I recently got Dr. Gregor’s How Not to Die cookbook. I have really enjoyed the recipes, as I feel like they really help me add good things to dishes I already like. I’ve been looking into his philosophy a little lately. He has a very plant-forward approach which I love! And i think a lot of the advice is pretty indisputable (prioritizing vegetables, beans, and grains). However, I noticed that he doesn’t really incorporate soy into the mix at all (except in the form of miso), and if one Would get hungry on this type of extreme plant-based diet? I wonder if anyone else has tried this or has thoughts? Thanks!
