When the TM role got cut last year they fortunately got a promotion and became a SM at another store, in another district after interviewing. Never buy Laptops from Asus! I am so fed up, don’t even feel to type this message as it was the only thing I was doing for past months, from the retailer “ARGOS” to manufacturer ”ASUS”. 100% yes it is! Don’t listen to managers who says it’s not or others that don’t actually know the policies it is a way that managers can use to get you out the door! Anyone that says it isn’t a disciplinary is wrong and if it’s a manager that’s saying it needs to go back and be retrained or actually do the training 😂

I preordered Resi 9 Requiem Deluxe edition on the Argos website. I used an e-gift card I got for below face value, and a £5 promo code for signing up to the newsletter, leaving around £30 on my American Express. I've gone through the bot help a couple of times to cancel the order as I've been given an Amazon gift card as a switch incentive. But the bot says i can't cancel and to reject the delivery. Which i can't do as it will be posted before I see the postman or sometimes woman. If I go to my local Argos store, could they do the refund process? I'm not that bothered if the £5 gets lost and completely understand that some would be given as a gift card.

sorry if this question is ****** but I bought my autistic son razer viper vp 3 pro in November. Yesterday it stopped charging ( only to 3%) and the dongle doesn't work so I requested an RMA off the support team. I bought the mouse in an Argos store which I have being informed by razer is not linked with them. Not sure how i was supposed to know that as they're a store chain but however my fault obviously . Ive sent them the emails asking for a replacement and they said its past the return date(argos not razer) am i better off biting the bullet and purchasing him a new mouse or is there any hope of a replacement?

Hi everyone I just want to check: can Argos check in store an order you’ve made online in their system? I’ve been chasing a difference refund for something I collected at a collection point. I paid 40 quid, but they cancelled the order and the price is now 99.99. Originally was told I have to order it again at 99.99 to get refunded the difference. I did just that. But having stood in an Argos going back and forth with a manager who emphatically denies the ability to a) see an order number file in store and b) process such a refund, I’m at a loss. As above I’ve had an exchange item delivered already as the other wardrobe was faulty , I’ve rang Argos so many times they say it’s up to xrocker to pick up , xrocker when I email they aren’t giving me any answers . I've recently had a new store card as the last one ended back in October, whenever I try and make a purchase through the app it's throwing me the "sorry your order failed to place, please try again" and yet it works in store. On top of that when I have used it, it's telling me a transaction has accrued on my card (nothings showing on the my Argos card all)

Placed an order last week, which originally on the page said collect on Sunday (yesterday). Once I checked out, the email changed to Monday (today) and I’ve just received a text saying there’s been a delay with my collection and they’ll contact me later. Support claim it will still be there this evening, but I doubt it. Had a browse, can’t see anyone else had this situation beforehand. Did anyone that’s had this happen before actually get to the pick the item up just later or is it now a waiting game? Just to add it’s a Sainsbury’s collection point, it has no actual Argos store space.

Im trying to buy an oven with installation and recycling, and when I get the the delivery section of the checkout it just says "sorry something went wrong, try refreshing the page" or something like that, will I just have to wait till the website is working again?
