Hello! So I have an in-person interview coming up for a UPS facility regarding their BaSE position and just wanted to ask a few questions. For anyone who has worked in their facilities, what kind of plant-floor devices should I be familiar with for a troubleshooting role? I am currently 20 years old & finishing college as I dropped out of secondary school early. I decided to do college as it was my last free years of college so I thought I should get the education while I could. It seems like I get burned every time I try to use these guys across the house. GGG or Display, doesn’t matter, and WiFi coverage is more than fine. Just now, the app looked totally fine towards the end of the cook, but when my food reached alarm temp, it pulled a switcheroo and said it has been already done for 6 minutes. My guess is that the app was flying blind and graphing based on estimates instead of pinging the GGG. Anyone else having these issues, or am I doing something wrong?

I am currently having a huge problem with ammonia in my fish tank. I have no idea what is causing it and how to fix it as my tank is fully cycled (cycled for 2 months) and i do have good nitrate levels so i dont think the cycle has crashed. I have lots of live plants, but none are decaying or dead, and i only have one betta in a 10gal tank. I always feed my betta with a pipette so there is never any food waste decaying in the tank so i have no idea what could be causing it. First of all, I would like to say that I'm an animal lover. Despite this, I believe that farm animals (chickens, pigs and cows) were created to be a source of food. So I'm definitely not vegan or vegetarian. Although, I don't do well with the death of most animals, especially young ones. I was checking my Thai constellations to see if the bottom was dry since I go based on how light my plant feels to know when it needs a watering and I noticed the bottom of one of my plants has fuzzy white fungus all along the bottom. What should I do?! I always let my monsteras get dry before watering and let them drain for at least an hour usually longer before putting them back in their outer pots. My other plant I have propped up on a small container inside its outer pot so it has some extra circulation and it doesn’t have the same issue. Side note: I made this same post earlier but now after doing one more test batch, I have a picture with my problem. The side with food coloring has ruffled feet with the side without doesnt. I bought a couple of bags of this Swap product from Vegan Essentials. I’ve tried to make it twice & was not happy with the results. First time I cooked from frozen based on what they told you to do on the bag (cook on each side for 4 min in a bit of oil) and it just tasted weird. Then I tried slicing the fillets through the middle to thin them out and doing the same with a Cajun spice that usually makes everything awesome and still not that great. Weird consistency. Any suggestions? I have a whole other bag I have to use up. I’m thinking maybe doing it and some kind of a sauce or marinade? If anyone has had success, please share! Thanks

Large food packaging equipment manufacturer in my area learned of my name and background through one of their current employees. They had a job posting open that i am more than qualified for.
