I bought a plushie as a Christmas gift from the Duolingo Store website three weeks ago, and they haven't even given me a tracking number to at least know its status and be sure it's in transit. I haven't received anything, and they don't respond to emails. I'm ordering from the USA, and it said it would arrive in five business days. I downloaded the Shop app, but it doesn't give me a tracking number there either. I think I've lost $60 and will have to improvise with another gift.
