Argos Locations - Store Locator Tool UK

Hi everyone I just want to check: can Argos check in store an order you’ve made online in their system? I’ve been chasing a difference refund for something I collected at a collection point. I paid 40 quid, but they cancelled the order and the price is now 99.99. Originally was told I have to order it again at 99.99 to get refunded the difference. I did just that. But having stood in an Argos going back and forth with a manager who emphatically denies the ability to a) see an order number file in store and b) process such a refund, I’m at a loss. I called the customer services myself (for like a fifth time) and they can’t even process the refund since it was sent to a collection poin...

As above I’ve had an exchange item delivered already as the other wardrobe was faulty , I’ve rang Argos so many times they say it’s up to xrocker to pick up , xrocker when I email they aren’t giving me any answers . Return has been started so can I take it to the nearest Argos store it’s very heavy and big . I’ve packaged it all up the return was started 2 weeks ago just wondering if it’s classed as a large item I don’t have the room for it and it’s not up to me to get rid of it as it is faulty

On the 26th of November, I contacted Argos Customer Services via their App to organise the return of a Playstation console and accessories that I had recently purchased. (Unused, not needed, found cheaper elsewhere). The Argos representative booked a collection for the afternoon of Saturday 29th of November. I did not receive a text/email confirmation for this booking at the time, but assumed it would arrive later in the day. A confirmation never arrived, but as planned, an Argos driver showed up at my door on the 29th and collected my items for return. I asked if I needed to sign for the collection/take a receipt, but the driver said no, and that everything would be handled automatically...

I've recently had a new store card as the last one ended back in October, whenever I try and make a purchase through the app it's throwing me the "sorry your order failed to place, please try again" and yet it works in store. On top of that when I have used it, it's telling me a transaction has accrued on my card (nothings showing on the my Argos card all)

Placed an order last week, which originally on the page said collect on Sunday (yesterday). Once I checked out, the email changed to Monday (today) and I’ve just received a text saying there’s been a delay with my collection and they’ll contact me later. Support claim it will still be there this evening, but I doubt it. Had a browse, can’t see anyone else had this situation beforehand. Did anyone that’s had this happen before actually get to the pick the item up just later or is it now a waiting game? Just to add it’s a Sainsbury’s collection point, it has no actual Argos store space.

Im trying to buy an oven with installation and recycling, and when I get the the delivery section of the checkout it just says "sorry something went wrong, try refreshing the page" or something like that, will I just have to wait till the website is working again? Or can I go into an actual argos store and request the oven for home delivery with installation and recycling?

having still got my dispay dock and my working lumia 950 watching the linked video sure brings back the memories of its release i was lucky enough to be sent a lumia 950 with folding keyboard & display dock to test for a week & back then i was amazed at the things could do with it i admit after the testing it & sending all back to microsft i couldn't wait to get one from the locak argos store was expensive but for the time it was brilliant especially being able to dock the phone and connect a 128gb flash drive & keayboard, mouse i really wish microsoft had continued to work on this as the basics were sorted they could have improved with software updates o...

Nationwide Argos stores have been restocked with entirely Black Bolt & White Flare products such as Booster Bundles, ETBs and Tins. This is store dependant and not every single store however it has hit many many stores. Looks to be in store only!

Hello from the UK I am looking for some advice and information please on buying a Blu Ray player (I am in the UK) for the purpose of playing our DVD collection and possibly a few Blu Rays. We have just purchased a new 43 inch 4k Television (Toshiba) and we bought a cheap Majority DVD player because our old DVD player only had a scart connection for its output and the new 4K tv did not have a scart input (like nearly all new modern TVs out there now). We did not get a scart to hdmi converter because to be honest we did not know they existed (but we do now but still have not bought one) The DVD image quality through the Majority DVD player is very poor it is like watching a 360p youtube video...

Recently went to the Argos store near me to buy a £200 Sony vinyl turntable. While waiting for the item to be retrieved, the store clerk dropped the box pretty severely where it was likely that the turntable was probably damaged inside. I asked the clerk to bring a replacement since I was unsure about the condition of the original. The clerk then take the dropped box to the back warehouse and retrieves another box. I was getting an odd feeling about the whole thing so I asked can he please bring the box that he dropped originally back out front so I can make sure they gave me a replacement that was new. None of the Argos stores in my area have it in stock. I looked recently and a number of sites had it in stock and now I want to buy it seems to be out of stock all of a sudden. Anyone know of anywhere that still has it in stock?
