The Locals Call It "Pollo el Diablo" - [dinosaur/cryptid story]

I’ve never been all that good at secret keeping. I always liked to think I was, but whenever an opportunity came to spill my guts on someone, I always did just that. So, I’m rather surprised at myself for having not spilt this particular secret until now.  My name is Seamus, but everyone has always called me Seamie for short. It’s not like I’m going to tell my whole life story or anything, so I’m just going to skip to where this story really all starts. During my second year at uni, I was already starting to feel somewhat burnt out, and despite not having the funds for it, I decided I was going to have a nice gap year for myself. Altho...

27 [M4F] UK/EU/NA – Searching for the true one.

4h ago

Hey there and merry chritmas/happy new years to you! I go by Fjord online and that’s what you can call me until we get to know each other better! **To start things off, a little bit about myself:** I am a twenty-seven year old, Half-British and Half-Norwegian. I’ve practically lived my whole life in the United Kingdom, but I do love taking a trip over to Norway, whenever I can fit it into my schedule. My dream would either be to settle down with someone in the UK or have the possibility to move abroad and settle down with someone outside of the UK so either or works. I am about six-foot-two and a bit on the heavier side, though I have been working on reducing my weight with much succ...

Black ops Lost Media [BO]

4h ago

I was only about 7 when black ops released, but I remember my parents buying it and they had a poster with the game. The poster featured a man repeling holding a gun. The majority of the background was white, white some writing on if I recall correctly. The best information I can give is that it was basically set in the mission where you are on mt. Yamatau and repel into the broadcast station as Hudson. I have never found this poster online so I am not sure if it was a limited edition release. I am from the uk so the most popular retailer at the time was ‘game’. If anybody else remembers this poster and has any info they remember about it, let me know! I’d would be cool to try and so...

What is Overland Travel

5h ago

***“Overland travel is the echo of ancient footsteps, still guiding us beyond the edge of comfort.”*** For well over 200 hundred years, mankind has been evolving into the most curiosity filled creature to have ever explored our earth. Our lust for greener pastures and to be the first has fuelled our hearts and souls for adventure.  It is no surprise then that adventure tourism trade as grown into a multi-billion dollar industry. To this day and more than ever before, our overwhelming passion helps us to further our ability and to push ourselves to more daring limits. It's what took us from the jungle and into space. Basically, there isn't anything we wouldn't try.  ht...

Help finding job

5h ago

Does anybody know of places that are hiring right now? I’ve been job searching for over a month, applied to over a hundred jobs, been on a dozen interviews and still nothing. I have 2+ years experience in food service and customer service and 2+ years in retail sales. Looking for full time work and $13+/hr and I’m desperate at this point.

automatic dog feeder

5h ago

hi, I'm looking for a dog feeder that would ideally connect to a Google home system, I'd like for it to have a sensor that tells you if the feeder is empty and needs refilled and also recognises if there's food left in the bowl so it doesn't end up chucking food in even if the dogs not eaten I've looked at quite a few but wasn't really able to find anything like this, has anyone come across one that would be able to do all this? also; ideally I'm looking for products available in the UK and/or Norway
