Due to our everyday schedules, I cook for my non-vegan kids & husband. We share parts of the meal, but due to some health conditions, is hard for kids to get vegan protein sourced foods... so I complement with chicken, cheese and other dairy. I feel bad, but I need to do it for everyday's life being easier and kids nutrition to be complete. Just wanted to hear your experiences, for learning. I think more and more the kids will move to my vegan diet as they grow up (like myself! They are like me when I was a kid, I couldn't eat a lot of things and nowadays I love my vegetables, fruits and all and overcome my health challenges :)).

A co-worker asked me to be a foster parent for this dracaena Janet Craig about 8 months ago.
