I made some tofu shawarmas tonight for dinner, and I couldn’t even tell it wasn’t a chicken shawarma. They were so good! My family has been trying to go more plant based and has been having fun trying different food and textures. Not a vegan here but very interested in being a good host to vegan friends during BBQ season. I would especially like recipes you make ON the grill. Recently had my exam and my results appointment is next week.
