I’m a bit of a logging fiend, I enjoy it immensely to improve myself/ be aware so Bevel intrigues me as an overall app + sleep/stress information. I just started the two week trial yesterday but the nutrition section is really inconvenient to use compared to MFP (premium) and haven’t yet tried out the exercise part which I usually like to use excel for. I’d really prefer to continue using MFP, is there any way for my food in it to give me a nutrition score/ analysis on Bevel that I’m unaware to do? If I log on both separately it seems to double up so is the only solution to turn off all bevel nutrition access permissions and log separately? AND how do people like using the workouts/...

Hi this isn’t meant to be a “gotcha” or anything, I just dont understand the argument that we aren’t omnivores. It doesn’t make sense to me, if we aren’t biologically supposed to eat animal products then why would our body require it? I've got a massive Warszawa market, resulting in locations on the edge having just 17% market access. So, I created a Kiev market inside of my fiefdom some time in the past, but unfortunately, it didn't really work out as I wanted it to. What can I do to change this? Am I supposed to annex Kiev, since it has the trade centre? Or delete roads from Warszawa to here? Or do something else entirely? I'm genuinely lost, I'm still making tons of money, but I want to learn how to optimise this thing.

I saw Derek from Make and Drink make this on and had bought some Jagermeister that I needed to use. Loved the recipe, but decided to add a bit more funk this time. I swapped out the base rum from Koloa to Ten To One. I reduced the white rum to 1 oz and upped the Smith and Cross to 1/2 oz. My friend from work gave me this plant and it had overgrown its pot completely the entire base was roots so tight and ovular. I repotted it , and it exploded with growth. But I noticed there was a second stalk coming out that was black, and the leaves started to look messed up like in the pics. I've recently learned about pomegranate molasses and it sounds delicious. But pomegranates are very expensive, and a pain in the butt to separate all the seeds and juice. So I was wondering if I could use frozen cherries (where the pits and stems are already removed) as an alternative to pomegranate. Does it taste as good? Does it go with the same foods? Can I take a recipe for pomegranate molasses, and swap out the pomegranate juice for an equal amount of cherry juice and still get good results?

Trying to find a good recipe for a deep blue ice effect to use for a couple of projects and wanted to see what other people have come up with. This photo is the reference I've been going by. The current recipe that I've been experimenting with, is a white base, a layer of dark blue on one half, a lighter blue on the other half blended in the middle, a white highlight, and a gloss finish.
