It’s gotten to the point where it’s happening almost 24/7 from the moment I wake up till I go to bed. My symptoms are: heart fluttering, heart palpitations (to the point where I can feel my stomach moving in and out), lightheadedness and head rush (my face turns red every couple mins when I stand up). Sometimes I even lose vision for like 3-4 seconds and I know when it’s about to happen because I can feel like my chest close up and this weird feeling up my spine. I’ve gotten blood work and an EKG done and it all came back normal. When to stop?49m agoIt’s been 10 weeks of me constantly trying to increase my supply. I have seen 6 lactations consultants so far and I am still a very low supplier. We have to supplement with formula almost every feed. My ****** have a tubular shape but a couple of IBCLC say this is not the problem. This is great news as it reduces the amount of bad cholesterol by a lot lot, plus Rice bran oil already has "stuff" that helps reduce ldl and improves hdl. Frezzin ya protein1h agoalways been paronoid when it comes to freezing ya food. weather its fresh protein or pre cooked meals. usually wrap it in cling film, then a freezer bag, (can they be re used btw) then pop it in a air tight tuppleware container. my freezer seems to get full pretty fast. once ya foods all wrapped up, and boxed. can you put multiple diffrent items in the same tuppleware box? think someone mentioned once keep ya meats seperate. but was thinkin if you have some frozen porked chops for example, then the next day pop in a chicken ****** is they a chance of contamination if one of the meat is already frozen? 5MG No Effect? Drop or increase1h agoThis might have been asked before but after 2 months on 2.5mg and losing an average of 1lb per week, I went up to 5mg, as I thought that was the recommended step. I’m about to take the 5th dose of my 5mg, but in the last 4 weeks, only had a 0.3lb gain overall - so no gain or loss. My food is better, eating more protein, and recently have had a couple of snacks - 4 chocolate bars in 4 weeks - much less than in the past, but it means the food noise hasn’t dissipated like when I was on 2.5mg. I have another 5mg pen and debating if I should revert back to 2.5mg and just use this to cover me - or to potentially just use the 5mg for another month and see how it goes. I can’t stay without applying coconut oil on my head for more than two days—if I don’t use it, my migraine gets triggered. Because of this, my hair is oily most of the time and I don’t look presentable. It’s really hard to deal with, and I often choose my outfits, office meetings, and functions based on the fact that I *have* to apply coconut oil. I also get migraines from perfume smells, certain food smells, going out in the sun, long gaps between meals, and stress. I can’t do hairstyles or tie my hair tightly because that triggers migraines too, so my hair is always loosely tied, which again doe... Sadly, it is not like that anymore. So I went to the drug store and bought psyllium fibres. I took them this morning with my muesli (tried yesterday with juice) but after first bite I had to run to the toilet. I have trouble with structures of food so I know this is not going to be solved in any way :(. Does anyone know if there are like supplements in tablet form or capsules? I don't really crave food anymore which is AMAZING. I have been caving in to stress eating. I also eat something that hurts me every time. It's only happened like 3 times, but the 1st was enough to know this HURTS. I learned my lesson the one time I overate and thought I had to be having a heart attack, but I am not learning from this. Today I took 4 bites of New York style pizza (pizza has been my favorite my entire life) and I found myself on my bathroom floor in pain and puking shortly after.
