Hello, I’m looking for some advice on taming my two cockatiels. About a month ago I got them both (I believe they’re males based on their behavior) and I’ve seen a bit of progress in taming them so far (shown in the picture). The grey one is five months old and most of the times when I sit next to the cage he would come down to the perch outside the cage near me, although he still gets startled when I offer food from my hand. The yellow one is an adult and keeps more distance, but doesn’t mind accepting food when I offer it. Does anyone have additional tips for helping them bond with me and become more comfortable around me?

I deviated from the plan in that I made the recipe for PB&J muffins from the gf/vegan chapter due to my previous flop.
