I took a Starbucks pick up for $6 to the hospital. Like 1.5 miles. The woman put her room number in and I figured I'd at least be able to hand off to security. I arrived and the staff wouldnt let me go anywhere besides the admissions area. Makes sense. So I ask if someone can take the bag to the room number and all I get from security is that I can't wander the hospital and they don't know anyone with that name. I am currently out of work and it's boring sitting at home all day with nothing to do...so getting out of the house to apply for jobs for 4-5 hours is a nice change of pace. I've been working mostly at Barnes and Noble. It's quiet, and large enough where there is rarely a crowd. WIth Christmas shopping starting though, it's not as quiet and calm as it once was. I know a lot of people go to coffee shops, I've tried starbucks and it's too busy and uncomfortable for me. Panera is fine, but I prefer Barnes and Noble over that. Hey, is there a way to mark chocolate curls as sold out? I ordered a Venti Peppermint Mocha with extra curls (I rarely get Starbucks other than PM). I stand in the lobby and wait for it to be made(only one other customer there, not busy). They don’t bother telling me they are out of curls until they put the drink on the pass. Like, I wouldn’t have spent $7 f-ing on a coffee if I knew the key ingredient was not going to be included. I knew first world problems but it is annoying af.

Unfortunately, there isn't an "Obvious" flair. Yes, I'm looking for suggestions for local roasters. Since Seattle is supposed to be the coffee capital of America, what's out there? I've seen a dozen articles, but they all seem a little slanted to whoever is buying ads from them. I like dark roasts (I **** Starbucks) and full-bodied coffees. I like my coffee sweet with a splash of milk (Cow, almond, oat, etc.) My favorite roaster is Baby's Coffee out of Key West, but paying to ship across the country is a bit silly.

So I 'inherited' a Starbucks Barista machine about 5-6 years ago (it was replaced in the office by a gaggle of Nespresso machine) I finally broke it out this weekend and made coffee in it - thorough cleaning in and out, ran a bunch of water through it to 'clear it's pipes'. Today was full of doing assignments and studying for exams, so I ordered a starbucks coffee from zomato, when the delivery guy got to my house I noticed he had a limp and Im not sure but it seemed like he had trouble speaking clearly as well, initially when I handed him a 20 rupee tip because well Ive been spending alot on my food orders so I couldn’t give him the usual 40 rupees but he thanked me from the bottom of his heart with a smile and said that nobody ever gives tips these days. I was really touched so I went and got another 100 to give to him, he was so happy and thanked me like thrice. It really made my day.

Sure I wish at least it had 6gig ram. But when you disable all the apps that comes with it, change the window animation it's actually not that bad I mean it was only 20 bucks. Just don't have it gazillion tabs /apps open at ones. I mean cheaper then some peoples coffee they get at Starbucks.
