Bad road markings or am I missing something?

19d ago

I'm a newish driver (passed around a year ago) and I needed to get petrol. I've never used this garage before and as I was driving up to it I saw the first right hand arrow. I drove into the lane, then realised that there was a car waiting to come out (just like on the photo). I looked ahead and saw the second right arrow. Realising my mistake I drove through the marked matches onto the second arrow and then turned into the petrol station. Is this just a really bad layout, or am I missing something? and I wonder what what happen if a similar thing happened on a test? Many thanks - Jake

Should I be worried?

45d ago

I know it’s been Christmas and new year and I appreciate you all for your efforts over this busy period, but should I be worried about this? I dropped it off on December 27th at 8:30am, the locker told me the last collection for that day was 4pm. It’s still currently sat in the locker. I tried calling customer services yesterday was on hold for 35 minutes and then the call got cut.

Is this Claudia ?

Singers corner

68d ago

Cork might just be the worlds most convenient city. Just heard there’s a gala store going into the singers corner building. Considering there’s a centra, Costcutter and a spar within a 30 second walk is it really necessary, and could the building be put to better use considering the history and the part it has had in cork city… What your opinion on this ?

Costcutter, Dorset County Hospital

131d ago

Hi all! Me and my family are currently having an extended stay at Dorset County Hospital. We have noticed a costcutter that is marked on Google maps and on costcutters website it says there is a costcutter on site. Unfortunately we are unable to find any evidence of it's existence! Anyone have any ideas? (we haven't asked any staff, as we're stubborn and refuse to give up in our search)

Costcutter, Limerick. €3.49

Another unrated place 2 portions of wedges, 2 portions of various breakfast foods including 4 eggs, 4 sausages, rashers/bacon and 2 chicken tenders. 2 buses and less than 500 meters of walking. Good pickup time as you get an hour but had I not told the employee I got 2 bags, I would have walked away with one. Perfectly serviceable. But not exactly a place I'm dying to go back to again. As a disclaimer, I got driven here but had I made the trek, I'd be even more middling on it. As is, 3.5/5.

Congrats Oranmore U20 Hurlers
