This has been happening more and more on every delivery app to be honest. All drivers are unavailable for it. I pay for priority priority delivery and it doesn’t arrive within the time. I’ve contacted uber support and they told me there is nothing they can do. Anyone have any ideas I can do? They told me if I charge back with my bank my account will be banned as a result because it breaks their ToS.

Hey guys, I own a Krups Nespresso Essenza Mini and really enjoy the simplicity of making my morning coffee. I usually drink a simple lungo with some milk. After trying different capsule brands, I noticed that the amount of coffee I get varies quite a bit. With a no-name capsule, I get around 90 ml instead of the usual 110 ml. With a Starbucks capsule, I get only about 80 ml. When running the machine without a capsule, the water output is around 108 ml. So it seems to be calibrated alright. So I wanted to ask: Is this completely normal, or could there be an issue with my pump or something else?

confession from a dark-roast coffee and espresso lover: I like flavored coffee. when on campus, k-cups (cinnabon, starbucks, victor allens, green mountain etc) help curb sweet cravings. I often find that lattes don't do it for me anyhow, as I don't like milk diluting the bean flavor or syrups that are too sweet. anyone have any favorite brands, flavors, or reccomendations? Personally I still find the fact that Korean coffee shops open late in the morning unusual. I'm used to coffee shops in the US opening early to provide much needed caffeine and eats to those heading out early to work, or for people starting the day early on the weekends. Of course there are a few western brand exceptions like Starbucks. I remember when I first came to Korea, searching the neighborhood for open coffee shops at 7-8AM with no luck.

I’ve been using the vertuo pods and machine for about 6 months, I’ve already descaled and I run a hot rinse cycle 1x a week to keep the vertuo machine in good condition. Is it normal for the coffee not to “hit” the same after a while? I use filtered spring water from the grocery store (not distilled). I bought this machine to kick my habit of buying Starbucks out everyday. I should I get an actual espresso machine myself..? Thanks

I think one of the girls at my Starbucks exclusively pulls blonde shots. Is the bar set up for that? I am assuming from the same machine they can pull regular, blonde, and decaf? The reason is that I stop by daily for a shaken espresso w/ milk, no classic, lt 1/4" whole milk with room (the last bit is b/c they always fill to the top and make a latte but since this addition that only happens like 2/5 times). Besides the regular fast foods, Timmies and Starbucks, does anyone know of any coffee shops that stay open into the evening? Am I the only one that enjoys a coffee shop in the evening? I know Spiral Cafe stays open until 5 and sometimes later, but I'm looking for something in Langford, Colwwod area.

I'm trying to teach myself how to draw again after many years. Got my books and pencils and am ready to hit the ground running however I legit don't own a desk/if I do it at home I'll just end up doomscrolling on my phone until bed. I'm looking for specific recommendations for a coffee shop, cafe, etc that has a good environment for this type of thing. There's one near me but they have their music on 11 for some reason and it's just impossible to concentrate. I did try a library but ironically it's on the opposite of the spectrum to me.. It's too quiet LOL. I'd prefer somewhere not Starbucks though I'm willing to try anywhere at this point....

especially starbucks with only one coffee sometimes grand size or even venti they still put in bags with a low tray, coffee goes unbalanced and bouncing in the bag when i was not even put inside my bag yet, just asking for spill, so annoying.
