In BC Canada Brought my truck in for a vinyl PPF wrap, I met with the company and left a $1000 deposit in store on credit card. Upon pickup I paid the rest in cash After receiving the truck back, the quality of work wasn’t great, large gaps at the edge of panels, bubbles, parts of the truck weren’t wrapped, inconsistent edges on panels, factory decals wrapped over. I'm calling this the "Basecamp Adapter." It's a way to connect the node to an external power source while maintaining water resistance. I'm intending it mostly for temporary setups (hence the name basecamp adapter), BUT you could potentially seal up the cord with silicone for a semi-permanent installation. The silicone would bring it back up to IP67 and it would be suitable for a more permanent outdoor installation if you used the correct material and painted it. Today was my stores 6 month founding celebration and I came in to paint on a free mini :3 Full time took 2 hours with some chit chat in between. Want to get a massive box for my kids to build a cubby, or paint or whatever. Where would be the best place to go get one? I was thinking appliance stores like Good guys but I imagine the boxes go with the product (e.g fridge) to the customers home.

This July 4th week finally did it. I'm done with DPO. I was honestly trying. I had almost perfect metrics for it. It wasn't working very well, but I was doing what they want us to do. But this July 4th week, DPO really **** the bed. It would have had me miss plan this week by 12k, if not more. I got stores right by the water where everyone with a pulse is spending their time this weekend and the **** wants to send 25 boxes full of 2s and 3s. I need to vent about a disturbing experience I just had. I was walking back home from Belle Meade Publix around 4:15 PM. I was walking along Harding Pike on the stretch where any pedestrian space that existed a few ago has completely disappeared thanks to the construction barriers where Mapco and The picnic café used to be (I'm assuming it's the St Thomas Ascension expansion). Just got the keys to my second coffee shop location, and took over a former shoe store that had a bunch of shelves and clothing ranks on the walls. I have patched it up, and am currently going over all the drywall surfaces with a 60 grit drywall sander. I've read that skim coat does not stick well to gloss paint, so I'm knocking down as much of the gloss as I can (which you can probably see, is not very effective lol). End goal is to have a wall that is good enough to paint, but doesn't have to be perfect. It's a commercial setting and will go through use and abuse at the end of the day.
