Can basing your everyday meals on fiber rich ailments cause bloating and mask fat loss on the scale? If for example your meals are lentils or cauliflower based with proteins, everyday during your diet, could it mask your progress ?? The skyr I can buy is Siggi's brand and all our large markets and smaller organic-ey places carry it (mid-east coast, US). My subscription on my Apple Account is still active, but when I open the app, it's asking me what sort of subscription I want now, and won't let me get into the app until I choose an option.
