Hi! I’m looking for recommendations for a really authentic Mexican cookbook. I’m first-generation Mexican, so I already grew up with traditional recipes, but my boyfriend is Puerto Rican and loves Mexican food. Ever since about the beginning of March or maybe the end of February. I've been struggling eating only about 800 to 1,200 calories a day. Or usually I might skip days entirely.
