I got scammed and the scammers won. I'm not looking for advice, but I am here to just warn all of you that these guys are still out there and I want to hopefully help someone from getting scammed too. Long story: There were 3 men outside of the Safeway grocery store at Dobson & Main in Mesa in late January this year. One of them approached me as I was leaving the store and told the story of an autistic child that had been shot and killed, and how they were there raising funds to help the family. I already have both of these, but today found them in a Safeway grocery store. They are different from the ones I have in that they are on international cards, as where my others are on the US card, I know,I know, they are the same but man the cards are different, one with the Guaranteed for life and the others don't say that. Safeway grocery shopping order, before shopping I noticed he put his address as the store’s address, didn’t respond to any messages, so I just shop as normal thinking he’ll see the message along the way. When I’m done shopping I message again and call and he answers , ”Hey, I’m in the red truck.” I drive over to him, hand him his groceries, he thanked me and drove off. The Safeway grocery store four blocks (400 metres) away is getting demolished, starting in a few weeks. Someone pointed out that's likely going to be a lot of displaced mice and presumably rats looking for new homes. ... how far away do rodents pack up their lil wedges of cheese and an apple in a handkerchief tied to a stick and march off to new buildings? Are we totally screwed with a whole bunch of new neighbours skittering in the walls and across the floors?
