Hi there, I recently moved back to my home town (temporarily) and reunited with my old dollhouse. My parents got me the Beacon when I was a young kid (I'm 44 now) and I played with it constantly; I loved it so much. It was always the bare wood, never painted, and I have quite a lot of furniture to go with it that my dad made from little kits. I desperately need advice. I am renovating my house but it is not in our budget to repaint the bathroom cabinets. I don’t like the color but I’m trying to find ways to make it better. We just removed wallpaper and I don’t know what wall color would go well with it. I am also removing the big mirror and putting in two separate mirrors about the sink. Changing the sink fixtures and the cabinet knobs. I don’t know what metal fixtures would look best because I feel like the silver doesn’t go super well. I am thinking of painting my bedroom Rain by Sherwin Williams but when I put it in the color visualizer it doesn’t look as good in the bathroom.

Worried about causing damage to these stained wood posts with SH. I want to cover with plastic but afraid of taking stain off with adhesion tape. I have worked at Sherwin Williams in the side for 3 years so I know tape can definitely take stain off. Im spraying above the posts on those gutters so I wanna plastic the entire flower bed too. When I was younger, I remember that there was something uniquely awful about lying to someone who you knew trusted you.
