I don't look at payout breakdowns normally, for my own sanity. I take offers based on the pay, and don't care if DD pays me or customers tipped well. Saw a discussion in another thread and I went to look at my earnings breakdown. I noticed that almost all of my orders had a base pay of $4.10. Started looking back through the past 3 weeks. Same thing. I did find two that were $3.60 but every single other one was $4.10 or higher. Maybe two or three were orders sitting before DD hikes the base pay and sends it my way. I am a masters grad in Germany. A part my masters thesis project was expressing a fungal enzyme in plant tissue. I wanted to target this enzyme to a specific cellular compartment. For its visualisation, a fluorescent protein fusion was proposed. I had concerns with this approach as the enzyme is a flavoprotein and a homodimer, so folding behaviour and activity would have been significantly affected by a bulky C terminal fusion. Billie is on her second week of Senvelgo, she is back to her old self: grooming, playing and less water intake. I have switched her diet to low carbs canned food. Last week she was really picky with her food and eating less and but this week… she seems to really enjoy the wet food and her appetite is back. No ketones, but what worries me is that her glucose level has been under 4 everyday this week… I have lowered her Senvelgo dose from 6.9ml to 3.5ml over the last few days based on Vet recommendation. Question: I am starting to wonder if she even needs Senvelgo since her numbers are so low… could the food switch have resolved her diabetes… she is 8 1/2 years and 16.9 lbs.

Hi all, Reposting here from r/portland, I guess I had the wrong place. We moved from stumptown to New Zealand recipe and we’re missing many of our favorite foods. Recently I’ve been trying to recreate Hot Mama’s Smoky Coffee Chili Oil, but no success. Has anyone made a passable copy recipe? I’m not asking for Hot Mama’s literal recipe. I’m sure it’s copyrighted, they’re awesome people, and I respect that.
