I followed a combination of various recipes available online (all based on a variation of a theme really). Clams steamed in a garlic, chilli flakes, and white wine sauce. Once opened I removed them from tge heat to avoid overcooking. Cooked pasta to packet instructions - although my timing waa a bit off and the pasta wasn't as al dente as I'd like. Tossed with lemon zest, parsley and drizzled with lemon-infused olive oil. Very delicious 🤤
