After getting a divorce at the end of 2024 I decided to get into the best shape of my life to prove a point. This means meal prepping the night before, not bringing bad food into the house. Distracting yourself with work or walks during the hunger peaks of a day. Both the gastroscopies I’ve had (Feb 2025, Dec 2025) had normal results, but my symptoms are ongoing. I have no idea what’s wrong! Any advice? I thought it was mild chronic gastritis but why are my endoscopies normal? I’m not sure how to adjust my healing plan either. I’m on Omeprazole 40mg (since Nov 2024) and have been increasingly bland and restricted in diet since Jan 2025, then recently gluten free and vegan and following LG Cappelan’s healing guide ‘base healing phase’ for the last 3 months. I’m now cutting out soy sauce as that was the last condiment I was using daily and my symptoms remain so trying more restrictive.
