Latest Comments & Reviews & Feedback & Social Media Sharing of the Popeyes Store Latest Community Discussions About Popeyes Storesso many flavors3h agoSheet Pan Dinners for the win!3h agoTonight I made my first sheet pan dinner. Chicken thighs on one side, then cauliflower and green beans on the other. I seasoned everything with salt, garlic powder, and oregano. I added lemon juice to the chicken and cauliflower. And I squirted honey to the chicken. It took me like 10 minutes to prep! I added a microwaved Spanish rice from Trader Joe’s to complete it. During the bake time (30 mins), I cleaned up the kitchen and put away all the dishes of the day, and frankly, played on my phone. The food was delicious! And overall healthy. Maybe don’t add honey if you’re strict about that, but it really made the chicken extra yummy. I made enough that I will have leftovers for tomorrow... On the streets in Bath, UK3h agobecause I claimed my daughter's dog died?3h agoI (38M) do not live with my child's mother(43F). We have week/week custody of our one child together. We do not co-parent well at all. I would like to argue that we have a severe communication deficiency (important later), and she would argue that I am emotionally abusive (also important later) but that is a whole other AITAH post. My (11) child, called me randomly 9 months ago and was excited that mommy was getting them a puppy and they just needed my permission. I was put on the spot and said yes although I knew this puppy could not live with me and my child's mother does not have a great track record with raising healthy animals (there are chickens living IN the house). I... Continue the bulk or cut?3h agoI was always on the skinnier athletic side growing up, but finally put in the time to gain some muscle (and some fat too). I’ve always hovered around the 150-160lbs, but this semester I decided picked up the fork. I never had much of an appetite but once I started drinking a half a gallon on milk a day, I started to pack it on. I took whey and creatine daily alongside high protein/calorie meals, such as grilled chicken pasta, meat lovers pizza (don’t even get me started), and fast food sandwiches. I didn’t track my calories, but I made sure I always hit at least 180 grams of protein. By the beginning of October my weight stagnated, but I still saw gains in the gym. I tried to increase ... Food drive!3h agoI was back and forth about posting this here but where better to share than the food sub 😂 My friends and I run the everywhere project. We distribute thousands of meals every week. People line up for our sites, we have lots of volunteers, and are pretty well established. Because of trumps cuts to food banks. We have already had a 47% drop from our primary supplier. There is a 0% chance that we have the food to support the wave of people that is about to hit. Help us make sure that no one is turned away hungry. We are throwing an emergency food drive at love park on Wednesday October 29th from 7-9PM. Stop by & donate if you can! Consider sharing this if you can’t! We ... ($17k) South Dakota, 4 day destination wedding3h agoI graduated! 7.12.2025. We hosted a backyard wedding in a historic home in the black hills of South Dakota. It was a destination for us all - 52 guests total! Venue: $5,543 - this included lodging for 19 of us Thursday-Monday. We hosted a bach party Thurs, welcome dinner Friday, wedding Saturday, and pool party Sunday. - also included security, setup and tear down, planning and coordination, rentals including tables, chairs, arch, silk flowers, linens, charger plates, welcome signs, table numbers, etc. I did not buy any decor. -the house is part of a larger resort that is walking distance to dozens of cabins where the rest of the guests stayed Photography: $750 -hired a friend for her... We really need all the help we can get 🫶 Budget canned kitten food to replace Fancy Feast, that will be likely to work well for a sensitive stomach?3h agoI feel like I post here an absurd amount, sorry. I've switched my cats' food a few times for various reasons the past few months. I have a 6 month-old and a 4 month-old kitten. After wondering whether the 6 month-old's stomach and skin might be sensitive to something in their main food (Purina One kitten canned food in chicken/salmon flavor), maybe the salmon, I switched to just feeding them turkey and chicken flavor canned kitten Fancy Feast this past week (it had been their secondary food before, for some variety). They've been iffy about the Fancy Feast before though, and seem to be very unenthusiastic about it now. And especially after remembering it has milk as an ... We really need all the help we can get 🫶 Health foods - Costco Quality and prices3h agoI am a Costco member for 20 plus years ; and I still think its the best value for health conscious shoppers who are looking for good value. However , It is getting a little concerning when higher quality foods get either compromised or become more expensive. I consider myself having a strong sense of smell and taste/texture. Examples: \- Wild Alaskan Salmon in the frozen isles have got significantly more expensive , from close to 9 bucks to 15 bucks. How Tariffs and tweets affects this , I am not sure \- Costco Organic Chicken bone broth has gotten more watery, there is Vegetable broth as added ingredient. And with government shutdown and lax FDA regulations , who is going to verify the... old-school tjs would have had a response to the snap crisis3h agoI want to ask if our store could accept donations from customers & crew to be taken by people not getting snap who may have an easier time coming to an open store than making it to a food bank or pantry. I think that'd be pretty kaizen and neighborhood community care of us but i feel like our captain would think it too much of a hassle. I know many customers would throw an extra gallon of milk, pasta, cereal, frozen chicken, pasta sauce flour etc etc etc in with their purchase during a time like this knowing it might help someone else out. We would really have the ability to help people with our hours we're open and fridges/freezers. My household is supposed to get $250 in ... Regarding vegan propaganda4h agoMan vegan diet is the shitest diet on earth , it's a propaganda by brahmins to keep lower caste weak , as lower caste aren't much wealthy so can't afford dry fruits good diet etc On the other hand meat milk eggs are best foods with all nutrients, eggs are cheap , chicken is cheap , fish the best food is cheap , milk moderate price Feed your kids milk meat eggs fish loaded diets , fruits vegetables are okish Meat helps in bone building , good growth, face structure Look at these pics before independence the bone structure of lower caste man , good browridge , jawline , eye area, cheek bones, some can be models in today's time from this pic Eat meat drink milk And be in... Fast Casual Restaurants4h agoI’ll be working in Miami for a week and am looking for casual restaurants that are relatively healthy and high in protein, but open to anything as I like all types of food. Ideally $10-30 per meal. Think chicken+rice, sandwiches (la sandwicherie is my entire list), tacos, salads, açaí bowls, etc. Any West Indian recs? Any places open until midnight? Day 6 - pork chop, turkey ******, pancakes. Being transferred soon, so get your requests in tonight!4h agoThe necrosis in my bones and veins is spreading worse, so I'm waiting to get transferred to a bigger hospital, today or tomorrow. Get your suggestions in, and I'll try to eat them! Got my daily veggie omelette, but this time added the pancakes. There were full blueberries in that thing, a homemade pancake in the hospital!! Had the turkey ****** for lunch, and then finally tried the apricot pork chop everyone was asking about. They are all delicious. The chop was very tender as was the turkey. Im calling it officially, this is the best non-private hospital food in the lower 48 ime. The place I'm transferring to doesn't compare with food which bums me out. Sometimes I wanna run specials but I’m not sure how to hold or pick things up, especially if they’re very tender. I want to make Khao Soi and typically braise the chicken legs before service for events. But how do I hold something so tender through a dinner service for a special? The meat will braise in the curry and then I can pull the curry and heat to order with noodles, but what do I do with the legs? Any insights would be helpful. Online penpal4h agoHey there, I am 35 year old female with two kids, 8 chickens and 3 dogs. I work in medicine, and I also own a pizzeria. I'm looking for a good chat partner or email partner! If you're a chat partner, it would be ideal for you to be on the west coast like me, but not a deal breaker if not. I love coffee and wine. Love mexican food although i typically folkow a low carb diet. I like to make jokes, and I do funny skits for my pizzeria. I'm busy and I have a lot going on...but for the right people that jive, I make time. If you're interested hit me up! I live in poverty but go to a private school4h agoIt’s a Catholic private school. My family (who are Catholics and rich) pay for it, and so does the church to some extent. I believe they pay for half. While the rest of my extended family is rich, my mum, my sister and I live in poverty, well below the poverty line. Sometimes the government gives us money but my mum is usually too ashamed to pick it up (plus she borrowed money to buy a new car since our old one broke, and apparently having a new car makes us not able to get the money since if we can afford that, we must be able to afford food, but we can’t.) So basically, my rich family donates to my mum so she can afford to feed us. And so while it may not look like I live in poverty... Food fatigue - I just want to eat without thinking4h agoI am SO sick of thinking about food all of the time because I'm so bored with everything I've been eating. The first month or two were OK but now I'm entering into month 4 and find I'm thinking about what to cook for dinner ALL of the time. What did I do after work today? Hours of googling recipes that all grossed me out. I'm sick of eating non-starchy veggies by the boat load. I'm sick of not being able to make 1 pot meals that are creamy and comforting. I've lost 50lbs once before in my life (and later gained it all back when I quit caring about what I ate), but staying in a calorie deficit was SO much easier before when I could mix in other things li... 🛡︠Content Safety: All discussions are automatically filtered for inappropriate content to ensure a safe browsing experience. |
