So, I'm expecting I have some form of emotional hunger due to being over weight, though I have been unable to identify it, or tell the difference from physical hunger. I'm currently on a fairly strict diet. So I don't think it matters for losing weight. All food intake is planned at this point. Generally I eat at very specific times. I have also had a long history of "over eating" at meals. Essentially I have always had the ability to fast for an entire day, though I can eat like 3000 calories in one meal. And... I'm general hungry even after eating. I also have always drunk \~.5-1 gallon of liquids a day. (0-calorie, coffee, tea, diet soda, etc) I generall...

Curious. How important is diet to mental health? I honestly have a not great diet. I usually eat one meal a day. And don’t normally snack a ton. But my meal is usually quite large/calorie dense and is not the healthiest choice ie fast food, Taco Bell, Burger King, Panda Express, pizza. A good bit of soda, energy drinks. Water hit or miss, usually not enough probably I feel like **** a lot. But if I eat more regularly, I tend to overeat still. I don’t ’ Intentionally starve myself I guess. It’s more often I get extra tired and unmotivated. I feel like I should I eat healthier and that would help. But I really struggle with that

I just ordered delivery and rather than have the closest store to me deliver, it chose a Taco Bell that is twice as far away. I have never ordered from that Taco Bell I didn’t even know it existed, but now my food is taking longer. Is there a way to change this?

Hey big Taco Bell fan. My fav fast food place. Sadly The only taco bell within 30 minutes of my house closed for renovations last week. Does anyone know how long TB renovations usually take? This really ***** for someone like me who eats taco bell like twice a week :(

I am pet sitting for my neighbors and they gave me specific instructions I was allowed to make myself at home and drink their beer and eat their food. I’ve had 1 frozen pot pie and some coors so far. But during my perusing of their fridges something struck me as odd that I cannot wrap my head around. Multiple saved fountain sodas. I have to imagine they probably came with ice and are super flat by now. But why would someone save fountain sodas for an extended period of time. I like Mt. Dew as much as the next guy, but this is the same as popping a can open and leaving it for tomorrow. I don’t know if i’ll ask them what’s up or not haha.

I was in my local taco bell ordering off the kiosk and finished my order. I wanted another reward but the kiosk won't let me log back in so I ordered off the phone. They just handed me my food as soon as I finished my phone order. They saw it was me and just put it in my already open bag with the ID sticker on the food. Has that ever happened to anyone else in here before?

I heard that the Benson shopping area is getting a Chipotle. Ok, cool. But there are four other Mexican places in that area and a food truck. 5 Hermanos Restaurant California Burrito Taco Bell (Not *really* Mexican but it's not tacos and burritos) El Gallito Mexican Food Truck And Aliberto’s Jr Mexican Food What I think would be really nice is a greasy spoon. A place to get a nice breakfast or a decent lunch. I guess there's a IHOP in Renton, Kent, and Southcenter. I think it would be nice to have one in the Benson area. \*Edit: Btw .. I do love Mexican food.. and sometimes Mexican inspired foods sometimes.

I was 12 during the Joplin tornado, and my family still talks about how different things could’ve been. We had just left the high school graduation and were running to the car in the rain. I couldn’t keep up, slipped, busted my knee open, and started crying. We weren’t planning to stop anywhere, but I complained that I hadn’t eaten all day and wanted Taco Bell. People feel bad for the customizations at Taco Bell, but as someone on this sub said before, they even advertise the fact that you can customize with the whole Fan Style thing. So do you think the employees are used to it/should be getting this stuff right as much as Subway would?

My wife doesn’t want to go the closest McDonald’s that’s 2 miles away. She always eats somewhere else when I go there. We witnessed 2 employees outside smoking. They walked in and started making food. No handwashing or gloves. One of the employees from outside was scratching his hair. somebody else picked their nose according to her. I got this error while trying to check out from Arby's (had a 10% on an order of $15+) so I tried Burger King (had a BOGO of the Royal Chicken sandwich) got the error again. So I tried Zaxby's, Taco Bell and even McDonald's. Same error, every time. Each time the notification said the error was because my payment method couldn't be verified. Ok, office is doing a challenge. Have to spend $25 pre tax. No subs or removals. No Drinks. At first I thought just go all taco salads, but then that seemed boring. We have 40 minutes.
