DO NOT READ IF THIS MAKES YOU UNCOMFORTABLE So I’m 20M and literally apart from the last 2-3h hours I have had **** libido like since forever like maybe since the last time this happened maybe 3 months but it has been very low like for a year and something. Now, for the past 6 months I started a weight loss journey after some traumatic events that were unrelated to my sexuality but affected me deeply, which led me to want to improve myself, but for the past 3 months it MIGHT have turned into something which I don’t want to name because I’d find it offensive to label myself as having something of the ... Not seeing the results I was hoping for.3h agoNow I’ll be honest I haven’t been consistently in a deficit all of these 6 months, only close to two months of a slight deficit of losing 0.5 pound a week. I spent a month or two cycling between bulking and cutting (big mistake). I’m down 8 pounds since I’ve been consistent but I’m still so flabby. My muscles burn after each work out, I exercise 2-3 hours a week I’ve been doing this since January. At least 3-4 weight sessions of dumbbells, kettle bell, or weighted abs. I don’t do much cardio, I enjoy walking but at a slower 17-18 mph pace. I’ll do 0.5 to 2.5 miles depends on the day. Including this cause I’ve heard to focus less on cardio. I’ve been keeping rats since 2017 but have always liked ferrets, as with a lot of rat owners my current ones are getting older and I’m debating the switch. I absolutely love rats but the health issues and lifespans are getting me down a bit. I really wish I did, truthfully. But I just can’t get past it no matter how many times I try. I know there are others here who feel the same, if only a vast minority. However, that shouldn’t stop us from pursing great food at the highest level, so long as our expectations are set accordingly. Now there's a lot more obese kids Data from the 2002 national nutrition and health survey showed that *14.7% of Chinese were overweight*. Now its over 30%. *Chinese media seems to be blaming America and the west (American foods and culture)* Do you blame this on the imports of western food? If not, what else? I broke my fast3h agoI made a post not long ago seeking advice on what people ate when they broke their fast. A lot of insight was given. I’m still new to this. So this week I did pretty good going 12 plus hours fasting I also only ate low to moderate carb foods I have two go to meals cheesy scrambled eggs sausage and low carb toast or air fried chicken ****** with green beans and a half serving of white rice. And I always have a protein shake with them. And for a snack during my window it’s either some yogurt cheese or peanut butter. I’ve moved away from tv dinners Tonight though I was feeling it I’m at work it’s hot the air conditioning isn’t working right and I felt miserable I got some sugar fre... 22M Transformation and Regression [143lbs -> 175lbs -> 180lbs]3h agoTLDR; -Got depressed and became atrophied and emaciated, didn’t want to be emaciated when I turned 20 in 08/2022 so started eating and doing push ups from 04/2022-08/2022 -Bulked and consistently lifted weights from 09/2022-04/2023 -Cut and kept consistently lifting weights from 05/2023-06/2023 -Slight bulk/maingain and still consistently lifting weights from 07/2023-05/2024 -Got depressed again but this time not emaciated and only slight atrophy, locking back in now 07/2025 to transform myself again - Really more of a 1.75 year transformation from beginnning to my peak but unfamiliar with the rules of this sub so put 3 years since I’m including my physique now Notes “Newbies�... My dog, Billy Jr., is starting to show signs of dementia. He’s 13 years old and by dog standards he’s pretty old. He used to spring around our living room with the zoomies but he’s having less zoomies. He used to run during walks when I walked a bit fast but it’s been a while since he ran. It started with some late night barkings. The thing is, Billy Jr. is a barker. He barks at literally everything. On top of that we have some wildlife like racoons and opossums strolling through our backyard at night and Billy obviously doesn’t appreciate that. Fat to fit to fat to ED3h agoHi everyone, I just recently gained 15 lbs of FAT in the past 2 months which is A LOT considering I am only 5’0. My body fat percentage went from 15% to around 23%. One thing I noticed was I was able to cut down so much weight from volume eating healthy foods (basically 98% protein and eliminated all carbs), and COMPLETELY AVOIDING any processed or “unhealthy foods.” Going through a breakup recently I allowed myself to eat unhealthy foods again but I realized I messed up my eating so bad.
