Fitness apps, smart scales, nutrition databases, and even international medical guidelines almost universally use kilograms or pounds. Mastering the stone-to-kg conversion empowers you to log progress seamlessly, compare your stats globally, and celebrate every milestone with precision. This long, deta... How to fix skinny?2h agoHello, I am 22 and I am skinny...not a lot but at least noticeable and I am concerned about it. I am healthy atleast physically and eat clean homemade food and eat around 100g protein and 2800 calories a day. I must admit that mentally I am not in a very well state so maybe someone can help me out as all I have is this mindset to make change. Am I getting too much protein from just two things, or am I fine?2h agoPeriod slow weight loss?2h agoAfter a great start - and I’m still happy with my progress with 5.2kg (just over 11lbs) in 3 weeks - this week I lost just 0.35 kg but then two days ago my period came (only 2.5 weeks since previous one - thanks postpartum). I have still been in a calorie deficit, drinking plenty of water and counting protein etc so I was a little disappointed to see that o have lost 0.75lbs this week. Is this to be expected when you’re on your period? Could this be water retention? I think I will move up to 5mg for my next shot regardless as food noise has been loud this last week (but also period? Idk) Considering supplementing with formula while at work2h agoCurrently have a 5 month old baby girl so far exclusively breastfed/ pumped and bottle fed while I am working. She started eating some purées at 4 months old and since then my supply has dropped because she’s been more interested in food than breastfeeding during the day, because of this I have been having such an issue with pumping at work and only producing like 1 ounce or less per pumping session. I am considering buying formula to supplement but I feel so guilty as I was able to exclusively breastfeed my first born and have no issue with her latching and breastfeeding when I’m at home but I just cannot keep up with her needs when I am working. Has anyone else had this problem did yo... Thank you We Reviewed SuperThin 🌿 Can It Really Help You Lose Weight by Optimizing Bile Function?2h ago# SuperThin Review: Can This Bile-Thinning Supplement Actually Help You Lose Weight? Losing weight can feel like trying to train a cat to fetch. You put in the effort, but the results? Questionable. When your body isn't processing fats properly, **bloating, fatigue, and stubborn weight gain** can become daily battles. Collagen Guide — Benefits, Function & Secrets to Youthful Skin3h agoFine lines, wrinkles, sagging skin, and loss of glow are common signs of aging. One of the main reasons behind these changes is the gradual decline of **collagen** in the body. Collagen is a vital protein responsible for maintaining skin structure, firmness, and elasticity. As we age, collagen production naturally decreases, leading to visible signs of aging. Understanding collagen and how to maintain it can help you achieve healthier, firmer, and more youthful-looking skin. # What Is Collagen? Collagen is the most abundant protein in the human body and acts as the **building block of skin, hair, nails, bones, and connective tissues**. In the skin, collagen provides strength, structu... My motivation/focus has evaporated3h agoHey y'all, first of all just wanted to say thanks for all your posts here. I visit this page whenever I feel tempted to relapse and it reminds me why I quit in the first place, so thanks! I was doing about 9 or so 9mg Velo+ per day and quit mid-January for many of the same reasons I often see mentioned here. I have a cigar 0-2 times per month with friends and it does not seem to cause the same mega-addictive issues that pouches do. I have wondered if the occasional cigar is making my brain rewiring process take longer or possibly stalling it entirely. Hopefully not because it would be a bummer if I never got to have a cigar again. Just wanted to provide context for my situation. Since... 5'0 Body Recomposition Advice3h agoI'm 24 years old, 5'0, and 118lbs. Used to be really active as a teen that slowed down in adulthood. I always had maintained a really stable weight throughout my life. The past year, I think I gained around 7-10lbs, I think with the majority of it being gained in the past 5-6 months after I quit my job (now I have lower NEAT). This number on the scale is new to me. I never weighed myself often until January when I weighed in at 118lbs. I started back up lagree 1x a week in October (randomly, and more for my enjoyment), and then gradually added full body strength training in, now it is 2x a week. I know I probably should be doing more days of lifting, but this is my capacity for n... Red Kibble Recipe3h agoI'll start with the recipe, and then continue on to discussion of why I made the choices I did. Also, there is one sauce and two variants of the actually Kibble. That's part of the discussion. Does anyone have HIGH iron?3h agoFor context I've been celiac since 2014, and I also have PCOS (along with androgenic Alopecia). I did a really large blood panel recently as part of a beta program for an app, and my iron came back at 228ug/DL where it looks like it should be optimized at 60-110 and still normal up \~160 for women. I don't eat a lot of red meat or iron heavy food, and don't take supplements. I feel like most celiacs tend to have low iron - but anyone here also have high iron? My hemoglobin and ALT liver enzyme came back high due to this, and my vitamin d levels are low too (which I feel like most of us tend to have). ğŸ›¡ï¸ Content Safety: All discussions are automatically filtered for inappropriate content to ensure a safe browsing experience. |
