I’ve been wondering about working at Starbucks (I’ve been really interested in getting a part time job as a barista, the coffee tea world is interesting to me). The issue is that I’m in school, and have classes the entire weekday, and I’m only available Saturday and Sunday. This will be the case for the next year as well. I can do open, midday and close shifts, but only Saturday and Sunday. Hey I'm recently started buying coffee from costa and I'm wondering why I keep getting given lattes sometimes even close to cappaccino. This has happened in 3 different Costas. I politely inform the barista and they remake my flat white and it's always perfect. Do baristas not like making flat whites? Also just wondering why costa doesn't have flat white size takeaway cup, like Starbucks or Gregg's. It's always in a small takeaway cup which feels like too much coffee to milk ratio and I find the coffee is a lot weaker as a result.
