Sometimes when I eat a meal I cooked (not like microwaveable things I mean food that I used a recipe for with different ingredients and such), I feel gross. I'm not sure about soap in public bathrooms, as they might have animal derived ingredients and/or be tested on animals. Granted, I haven't used a public bathroom in ages, but I'm going to have to at some point. I don't think using hot water is good enough, as I don't find that to be proper hand washing. Then there's the fact that not all toilet paper is vegan because some of them use animal-based glue (gelatin), and most toilets don't have a bidet. I'd only trust the soap and toilet paper if it's at a vegan place, like a vegan restaurant, or a vegan zero-waste store. Advice?
