My wife and I are planning a trip from Venice to Rome and then Naples. It’ll be a 3 week trip so we’ll have a lot of bags. What trains would you recommend? When would you buy the tickets? Day 3! Hanging out at my grandma’s place today. She used to be a head cook in a school cafeteria, so she’s a total pro in the kitchen. I told her I’m going 100% plant-based, and I also mentioned that some of you were a little worried about my protein intake yesterday (I really did appreciate the "tough love" though!). She just smiled, told me not to worry, and whipped up this crispy tofu for me. It’s perfectly crunchy on the outside and so soft inside. Honestly, having a pro chef for a grandma who totally respects my choice makes this whole transition feel way less overwhelming. Protein mission accomplished, right? lol.

Hello Washington DC! My partner & I will be visiting DC tomorrow as we have an errand (Monday, February 2nd) & we are both voracious vegans on the hunt for vegan pizza (the kind that doesn’t skimp on toppings! My NICU baby, 124 days in, was just recently switched to similac 360 total care because he has a very sensitive tummy and we are trying this formula and he has now been vomit free for about 2 weeks. He was throwing up for 3 months straight, now looking at WIC.. Minnesota WIC doesn’t approve of 360 total care. What do I do, is there an alternative that I can get him on to trial before we go home so that I can get formula through WIC? Here are the accepted formulas for MN. I’m annoyed!
