Hi! I recently booked an interview at Argos store as a customer advisor. Does anyone have advice on answering questions, dress code and standing out in order to get the position.

Can anybody remember a electrical shop there, pretty sure it was where the empty Argos store is now, what was that shops name?

Was on the fence for a while, but after seeing several unboxing videos, was swayed to snag the space black model. Was totally blown away when my local UK Argos store had x1 in stock for collection at 4pm today. having still got my dispay dock and my working lumia 950 watching the linked video sure brings back the memories of its release i was lucky enough to be sent a lumia 950 with folding keyboard & display dock to test for a week & back then i was amazed at the things could do with it i admit after the testing it & sending all back to microsft i couldn't wait to get one from the locak argos store was expensive but for the time it was brilliant especially being able to dock the phone and connect a 128gb flash drive & keayboard, mouse i really wish microsoft had continued to work on this as the basics were sorted they could have improved with software updates o...

Nationwide Argos stores have been restocked with entirely Black Bolt & White Flare products such as Booster Bundles, ETBs and Tins. This is store dependant and not every single store however it has hit many many stores. Looks to be in store only!

Hello from the UK I am looking for some advice and information please on buying a Blu Ray player (I am in the UK) for the purpose of playing our DVD collection and possibly a few Blu Rays. We have just purchased a new 43 inch 4k Television (Toshiba) and we bought a cheap Majority DVD player because our old DVD player only had a scart connection for its output and the new 4K tv did not have a scart input (like nearly all new modern TVs out there now). We did not get a scart to hdmi converter because to be honest we did not know they existed (but we do now but still have not bought one) The DVD image quality through the Majority DVD player is very poor it is like watching a 360p youtube video...

Recently went to the Argos store near me to buy a £200 Sony vinyl turntable. While waiting for the item to be retrieved, the store clerk dropped the box pretty severely where it was likely that the turntable was probably damaged inside. I asked the clerk to bring a replacement since I was unsure about the condition of the original. The clerk then take the dropped box to the back warehouse and retrieves another box. I was getting an odd feeling about the whole thing so I asked can he please bring the box that he dropped originally back out front so I can make sure they gave me a replacement that was new. None of the Argos stores in my area have it in stock. I looked recently and a number of sites had it in stock and now I want to buy it seems to be out of stock all of a sudden. Anyone know of anywhere that still has it in stock?

Are there any other mods other than the Argos mod that lets you use already furnished habs for your outposts? I just absolutely **** at furnishing my outposts and while the Argos mod is great, there’s only so many combos of All-In-One, Argos Store, Operations, Argos Armory, Living Quarters and would like some more variety.

Hello to everyone. So i contacted customer service online about my TV repair within the 1 year i bought it and i was told to contact toshiba. I did and they forwarded me to argos custmer service again. Then i explained everything and because i have a different postcode i was told to take the tv to the nearest argos store. I explained how it is far and i would have to ride the bus with a 50 inch tv. I was told thats the only way. I took the tv in the heat and arrived only to be told that i need to contact a specific argos care telephone and was wrongly advised to get the tv there. Lost half a day for nothing. I live in a large city and the one standalone Argos store has a huge front end area which used to (back in the day) have large displays and a big Lizzy Duke jewellery area. You could make the front end area into a dance floor - it’s that big! Now it’s bare with nothing apart from some areas in which you can order merchandise. Surely it can’t be cost effective to have this area doing nothing. Why is this?

This **RETIRED** set is currently on offer in UK ARGOS stores for £63! I just grabbed it as I LOVE the TIE INTERCEPTOR but can't afford the £199.00 right now It's selling on eBay £100 second hand and similar on Amazon resellers so hopefully this post helps someone grab it brand new :)

So I've been seeing that next month RCs won't be paid if a manager is working that day. Is this just a businessdecision or done by store because we've heard nothing about this yet. I work in a standalone Argos store if that makes any difference
