I am working on building a game engine using bevy 17. Right now I have the entire planet able to load in all at once and it samples based on distance. I have a sun and a moon that create a day night cycle by orbiting the earth. I plants, grass and animals are turned off for this video. This was a huge step up over chunk loading giving me full draw distance without having any of the issues I encountered early on. I am still only a few months into development but I am having fun. I skipped through the day night cycle in the video by adjusting the location of the moon and sun.

I've been experimenting with chili a lot lately. I also love tex mex food in general. When I make tacos at home I use ground turkey or chicken (I don't eat beef) and I throw together my own taco seasoning. I've gotten good enough at it that I know just how much to add of each seasoning. One of the main ingredients is cumin. Every recipe I see online for chili or taco seasoning calls for 1/2 a tablespoon or less of cumin for about a pound of meat. Cumin is what gives taco seasoning that classic flavor you get in the packeted stuff. I don't understand how 1/2 a tablespoon is going to add anything to your dish. If you're vegan, wouldn't an imitation steak make you feel disgusted, since it is made to resemble animal flesh? Is it for social purposes so that you're eating foods similar to non-vegans?
