Ok so a quick rant about our joke CEO. The issue about SB that bothers me the most is: **SB is a walking contradiction**. And this reason is why it's failing. Forget prices for a moment because local cafes actually charge similar prices to coffee chains. So price isn't why. The reason is SB contradicts itself. First I apologize for my vocabulary here, i’m still learning all the terms to use in the coffee world so please correct me if any terminology is wrong! I just got an espresso machine. And it uses actual grounds instead of cups. I’m not exactly sure what coffee I should be getting though. I stayed at Hyatt Regency San Antonio Riverwalk twice, and here was my experience. Parking: The biggest disappointment about this Hyatt property was the parking situation. The parking garage is right opposite the hotel, but the elevators are filthy, and there are homeless people sleeping in the stairwell, the garage isn't secured properly for people paying high amounts of money to park their vehicles. It is also very inconvenient to cross the street with your luggage if you want to self-parking instead of paying the high valet fees. I often stay at this hotel for a numerous amount of conferences, and this is my overall review of the property: Parking: I have to say I am not a huge fan of it. The garage is built well but the elevators are very old, I got stuck in them once or twice, and its a little far away from the main reception.
