Like many of you here, I struggled with HS (Hidradenitis Suppurativa). However, I managed to get it under control. I quit smoking, and after just one month, I was 70% better; by the second month, all my issues were gone. I haven't smoked for nearly a year and a half now, and I’m symptom-free. I also cut out whey protein because it contains IGF-1, a hormone that can clog pores and create a breeding ground for HS.
