Afterward, we stopped for a quick drink and appetizer at a bar chain near the stadium. We ordered: * 1 dry martini * 1 non-alcoholic beer * a plate of nachos This should’ve been $35ish before tax and tip. The food came quickly, and the drinks shortly after. I’ve done research for years; and always hesitated partly because of food. I think I have access to enough. I bit the bullet and brought one home a few days ago. I’m looking forward to scavenging a bit but have a question. I see on tortoise table that Violets are great food for “Nickel” (my nephew named them). However, I’m in America and have access, by access I mean it’s the base to my nature garden, Common Blue Violets. Are these acceptable in place of the the UK native violets? They will be very accessible for me pick and possibly Nickels if it’s acceptable for them to eat!

I have a big “thunderbolt crayfish“ that was given to me in a 30 gallon long, it’s got a big ole piece of mopani wood that has a little cave he uses and a dragon stone pile he also uses as his “main cave”? anyways, when I got him the person also gave me 3 ember tetras they said were his “food” he hasnt eaten any of them but fully goes ham on a clam on the half shell, I want them to have more coverage and to get more bc 3 isn’t okay, I know, but what plants can I add that won’t die if he moves them around ? is that a thing ? do I need to make this a hardscape only tank ? My daughter is 25 months and not yet potty trained. She has been withhholding stool since she was about 9 months, which likely started when she was constipated and we had to do a suppository. She likely has some sensory issues going on in general and is sensitive/slow to warm up/etc., which is likely playing a part here as well. I feel like we've hit a dead end and would love to hear success stories on what worked for you. Tonight was sort of a leftovers night and that meant Mediterranean fried rice. I cooked ground chicken and mixed in leftover jasmine rice. Then I added the rest of my ratatouille cassoulet (garlic, eggplant, zucchini, yellow squash, tomatoes, beans) mixture and stir fried everything until mixed well. Super yummy.
