Ever since swapping to plant-based eating, mostly eating whole foods, I've been losing more weight than I want to. I was already pretty lean with a fast metabolism and active lifestyle. The problem is I find it quite tedious to "just add another snack/meal in the afternoon". I also don't really have desserts, or sugary drinks, and things like that.
