I was going to cook plant based hotdogs, then I noticed it expired on January 2nd and the vegan butter expired on December 12, does anyone know if its safe to consume?

I’m having a hard time getting enough protein. I have recently been diagnosed with a food allergy (Alpha Gal from a tick bite) so I’m allergic to all mammal products including dairy. I am on the go pretty much all day between my work and kid’s sports and now that I have this allergy most fast food/to go food is contaminated with these products and not an option. I used to have protein smoothies, drinkable yogurt, cottage cheese with fruit, beef jerky, etc for on the go protein. Found in the Jump creek rhyolite formation by Marsing idaho on the edge of where lake idaho would have had its shoreline. the formation is known for having good petrified wood as well as other plants. I figure it has to be a fossil based on my limited knowledge.

I have roughly 15 phalaenopsis orchids. Most of them were rescued from my local Food City's clearance plant rack. The leaves and roots on most of them look healthy. They are reported in clear slotted orchid pots which I set inside some kindness heavy flower pot or clear vase to keep them standing upright, watered roughly every 10 days, and all are under grow lights during the daytime. The only thing I would arguebtheyvare lacking is moisture in their environment because I have a dog with skin allergies to dust mites so i have to run a dehumidifier indoors to prevent excess moisture which dust mites thrive in.
