I booted up my computer today to everything having some topographical looking digital backgrounds that will be blue and/or red. I've looked in personalization setting I can find with no dice. Videos, web pages, and even my windows in settings all look like this attached image. Restarting hasn't helped either. I have 2 Sceptre Y325 monitors and one of them doesn't have this issue. The name on the painting is Jean Williams. After some internet research, I think it is Jean (Williams) Lucas b. 1873. It is a painting of Middle Bay Lighthouse in Mobile Bay, AL. Is anyone familiar this persons work?

So I just started on my practice model, just a regular Infernus Marine I got from my local Warhammer store, following GW's guide for painting Berzerkers. I think it's coming along fine so far, needs some touchups on the shoulders and other areas and I need to do the eyes, but so far I'm enjoying my first Warhammer painting experience I primed it with Mephiston Red and painted over all of the armor plating with Berzerker Bloodshade before starting on the trim and the flamer.
