I think I last had Taco Bell in 2010 after a move, it was late, nothing was open. I don't remember if I liked it, but it *was* my favorite food when I was a kid. Anyway, a buddy went earlier this week and I was reminiscing on how much I liked it. I used to get 3 hard, 3 soft tacos late at night on the drive back from college. So I was craving it. I get it, this job has its ups and downs and there are times where it feels miserable to be a DoorDash driver. I've been there. You get a day where you spend several hours working and get only a handful of **** orders that barely cover minimum wage. You get a customer who files a false report on you in an attempt to get free credits. Maybe you even waited an hour for an order just for it to get cancelled. But why do some of you have to come here and be massive dickheads to others? I just saw a post where some guy was talking about his silly interaction about taking a $3 order that was literally down the street and how the customer was being overdramatic about his 50 cent tip. Anyone know if there's an e-mail for Taco Bell mobile support? I have a small but annoying issue where a friend and I made mobile orders, but the staff in the location wouldn't hand us our orders. Our order appeared to be there, behind the counter, but no amount of hand waving or eye-contact would get the staff to address us. The app confirmed the orders should have been ready. We tried for another 15 minutes at the counter, didn't yell or make a scene, just motioned whenever I caught an employee's eye. Long rant and just seeing if I’m alone in this or not. Recently got laid off so I’ve been doing this for almost 2 months now while job searching and I **** to say it but I’ve already messed up a few times, which has led to me getting a few thumbs down.
