Located in Australia, I’ve just been informed that by mid February, Subway will now have its own default menu (just like any other fast food place) with its signature sandwiches. For example, a customer can come in and ask for a Chicken Classic sandwich, which will automatically come with Italian bread, old english cheese, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, onion and garlic aioli sauce. We will still offer the option to build your own sandwich just like usual, but this is an interesting and new change to subway with a lot of formulas to memorise before it’s official. I work at Subway and my meals usually consist of a sandwich, chips, and water. I tend to steal one or two cookies during my shift as well. I realize any chips/soda/cookies has got to stop, as well as the bread from the sandwich itself, but is there anything on the Subway menu that I can while maintaining a keto lifestyle?
