When I lost about 75 pounds, I didn’t jump straight into OMAD. I started simple with a 10-hour fast. No food after 8pm and no food before 6a. That alone helped more than I expected because it gave me structure without feeling extreme. Over time, as hunger got quieter and my meals became more filling, it became easier to go longer without eating. Eventually many days became one meal a day, but it happened gradually.
