Hi all, looking for some advice on my rights here. I live in a flat in Scotland. I exclusively own the garden at the back of the property (it’s on my title deeds). There is a small pathway that runs down the back of the building which provides access to my garden. The same pathway is also used by the neighbouring Costa Coffee for access to the rear of their premises. Costa staff have been leaving waste, bins, and other business-related items on the pathway. I went to Costa Coffee with a friend, using the car park outside, took her to the train station, and then returned to the other side of the same carpark about 40 minutes later to do some shopping at Lidl. I wasn't aware that there was a rule that I can't return to the same car park within a close time - but is that still valid even if i was a paying customer at two separate businesses that share the same car park? I'm so broke and this 100 quid fine would use up all of my food money for the next couple of weeks... i'm so gutted. Hi everyone, I'm not a Costa employee but I hope this is allowed. I bought a reusable travel mug from Costa but I cannot figure out how to clean the lid. Does anyone know if this lid comes apart? I can see that it's dirty but I'm scared I'll break it if I force it apart. Does anyone own this or know if it comes apart?

Hi all, So currently I have just over 10k saved right now Make roughly 60k per year Saving €1000 p/m Hoping to apply for a mortgage in maybe 10-14 months or so I understand bank statements should be clean, but to what extent? Bit hard to see this getting through. There's a bit more scepticism these days around drive throughs from a development plan perspective. 10 years ago maybe, this was a road of industrial estates and the like. But the character of the area is changing fast, with the Creamfields and new apartments further down. It's going to be a much more urban location in another 10 years.
