I have the alpha-gal allergy and it’s not going away. Symptoms range from severe diverticulitis pain to full blown anaphylaxis. I carry around epi-pens, allergy pills, and cromolyn sodium ampules and wear an alert bracelet as a result. I am trying to find appealing (yet affordable) animal based non-mammal fat sources other than just duck fat. Look I'm not here to argue if you support Ben rebuck still despite him not being vegan and other things he has done, but disappointing to see cauldron foods do an ad with him for pancake day, I saw threads about how people do not want to support Ben anymore based on what he has done, and for me that extends to company's working with him. Decided not to overwinter this year, as I've never had any luck in the past. We had a lot of rainfall the last few months, but back to sunshine again (south of Spain). Each of the plants have a few new green leaves forming at the base, whilst a lot of old branches are now basically wood. What would be the next step to try revive these for another harvest later this year?

So im in Risewood fire department currently lumberjack and at 90lbs so trying to get my weight down. Im judt now learning to cook food instead of drinking bottles of ketchup and BBQ sauce and realizing how much food i have wasted doing that. I want to prepare for the longterm i have generators set up at my base and rosewood gas station and a maughdrough gas station.
