Recently spotted a new display put up by the old upstairs entrance to Debenhams in between St Davids 1 and the Grand Arcade, regarding the future plans for the space. After seeing a post on the subreddit of a high-up view of the demolition work, I wanted to see if you can see anything from the street level. Turns out you can! Here are some pictures I took through gaps in the fencing around the area. It seems as if they are keeping some of the structure of the department store and demolishing the central area to make space for the outdoor park-like area which has been planned. I am interested to see what you guys think about this project?

I found the same question from 3 years ago it seemed most were still empty. Wondered if that’s the case 3 years later. Lincoln, still empty. No plans for that to change. Is anything in your old Debenhams?

On Market Street maybe just after 11pm last night, next to the empty Debenhams store, there was literally an animals decapitated head lying on the pavement. I didn't get near, there were a few guys gathered around it and I wasn't sure what the **** was going on, but definitely a decent sized animals head on the footpath. Some girls walking past saw it too and we agreed between us it was either a cow or maybe dog head. Just yet another WTF moment on a Nottingham night out.

There is a massive fire in Staines in one of the 2 new tower blocks behind the old Debenham store.

Hello, as many of you are aware im trying to build Churchill Square in Minecraft but in 2019 and is working away at building Debenhams. May i ask does anyone remember what the Lingerie section looked like for example what colour was the wall were there any lingerie concessions maybe what material was it? Ive emailed Ingka (owners of CS) for a walkthrough of the former department store but they responded back with "I've asked the team if we can help you in any way, I'll let you know as soon as possible." and that was a week ago. If anyone remembers it would be greatly appreciated
