I’m pretty underweight, but recently I’ve been packing myself a few things to eat at work. Chilequiles, homemade parfait, and a granola bar, adding up to 1,346.25 calories. I wanna hit 1.7k calories at work, but it needs to be easy to prep and cheap to make. I don’t have that much time in the morning before work but I like to make fresh food everyday for myself, it takes me around 25~ minutes to get my food situated so easy, quick and cheap recipes are preferrable. My 5yo female cat may be pre-diabetic, based on her most recent bloodwork. I say may because she is very anxious and her being stressed at the time could have skewed the results so I'm currently waiting on a fructosamine test.
