I recently purchased a new floor cleaner for my home. The brand is Aunt Fannie’s, and it is labelled as non-toxic and pet safe. I used it on my floor for the first time today, and ironically hours afterwords I learned for the first time from the internet how dangerous and toxic essential oils are for cats. This product is essential oil based, and now I am questioning everything because I just sprayed it over all of the surfaces my cat walks on, near their food and water (I washed them out after), etc. I’m struggling to figure out what is fake internet panic or if I’ve fallen victim to false marketing. I’m keeping a food diary and I don’t notice an immediate reaction when I eat red meat. It’s very difficult to pinpoint specific foods. But i found that in general, a vegan diet seems to help me more feeling “light”. When i eat meat, it feels “heavy” in my gut and causes a lot of discomfort, like i can feel a lot of bloating and uncomfortable sensations. Except low fat meats like seafood/fish and lean chicken also seem to be alright to eat. I’m curious and just trying to understand why this happens since red meat isn’t supposed to have any fodmaps. So in theory, if you attach a giant stick to a generater, then put zombies on a leash and make zombies walk in circle to spin that stick, then we get unlimited power!
