Hello hello! So as the title says since 1.6 the mods I have been using for awhile seem to not want to start a new scenario, I've also added a bunch of mods as well cause hey when I added them it worked. I have done the usual stuff, one by one disabling of mods and groups of like add on mods. I think I'm at the point where I am at a loss, Ive verified the files several times reinstalled disabled every mod verified again and reinstalled. Based on what I've seen theres only one true downside to stiff, it's harder to mix and you need to knead it to feed it. Arguably it also takes longer to rise but in my eyes that means i can do overnight more easily other than that though? it stays at a peak for longer and rises a lot better when baked (ESPECIALLY for recipes with whole wheat) so my question is this: why don't people use stiff starter more? is it tradition? is it just that hard to mix? or is there a hidden downside im missing?

My dad cooked a huge pack of Asian wheat noodles for a dinner recipe a couple nights ago- I still have maybe two cups of the stuff left in the fridge, and I want to use it up. I have a bunch of condiment and spice staples (ketchup, soy sauce, rosemary, dried parsley, etc) and i also have frozen veggies like carrots, peas, broccoli, and corn kernels.
