I'm about to start Complement Essential as it covers the nutrients more likely to be missed on a plant-based diet. I also eat animal seafood (including fish) up to a few days a week, usually 1-3 days, and will prob skip the supplement those days as the seafood should cover many of the nutrients, plus I'm thinking the B12 from the fish, fortified almondmilk I drink and esp the high dose in the supplement would be overkill for one day. About 20 years ago I used to work at Kings head when the old owners were there. Food and atmosphere was on such a better level than it is today. Chi Mac in the U district sold snow wings. They called it their parmesan based dry rub. Now that they are closed, I'm trying to get close to their recipe. I think they sold the rub itself. I’m considering going to WNE and I would like to know more about the school from people who’ve gone there. What are students and professors like? How are internship and employment opportunities? How are food options? I’m vegan, so I’m a bit worried about limited options. And more specifically, I’m looking into the 3+3 bachelors in psychology and doctorate in occupational therapy. Me and my R5 are having some difficulties being able to rotate the 6s around the capital. It is my first time playing. We own all of the green circled locations labeled THKT plus 2 more not pictured. We can rotate back and forth between the Military base and the casino but are having issues getting to Campus. Does anyone know of a way to make it work so that we can all be able to rotate the 6s? Any help on what to drop and declare war on would be greatly appreciated. (KVP and 92 are allies so if they would need to drop a city please map that out too.)

Seriously. If you dump some trash at the processing plant and then leave to go get more it will despawn. I put a base by a plant that had a waste heap nearby and after waiting 48 hours for it to respawn I took the first load over and dumped it then went back for the rest, planning to sort it all at once. I got back with the second load and the first load had despawned. I had left it in the dump site but I'm not sure if I got credited nanites automatically, I don't recall any notifications but it's possible I missed it. As I was bringing the second load back I had the idea to gather loads of trash and make a humongous trash heap but I guess my plan won't work.

So i started a new save a couple of weeks ago with some ”cheats” aka more weapon spawns and more food since im still learning the game (about 80 hours in lol). Zombie population is high though. I had secured the fire station in Rosewood (original i know) and the day before this horrific event i had filled about 8 gas cans at the gas station and i encountered a big wave of neverending zeds, it was alot around 200 but it was managable. He’s a smart boy. He knows one way to get my attention is to do bad things (knocking stuff off of shelves, biting wires, biting plants/digging in plants, etc.). He’s 100% food motivated and will do anything to lead me into the kitchen to feed him. It’s frustrating at times, but also hilarious because he will pause to look at me just to see if I’m watching him do bad things (he picks things that I’ve gotten onto him already for in the past). p.s I call his evil side “sprount”, and say “oh this isn’t sprout, this is evil kitty - sprount”.

Hi! I just got a 4qt camp Dutch oven and a 2L heart shaped Dutch oven. I’m looking for recipes that include rice. I’m inexperienced with cooking but want to make something delicious for my wife.
