Latest Comments & Reviews & Feedback & Social Media Sharing of the Starbucks Coffee Latest Community Discussions About Starbucks CoffeeMy Thought on Our Clown of a CEO1h agoOk so a quick rant about our joke CEO. The issue about SB that bothers me the most is: **SB is a walking contradiction**. And this reason is why it's failing. Forget prices for a moment because local cafes actually charge similar prices to coffee chains. So price isn't why. The reason is SB contradicts itself. CEO: we want a good customer experience (true) and we want partners who are paid above minimum wage (good) but we also need fast service time Also CEO: write on cups CEO: we want customers to feel like the partners genuinely want the customer interaction Also CEO: write on cups CEO: we still want fast drive times Also CEO: encourage customization of drinks and retain lu... New to espresso! need some help1h agoFirst I apologize for my vocabulary here, i’m still learning all the terms to use in the coffee world so please correct me if any terminology is wrong! I just got an espresso machine. And it uses actual grounds instead of cups. I’m not exactly sure what coffee I should be getting though. I know it’s recommended to use recently roasted beans but I’m trying to keep a low budget for now while i get the hang of it. I first purchased the Cafe Bustelo espresso that comes in the 10oz tin. I thought it was okay for the espresso but I wanted something maybe smoother. I’m wondering if the Starbucks Pike Place Roast ground coffee can be used in an espresso machine?? or if it comes out dec... Parking: The biggest disappointment about this Hyatt property was the parking situation. The parking garage is right opposite the hotel, but the elevators are filthy, and there are homeless people sleeping in the stairwell, the garage isn't secured properly for people paying high amounts of money to park their vehicles. It is also very inconvenient to cross the street with your luggage if you want to self-parking instead of paying the high valet fees. Check-in/First Impressions: I loved this hotel from the moment I stepped foot inside, though it was quite small, I loved the water features, the lighting... Offered me a free coffee for appreciation week3h agoInstacart offered me a free coffee at Starbucks. I don't even drink coffee. In order to get it you have to scan a code in their app and do something just to get it. Sorry instacart. Why not just pay me a bonus instead. Cheap aholes. Thanks for nothing for appreciation week. Gaylord Texan Resort & Convention Center Review: Overpriced?3h agoI often stay at this hotel for a numerous amount of conferences, and this is my overall review of the property: Parking: I have to say I am not a huge fan of it. The garage is built well but the elevators are very old, I got stuck in them once or twice, and its a little far away from the main reception. There is an outdoor walk, but my favorite way to enter is through the vineyard tower, up to reception. Check-in/First Impressions: The wow factor at all Gaylord Hotels is the first impression. As soon as you enter your eyes will catch the big, huge atriums, and that is exactly what happened with me. The hotel has a lovely Texas feel, and a huge atrium that is breathtaking just to see. Usua... Finished 1000 deliveries & got a GIFT!4h agoWho else got these? Instacart really out here thinking "if you treat em like dirt they'll stick to you like mud" Happy Holiday Instafart! 💩 🎄 Made a siphon coffee maker using lab equipment. Surprisingly… it works!5h agoI saw a guy on YouTube build a giant siphon coffee setup and it reminded me of the siphon coffee bar at the Starbucks Reserve in Chicago… and that was enough inspiration to say, “Yeah, let's make one of those.” So here’s my version: a siphon coffee maker built from chemistry lab glassware, a hot plate, and a wooden stand I put together. It works just like a normal siphon, heat pushes the water all the way up the glass column, it brews at the top, and then vacuum pulls the coffee back down through a filter. Is it practical and easy to wash? Not at all. Is it fun to watch? Absolutely. And yes… the coffee actually tastes pretty great. If anyone wants a video of it running, ... Licking the starbies boot is wild6h agoThe outputs from Gemini 3 Pro Image are so just FAB7h agoPrompt I gave to get this output: Raw candid smartphone photograph, shot on iPhone 15 Pro, unedited, high shutter speed. A medium shot of a cute young Indian woman standing on a sidewalk in Bangalore. She has wavy shoulder-length black hair with natural flyaways (imperfect hair). She is wearing a red and black cricket jersey, a navy baseball cap, and an unzipped black bomber jacket. She is holding a plastic Starbucks iced coffee cup with the classic green Starbucks siren logo facing the camera (refer image of Starbucks coffee cup below). The cup has visible water condensation droplets on it. She is posing playfully with her hand under her chin, smiling with a smug expression. Lighting is... Need more coffee recs7h agoThis is my personal list of coffee shops that’s I’ve tried in Fresno, just wanna see if there’s any hidden gems out there that I need to try. Thanks! Coffee shops9h agoLately, I’ve been on a coffee shop hunt. I enjoy walking into a cafe and getting a drink. I love coffee. I’ve tried several spots in BGC, and I already know what I look for. Fair price for the size and solid coffee quality. Think Starbucks. Good quality and generous serving, even if the price runs a bit high for some. If you have recos, drop them. I’ll add them to my list and try them out for sure haha! :) Need suggestions from the Coffee Gods9h agoGuys, I have opened a Cafe In Panvel, old Mumbai pune highway to be precise, I am planning to have variety of coffee based drinks, I need couple go suggestions. A Realistic Budget for an International Student in China (Beyond the Stipend)10h agoHey everyone, One of the biggest questions I see from new applicants is: *"Can I actually live on the 3000 RMB/month stipend?"* The short answer is **yes, absolutely.** But the long answer is: **it depends entirely on your city and your lifestyle.** After talking with hundreds of students across the country, here’s a realistic breakdown of where your money will go. All prices are in Chinese Yuan (RMB). (Roughly $1 USD = 7 RMB) # The Biggest Factor: Your City Tier China isn't one single price point. Costs vary massively between cities. * **Tier 1:** Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Guangzhou. (Expensive) * **Tier 2:** Nanjing, Wuhan, Chengdu, Tianjin, Hangzhou. (Mode... As a brief disclaimer, I have taken the exam only once (luckily), and my experience is unlikely to be representative of all the exams. So please take it with a grain of salt, especially when it comes to question style. I will also not be discussing specific questions, as it is explicitly prohibited by RCR. This article is mainly on my method for preparing, and some of the things I wish I had or had not done. Hopefully with this, some of you might be able to secure a pass with less time and effort invested. Below I will go through: 1. Outline of the exam 2. What to expect 3. A b... why do some big brands stay iconic why others fade?12h agowe all see the same thing: some brands stay relevant for decades, while others with bigger budgets disappear like they never existed. it’s not luck. it’s not the ad spend. it’s how they communicate - and how they reinvent without losing their core. look at: • ryanair - low-budget airline, high-impact social strategy; memes, honesty, and personality built a cult following. • spotify - turned data into culture; “wrapped” is now an annual global obsession. • netflix - hyperlocal campaigns, sharp humor, and content moments that dominate conversations. • starbucks - doesn’t just sell coffee; sells routine, comfort, and personal ritual. • apple - simplicity so powerful it be... Grand bohemian employees12h agoI tried every website, so Reddit… I hope it comes in clutch! I used to work at the Grand bohemian and the one thing I don’t care to notice was the brand of coffee they always ordered. the best coffee and I’m craving it so bad cause I’m pregnant ! does any employee or ex employee know what it was ? It came in a silver bag and ordered in bulk. they always said it was Starbucks coffee but that was never true hahah ğŸ›¡ï¸ Content Safety: All discussions are automatically filtered for inappropriate content to ensure a safe browsing experience. |
