The fore arms and upper legs are bamboo skewers from the food market, cut to length with wire cutters or flush cutters. The shoulder and hip joint beads were out of my bead box from ages ago. I used a combination of PVA "Tacky Glue", CA super glue, ans CA gel glue for assembly. 32mm MDF base and US Quarter for scale.

I am well aware that plants do best when grown in soil (not taking hydroponics into account), but I don't need best, I just need doable. I have started growing onion shoots from the bottom of an onion (very tasty) and I'm going to start some garlic scapes tonight with a few spare cloves. I don't want to do a soil growing situation right now, I'm incredibly busy and I just know I won't get around to picking up soil or getting that set up. It's autumn in my country, it won't get down to freezing but it might get down in the 40s. What are some things that are good for growing a little extra food? In this challenge, I assigned each cookbook on my shelf a number from 1-37, then used a random number generator to spit out a number.
