I am pretty thin in general with a pretty crazy metabolism and come from a long-distance running background. I also ate primarily a plant-based diet (probably 85% non-mean, no dairy, etc.) Mid-50s. I've been trying to ferment my own ginger beer but it seems like i can't get it to carbonate properly. Can anyone help me figure out what's wrong?
