I recently completed my second 6 day fast. I like the progress that I'm making for weight loss and the accountability that I don't eat during the fasts for me it's easier to not eat anything than it is to eat moderate or just one type of food ie keto or carnivore. I have a template to keep up the fasting by going 5/2 with some variety on what and when I eat. Friday Saturday and Sunday less restrictive eating but still mindfully of sugars and grains and carbs.
