After I finished looting Rosewood I packed the Spiffo's van and headed for Muldraugh. I was caught off guard by the huge population difference and have been fighting for my life since. When I left Rosewood I had maybe killed 500 zombies, now 2 broken crowbars later after clearing the Rusty Rifle and some Muldraugh hordes i'm up to 1500 zombies killed. I started my run overweight and now am down to 76 from just killing my way through Rosewood and into Muldraugh.
