Does it really matter?1h agoI always assumed gummy vitamins were inferior, but lately I am questioning that. Pills might be more traditional, but I forget them constantly. Gummies feel easier to remember, but I worry about sugar and whether they are taken seriously from a nutrition standpoint. For those who have switched formats, did you notice any downside long term? Stasis recovery - question1h agoHi all, Unfortunately our stasis-prone bunny had another bout yesterday and stopped eating. I’m very quick at spotting it now given previous experience so it was caught quickly and meds obtained from the vet. He had critical care soon after it being caught. He is - on the whole - doing well. He’s passed a reduced, small number of poops, and he is nibbling limited hay, herbs, dandelion leaves and he has cautiously eaten pellets this morning. I have a question because his ability to “bounce back” is usually super quick and in 8-10 hours of getting meds he tends to recover very fast. This time he seems to be taking a bit longer. You are all so inspiring! I haven't had my surgery yet, just got done with the required physical examinations and got the recommendations of a few specialists. My provider failed to refill my prescription in time before my move, so I was unable to get enough of my medication (levothyroxine) to last me until I get health coverage here. I have 2\~ weeks of levothyroxine left and I won’t be getting health coverage for at least one more month.
