Hey everyone, I'm looking to find a good option for a quick bit of food in the morning that I can either take to work with me, or prep before hand to eat before I leave for work in the morning. I really like the concept of high protein, high fiber bars (could be savory, sweet, breakfast, w/e). However, I've found that most of these tend to have sugar alcohols that tend to cause stomach problems (gurgles, etc. without going into too many details).
