I was wanting to make a Peppermint Mocha Brownie that was like the Starbucks peppermint mochas that I used to have. I like it! But I think I’ll change to a more coffee flavoured buttercream frosting next time. Double chocolate mint mocha works but I want a different colour for the frosting. (It kinda dookie) Also, any tips on how to handle icing/frosting when piping? There’s always holes in mine and I want to minimize that if I can. Driven from Pune to Goa with a day halt at Kolhapur and here is my review. 1. The highway is not that bad. Google maps are exaggerating. Most of the detours are side roads of the highway and are free flowing. If you drive on Pune roads, even those detours are an upgrade. Just stay on the highway where all the traffic is flowing even if Google maps show otherwise. 2. The best part of the trip is going to be an hour after you leave Kolhapur. I just got the Black Rifle Salty Caramel Latte k-cups, and just over halfway through brewing an 8-oz cup, it starts dispensing water, so my coffee ends up all watery. When I take the k-cup out of the Keurig it is completely empty (usually there are grounds left over, even after a 10oz brew). This doesn’t happen with my green mountain or Starbucks k-cups and my Keurig is brand new, so it’s not a clogged needle like Google suggests.
