

Trying out more creative vegan recipes lately. This is basically coconut milk based gnocchi with eggplant, onions and mushrooms. I should have seasoned it better, tasted underwhelming since the coconut milk doesn’t carry it at all really. Cheers!
