I saw a post in a different sub about food that had been left out for a bit, and it got me thinking that if it was at home, I would absolutely throw it out but if it was on the table in the nurse’s break room, I assume it has some magic protection and is safe to eat 😂. I sometimes forget some of the crafting recipes in the game and I don't always want to teleport back to my base to go check with the guide. For some time I have been making decent bread, but lately all my bread have been "meh" when it comes to oven spring and quality in general. Recipe is in the last photo (made 4 loaves this time). Considering it's winter, I've increased my starter amount to 30% (it's a 100% WW rye based starter). Flour used was T65 + a bit of higher protein flour (higher than the T65 flour). Bulk fermentation lasted about 10 hours, followed by about 19 hours of cold proofing. The two loaves in the pictures I baked using two loaf pans, the other two I did one in a DO and one open baked.
