I’m on kit 1 because I have 45lbs to lose(I’m 194lbs and 5’8) I’ve been eating cleanly for two months prior to ordering the kit so the transition was very easy for me. I’ve lost 3.8lbs this week. My first day I had some brain static from the Bupropion and I felt very loopy from the green pill. This is bc she doesn’t see him as a part of her just like an entity that’s always there making comments on her eating habits. I had very low Ferritin (3.95-6) during my puberty years that I think was caused by my vegan and fad crash diets at the time and puberty development. As an adult, my Ferittin seems to hover around 45 and I also seem to no longer have low hemoglobin, its very consistently at 11. B12 is very consistently low as well I believe a previous doctor thought I had folate-deficiency anemia but I don't remember if it was the right conclusion for me. I don't have particularly irregular or heavy periods. I am not celiac. My thyroid tests also came back fine. Hello! I’m about 8 weeks pregnant and my diet is so not what I’d like it to be, though I *am* giving myself grace… before pregnancy I was primarily keto/carnivore. Now I feel like I NEED carbs, they’re so much easier to eat… I actually ate some bread and pasta foods a couple weeks ago but since eliminated those and just eating fruits and veggies with my protein.
