Hi there! I have a 4 year hoya here. It has lived in many different locations and lighting situations due to moving. For a long time it was in a lower light area (can be seen by older, smaller leaves in pictures), but within the past 4-5 months has been moved to a small office facing a west facing window (Florida) where it seems to be thriving with new growth. I really wanted to learn how to make bread and decided to be a bit methodical about it. To do so I created a "Breadsheet" that tracks all the loaves I make: flour, hydration percentage, enrichment, bake times & temps etc. I then gave myself a curriculum based on reading reddit posts, talking with baker friends, the King Arthur Baking site, and just my own vibes of what I thought could teach me a bunch of different bread baking methods. SD is 17 legally we have 50/50 but DH always had 90/10. BM has never been there not for a Dr appointment, school dance, nothing.
