Hi all My car had run out of windscreen washer liquid so I bought a bottle of RAC Winter extreme screenwash 5 litre bottle from the local B&M. Filled it up and all good, unfortunately forgot to take it out that night and it spilled all over the car. It was in the boot but seems to have spilled into the back seats where the smell is now the strongest. I first tried to get rid of the smell by letting it dry out, then covering it in carpet smell remover. This works but only when the powder is applied in the car which is obviously not a long term solution. I used to put my folded duvet on the floor and use that for drilling/visualisation. Are there are super cheap, minimal footprint (bedroom in a houseshare) solutions I can pick up somewhere? I was thinking construction knee pads, since the knees are the main issue when drilling. Seems convenient if they can be worn over trousers for quick drilling. Has anyone worn them? Are they ok for moving around? There are volleyball ones, but do they do much on a very thin carpet? So I had a bit of a thrip outbreak on my plant collection. I have since introduced some predatory bugs which didn’t really work that well. Hi all, Looking for some advice: I recently moved into a new shared accommodation where my bedroom had been repainted by the previous tenant before I moved in.
