I have been using the app for a few weeks and wanted to share a quick, real experience. I like pastry cream, the problem is that when I put it on sponge+cream+cake base cakes, when cutting it, the cream spreads (not as if it were liquid, it has the texture of pastry cream) but I would like the cut (if possible) to be more consistent and not spread so easily. Don't let it be a mazacote either. Should I cook it more? Normally I'm stirring for about 1 more minute when I see it start to boil More cornstarch? Do I add gelatin?
