This might be a big ask! My son (17 - I hoped he'd have grown out of it a bit by now) doesn't like 'mixed together' dishes like curry, Bolognese, soup etc. I think he would eat nuggets everyday if he could! I made tofu breaded 'chicken' today and it went down well with all my kids, but it's not something I want to make everyday and due to freezing the tofu before breading it means I couldn't make some in advance and put them in the freezer which is such a pain. I have been trying to work out what on earth this is doing to my poor dwarves. They're lying unconscious, with "severe pain" flagged across a whole range of body parts. Some of them have somehow gone insane... while unconscious? Until such point they could be cared for (fed and given drink) but once insanity hits (of whatever variation they are lucky enough to enjoy) they just dehydrate to death as I assume they will no longer take the care. **But.... this is what DFHack told me about the syndrome? Within a few days, there was this God awful sewage smell in the first bedroom that leaked out into the whole house. Told the landlord and a plumber checked everything. I had to send my senior dog over the rainbow bridge a few weeks ago. She lived a long life especially for a large dog. I had her all 16 years. She developed hip problems at age 10 and I put her on a ton of supplements, as well as found a vet acupuncturist. I know I gave her a good life, but the last few days with her I'm pretty hung up on. I temporarily moved to Las Vegas while I have a few months off work. I made sure to get a sublet that allowed dogs and had a private partially shaded outdoor area. Ive been trying to get humidity up in this enclosure for almost a month now. I have the top almost completely covered save vent/lamp space. I use fogger 30-45 mins at night and 45 mins before I turn on lamp in the morning. I put water in the corners of the enclosure there's lots of moss throughout and I'm not sure maybe not enough plant life but I need help since this is for a juvenile rainbow boa whom has refused food since I got her but is not under weight or losing weight.

Hi all, I am in central Kentucky (6B) I have other spots throughout my yard where I have containers or raised bed gardens, but this is a new space for me that I’ve converted from overgrown grass and weeds to (hopefully) a productive little garden. About three week ago, I mixed in a high amount of compost/manure, garden soil, earthworm casings, meal and of course topped with mulch. The plants you see have been in the ground 2+ weeks. i would like to say that i am disregarding all pets purchased from breeders, as they directly contribute to animal suffering and cruelty. ideally there wouldn’t be so many animals reliant on human care, but here we are. given all the vegan arguments lately, how do you feel about house pets? cats and dogs are carnivores (for cats, this is obligatory)- they rely on the suffering of others- but feeding them a plant-based diet would be causing them to suffer… and again, leaving them in a shelter or outside where you found them is again cruelty… i’m genuinely curious, as i don’t know many vegan people irl, so just curious about the perspectives
