My therapist recommended I find a third space. Basically a place I go to that isn’t home or work on a regular basis. In my 20’s I always had a pub or two nearby that I would frequent, but I don’t really enjoy going to alcohol related establishments anymore. There use to be more coffee shops like Starbucks, but since the pandemic most of the ones with generous seating areas have shut down, and turned into to go places. Been reading some of the posts on here about McDonald's cravings. I average maybe one visit there per year if that. Everytime I go to Disney with my family, I'm absolutely disappointed and shocked how crappy the coffee is. I'm a big coffee snob that just wants a good cappuccino or traditional macchiato or pour over. Starbucks and joeffrey's coffee is such a disappointment to for my taste buds.
