This wheat bread took 3 minutes of work and less than 2 hours of proofing and baking. It tasted just like store bought wheat bread but better! I’m a first time mom, my son is 18 months old and today we had his evaluation for developmental delay as well as an autism screening done by a child psychologist. Based on the answers we gave her as well as his own behavior exhibited in front of her, we recieved a 6/20 score for the m chat screening and he was marked in the 5 month age range for social and emotional development, 6 months for fine motor development. Early intervention reccomended we get another screening done when he turns 2, as well as occupational therapy every week until 3 years old.
