I wanted to track calories so i downloaded healthify me but it felt just too overwhelming and felt like they're not giving anything in free plan, you can't even update your maintenance calorie in free plan. So i though why not create a simple alternative for this- a no BS cal tracker, you can track your calories, save meals and then directly add it as your intake, maybe create your weekly diet plan, it'll have all the essential features the current apps have but more simple ui and no ads. I have recently been gifted a greenhouse and am trying to teach the children about where certain foods come from and how plants grow. We have the usual strawberries, which are doing great, and various herbs, as well as some carrots, spring onions, broccoli, cucumbers, and other things that they started from seed. Hey, I’ve got the platy in the pic that looks like it may have been nipped. Top of her rear fin and the white mark at the base of her tail. She then got really lethargic and only seemed to move about for food and developed popeye in one eye. I’ve moved her to a hospital tank, which seems to have helped her coming out a bit more and the mark and popeye are definitely getting better. But she wont eat at all. Like nothing.
