One extremely positive step taken up by Maharashtra FDA is to mandate restaurants to declare the use of analog/synthetic paneer and cheese. It may shoot up the prices of dishes in some restaurants who will be making a switch to the real paneer to save reputation. Other states should take this as an example and mandate the same.
