I’m trying to eat better, but I struggle to find recipes that sound or look palatable. I’m not \*super\* picky but I find when I attempt healthy recipes, they are close to inedible. Not sure why, maybe I cooked it wrong or missed a step or whatever but I just can’t get a foothold on a few easy, health recipes. I like the look of those “green goddess” salads but I haven’t been so bold to make it yet. I mostly want more whole foods, less fried, battered and bagged stuff. I don’t want to have a heart attack at 30. So if you were to make or give a recipe to your slightly picky friend who is trying to eat better- what would you recommend?

I’m looking for a scent that is reminiscent of the discontinued Burt's Vanishing Creme made with perennial marshmallow (althea officinalis). I know sometimes the brown spots build the most beautiful flowers, but after winter the tops turned brown and looked to be dying. I accidentally watered them before a big freeze and wasn't able to cover them. I checked the skin to see how brittle it is and it fell apart from the base. Really powdery inside.
