Not officially diagnosed, but GI/Allergy doctors suggested I have MCAS based on symptoms. However, my cardiologist thinks it's adrenaline dumps or SVT, not MCAS. Anyone with similar "episodes" that last 1-10 minutes? Happens multiple times a day, sometimes I go months without it happening. \- sudden impending doom feeling as if something is wrong \- fast HR, sometimes as high as 190 (potential SVT based on Holter monitor), mostly around 120-160 \- hot/flushed face and ears (not patchy) \- malaise feeling \- anxiety/panic \- dizziness/faint feeling Happens random times throughout the day, can happen after eating food (1-2 hours) or on an empty stomach.

I’m in a cut right now and sometimes it feels hard and I want to guess that bulking is easy based on “ it’s easier to eat more food” but I know it’s not that simple. Feeling too full is uncomfortable just like feeling hungry is. So what do you think based on experience?

This is my first venus fly trap and so far I have been loving her! I named her Lola, and she's a bug catching machine. At one point she had 5(?) Traps full. The growth has been much quicker than I anticipated. I'm in central Florida and let her stay in direct sunlight for the majority of the day. Distilled water soaking up through the bottom of the pot she's in. It's worked wonderfully. I'm curious, can the plant have too many traps digesting food at one time? Any tips are appreciated! She's definitely beautiful to look at 😍 I want her to be around for a long time to come.

So instead, they bypassed the point system and hit her with a conduct violation for an improper call-off. I have been up all night digging through her paperwork and the union contract, and I am pretty sure I caught HR and her supervisor completely screwing themselves. I’m a 23m. I was playing fast pitch with some buddies who needed an extra. I slid into 3rd base completely wrong and I felt a pop. I got up I was fine. Played in right field as soon as I planted my foot to take off I felt that pain in my Achilles. I’m hoping it’s not a full rupture. I’ve been able to limp around since then but the pain is still so bad. Idk what to do. The doctor checked it out and said it can’t be a rupture because I could limp on it.

I almost gave up on sector 2, but on my last try I did manage to get 3 stars. I used King staff and Mannie dual sword for combined attack to burst then Elaine and Tioreh for building up my magic gauge and survivability. As a mobile player, these bosses are not a joke. Auto targeting makes me dizzy and bugs occur too often. I didn't recorded my attempt but basically just fill up the magic gauge then tag King to stun the red demon then IMMEDIATELY use combined ultimate with King as base. After the burst, fill up the magic gauge with Tioreh and Elaine then burst the grey demon using Mannie and King ultimate separately. Help! I got my turtles as hatchlings about a year and a half ago. At the time I asked the store owner, who I’d known for years, how to look after the turtles, what setup, diet, everything I needed to know weeks before committing. He told me to add some plants to the tank and feed them frozen blood worms. Only recently when it popped up on social media did I see that blood worms are considered turtle junk food and their diet should be mostly leafy greens? I feel terrible!
