Latest Comments & Reviews & Feedback & Social Media Sharing of the Vegan Foods Latest Community Discussions About Vegan FoodsBreaking out of the home–home–home routine1m agoHey folks 👋 M, 33, based around Mairie de Clichy. Looking to vibe with new people around my age and escape the classic métro–boulot–dodo life (even though remote work turned it more into “home–home–home” 😅). I’m not into partying or drinking, more like an early bird with an old soul (yeah, could sound a bit boring at first 😄). I prefer grabbing coffee from time to time and having real, genuine conversations. You can think of me as your “Pages Jaunes of fast food” ; I always know good spots and deals 🍔 I enjoy deep talks about business ideas, politics, travel, and life in general. I travel quite a bit (4–5 trips a year), so plenty of stories to share. I ... New Rewards system is predatory9m agoBefore the first change in June 2024, you only had to maintain 100 orders a month to be a Platinum Dasher- and they counted that from the beginning of the calendar month to the end. Then that change happened, and it was 100 every 30 days (starting from the day they kicked off the program - I remember because I lost 13 orders out of nowhere due to me going from platinum to gold). I've managed pretty well since then to maintain Platinum as a part-timer (20 hours a week, mainly nights), but now, this new rewards system is going to be a pain for a lot of drivers. It's now based on a points system out of 100, based on the following: acceptance rate (30 points), completion rate (15 poin... These plains transition into rocky highlands, which then slope into lush, forested valleys. The northern border follows a major river (known as River Eryska locally), while mining and forge outposts stretch west deep into the mountain... Kars4Kids Expose in USA Today13m agoHopefully this won’t get deleted but those who have access to newspapers owned by the USA Today, today’s front page story is an expose on Kars4Kids. ancient headcanons idk14m agoPure Vanilla Cookie • 4 inches tall • he's very prone to motion sickness Idk I feel like it'd make sense • his hat deflates like a sad souffle when he's upset about something I feel like this one is fitting for whatever reason • He has a bad pollen allergy Irony • Scared of heights irony: the sequel • he skips his jellies bc uhh V Nilly was Healer cookie for a long time, so he probably got used to not eating, since he wanted to save food for the others, being self-sacrificial and all If he actually starved himself (which many people think), he'd be more ashamed about it, or keep it a secret. but when you invite him to the campfire event, he ope... Sold as Pink Princess… but why is she mostly white?🤔14m agoHey everyone 🌿 I picked up this plant yesterday at a local plant event here in Jamaica, and it was sold to me as a Pink Princess. But after getting a closer look, I’m honestly not 100% sure that’s what it is. As you’ll see in the video, most of the leaves are actually **white**, not pink. The newest leaf has a slight blush tint to it, and some of the older leaves have pink-ish edges, but overall it’s giving more white than anything else. At first glance, it kind of looks like a White Princess to me, especially based on the stems — but even then, it doesn’t look exactly like the White Princesses I already have, so now I’m just confused 😅 For context, I’m not complete... New technology that recreates the mouthfeel, "warming" sensation of alcohol for use in Non Alc drinks16m agoApril 23, 2026 Food Navigator article by Flora Southey "The 'warming' buzz for alcohol-free booze is finally cracked" We, [www.ProofNoMore.com](http://www.ProofNoMore.com) being one of the early US Non-Alcoholic(NA) companies doing distribution B2B & DTC to consumers one of the "gaps" with NA wine/spirits in particular is the missing mouthfeel that alcohol provides with texture/weight on the palate & the "burn". This article reveals two companies in Europe looking to solve this. While the Non-Alcoholic industry is growing where 2.2 billion liters/18.7 million BBLs of NA beer is brewed annually in Europe which is 1 out of 5 beer... assess my article (urgent)21m agothis feels like the most *** piece of writing ever but English exam is tomorrow so i need someone to give me actually constructive criticism to help me improve. PLEASE I BEG YOU ALL Is this normal? 2 weeks old kitten21m ago 1) How to handle the fleas for the mom and the kittens? I don't think we're able to catch a feral cat who's very scared and hissy and give her an anti-flea bath or something. 2) Are the bald spots on this kitten normal or a sign of something bad? The other kitten doesn't seem to have them, just the one here in the pic. \----- Context: I'm taking care of a feral cat who gave birth next to my house. We built her a nest so she could stay with us and managed to coax her with food since she kept trying to go back to her original nest, but my neighbor's didn't want them. Only tolerated them because we told them we were trying to move them s... The bees are just... lurking? Help?21m agoMy window is open but it has bug barrier thing (idk what it's called in Eng) but they're gone when I close my window. I don't own any plants or haven't made food that could attract them so what's going on? Also pretty sure I saw them fly down from my upstair neighbor's window. How I made my illness anxiety worse26m agoTW: mentions of suicide/suicidal ideation, hypochondria/illness anxiety, gut health, cancer, and fear of flying Hey y'all, I've been diagnosed with health anxiety for quite a while now (about exactly a year on this date) and wanted to share how it kinda developed, since I figured that maybe sharing my story would help with people struggling from the same condition. For my birthday last year, my mom had planned for me and her to have a trip to Ireland to meet with close relatives. This trip was definitely out of our budget seeing as we're lower-middle class, and my mom had spent a lot of time planning this. Two weeks prior I had been diagnosed with illness anxiety and was ins... Building "Blockpiercer" a 101-car frozen train survival map inspired by Snowpiercer27m agoHey everyone, I'm working on a passion project I wanted to share early: **Blockpiercer**, a Minecraft survival map inspired by Snowpiercer (the show/film, not affiliated). The concept: * A 101-car train racing through a frozen, dead world * 3 social classes + the Tail section, each with its own atmosphere and palette * Quest-based progression — earn class passes by completing missions to unlock new sections of the train * Designed for the "100 days survival" format, with a story arc that fits naturally into that structure * Custom mod alongside the map (food items, class passes, melee weapons, themed gear) Built on 1.20.1 Forge. I run my own thing, so technically I’m the boss, which sounds glamorous until you realize I’m also the one solving everyone’s problems, including my own. I prefer deep talks over small talk, so skip the “kumain ka na ba?” and tell me your business plan, childhood trauma, or why timing ruins good people. Lately, I’ve been obsessed with crypto not for the hype, but for the psychology behind it. The idea that people can assign value to something invisible and move millions based on trust, fear, and collective belief? Honestly, finance with drama. I have expensive taste and ... My experience selling my collection to a foreign stranger30m agoHi guys. Just wanted to share my experience with this, as I had other people asking for updates in a previous thread. I’ll try to keep things concise and chronological but it’s quite a long story, so buckle up, make a coffee etcetera. I am based in the UK. The tale begins early February 2026. I’m contacted by a man (let’s call him Jeff) on cardmarket, out of the blue. He is offering to buy my entire stock. I’m open to the idea, but I’m concerned by the fact that Jeff has only about 10 purchases on his account and no sales. I have done this before many years ago with a gentleman in the Netherlands. admittedly it was much less cards and much less money, and he also agreed t... Title: 50 lbs of potatoes isn’t a problem if you treat them like ingredients, not sides31m agoFirst thing I’d do is stop thinking how do I eat potatoes and start thinking how do I store options.” Potatoes keep for months if you get them out of the plastic and into a cool, dark, dry spot with airflow. That alone buys you time so you’re not panic-cooking 50 lbs in a week. From there, batch smart, not big. Mashed potatoes freeze surprisingly well if you portion them right—spread or scoop onto a tray, freeze, then bag. Way better than committing to one giant block. Same idea with shredded potatoes for hash browns. If you want real payoff, turn a chunk into things that feel like different meals: gnocchi (freezes great, cooks in minutes), latkes, or even potato pave if you’r... Are there any tweaks you like to add to your macaroni salad?31m agoA little background, I’ve been making Hawaiian macaroni salad at home (Maryland) for about a year based off what I remember from a Hawaiian restaurant I worked at a long time ago. It was a very quick and easy prep list item and I was addicted to the stuff. Every recipe I’ve seen keeps it very simple: carrot, onion, Best Foods mayo (Hellmann’s as a back up), apple cider vinegar, whole milk, MSG, sugar, S&P to taste. Is it normal for Hawaiian home cooks to add a a special ingredient, or tweak the ones that are already in the basic recipes? Maybe this sounds like an obvious question, I’m sure everyone does it slightly different. I know in Maryland if you stray too far from a...
