I got this as a rescue plant at Lowe's. There were a lot of dead leaves towards the base of each stem, and the stems were getting very long. Research said that pruning was the way to go.... at least I'll have pretty ice cubes!

Just a couple of plants around the office. The guy who was taking care of them moved, so I’ve been trying and failing to keep them alive. I water them once a week unless I notice the soil is dry. (Sticking my finger a couple knuckles deep to check) They’re both in front of west facing windows, getting roughly 12 hours of sun. The leaves had a couple burnt spots for about a month, but in the last few weeks it’s gotten to this point and I’m worried they’re toast. Pretty cool design I came up with with a little inspiration from Reddit and YouTube, it's obviously messy and should be cleaned up a little but I'm proud. The upper steam room boils water and collects the salt to be sent to 2 Geotuners, also being fueled by an automatic Bleachstone hopper (which is fueled by the salt from here and Gold from a Gold Volcano. So I'm not a very smart person, I can admit that but a friend and I made a Cobble and Create pack recently... the issue we are having though is that something is stopping us for being able to enchant! My friend and I thought it was due to a mod called cobble lib which is an add on for cobblemon but the issue persists... is there any chance one of you might know what could be causing it? I am starting to make my own condiments/sauces but wanted any overall advice on how long they would last in a sealed container in the fridge vs how good the individual ingredients are good for. I know best by dates aren’t expiry dates and can be used past it but I’ve seen recipes online that states “best if used within 3weeks” or something similar to that but that confuses me based on none of the ingredients listed having best by dates that soon. Does cooking them or combining them change how long it would last? I am talking about condiments used like ketchup mustard, mayo, maple syrup, brown sugar, vinegar based stuff.
