I have been interested in visiting Korea for over six years after I started watching variety shows. However, my brother and his family visited Seoul a few months ago on a stopover and he told me that I should not go because of my food allergies. No one in his family has allergies and they were only there for one day but he said he felt it would be really difficult to avoid cross-contamination as a few are main ingredients in many dishes. I’ve done internships at Fatima Sugar, Fatima Fertilizer, and Bestway Cement, so I’ve tried to get exposure to process industries. Since graduating, I’ve applied to around 97 companies including big engineering companies and major plants in Pakistan. Unfortunately nothing worked out. Hello friends. I've been born again since about 2021, and I'm looking for some opinions from other Christians on this topic. I've been convicted basically my whole life on factory farms. The animals are treated horrifically, and 99% of meat bought in the grocery store comes from these places. I can't afford to buy special meat that I know lived a humane life, as I am a single mom of two. I've been vegan quite a few times in my life, on and off. The thing about veganism is I do worry about getting enough nutrients. We have an apple tree orchard we planted 6 years ago with 10 trees. Since then our motivation has waned, and we've had kids and it's hard to keep up with. The first year I laid down cardboard and woodchips around the base of the trees, but honestly it only seemed to keep the weeds at bay for a couple of months. Since then we've done nothing other than weedwhack a couple times a year. It's on a steep slope so no mowing. Our main "weeds" are tenacious grasses. Requirements: * must have these ingredients: sesame seed bun, patty, lettuce, cheese, onion, tomato, ketchup, mustard, and pickles * must come from a local chain, since Krusty Krab was locally-owned and operated (\*note: looking for a cleaner chain w/ better customer service than the Krusty Krab) * Bonus points if it's vegan or vegetarian (canonically, Krabby Patties are meatless) So far, I've landed on Fearless Meat and Fancy Franks, but I'm sure there are other options out there. I wanted to share my experience, in hopes it helps someone else like me feel more prepared and empowered. I was getting a colonoscopy and endoscopy in order to investigate a few chronic issues. These included anemia that did not respond to diet changes, iron supplements or IV iron infusions. My hematologist said his next course of action would be to get scopes. The other reason included frequent (multiple times a week) episodes of diarrhea as well as occasional nausea, vomiting and acid reflux. Hi there! We’re tapping our trees for the first time and want to try our hand at making a maple wine. I am trying to find recipes online and keep finding recipes that use maple syrup instead of the fresh maple water. I understand that we will have to increase the sugar content some, by boiling it down, but am just not sure how much. Also seeing that the maple water might not have enough food for healthy yeast? Can anyone recommend a good resource/recipe for this?
