I had a major hunger dampening effect on Reta starting from day 1. I used Sema before it and even at .25mg I was never hungry and didn’t have to titrate up. I started Reta at 1mg and titrated up every 3-4 weeks based on sides until I just got to 6mg Saturday night after staying at 4mg for 6 weeks. I never really had hunger the entire time until 6-7 days later when the dose would begin to wear off. On day 2 and I’m sitting at work and I’m hungry for the first time in a long time since starting. I am making paste and I basically am just putting tons of veggies together...heavily seasoning the chicken, and hoping it all kind of tastes okay by the heavy usage of seasoning. Sometimes I just like making a lot of food at once.

Long time aldi fan here, decided to give this a go after seeing a few posts about how good it was. Tasted pretty good going down for lunch but spent the entire night running to the toilet with abdominal cramping and diarrhoea (14 hours now). It was the only thing I ate seperate to my household and I didn't eat anything else unusual or from outside sources that day. Hopefully it's a isolated incident, maybe my store didn't store it correctly at some point (North Strathfield). I’ve been dealing with SIBO for 4 years (hydrogen type — here they only test for one gas, so I have no idea about methane). My main symptoms, in order of intensity, were: 1. I (32M) was diagnosed prediabetic a year ago for 1st time with 5.7 A1C. I freaked out but made small lifestyle changes and was able to reduce it. After meals I started walking for 10-15 minutes. So earlier this year my rent in the city went insane and I was one bad month away from credit card doom. I work fully remote, but my manager has this weird thing about everyone "staying in the metro area". No real reason, just trust issues. What I was told is that after these chickens reach 18 months of age, they are to be disposed of. They no longer produce enough volume of eggs. I’m fairly new to CICO, started around late October and have noticed it working. Although, I am going to be on a long 2 month vacation to family, where I am only going to be in control of my breakfast, but not the main dinner meals as its mostly at different relatives houses. Here at home I have been using my scale, making my own food, weighing myself around every 2 days, and tracking cals with loseit. For those who have had this vacation dilemma, what are your tips/recommendations. I had been using treadle feeders (like pic #4) for several years but the pigeons figured out that if four or more of them crowd onto the platform, it's enough weight to give them access to the chicken food. I can't really adjust the setting to make it require more weight on the platform because a few of my chickens are small/lightweight. I just tried switching to the cozofu feeder and closed up all the slots except the one in the front. The pigeons were able to hook their feet onto the sloped slide so I tried putting the cardboard in front but they are tearing out the tape I used and are still able to perch and eat the food... I don't know why this keeps happening but it's really bothering me. During the week, I don't eat much due to my ADHD meds, I only eat a couple of snacks and supper. However during the weekend, since I don't take my meds, I eat more. I usually prepare myself a lunch that consists of cheese, fries, sandwiches or chicken (which is what I eat for supper during the week) and I also often eat fast food for supper and eat cereal for breakfast. But I've noticed recently that I've been dealing with stomachaches every weekend, I get nauseous and sometimes deal with loose bowels. It's really painful and I want to know why this happens

I just had my son in August, and I felt a lot of solidarity with the mum, because I also had a traumatic birth where at many points I thought I was literally going to die. Hello. I have been lurking for months but have now finally decided to make an account and post. My ARFID seems to get worse for a while, then get slightly better and I get used to it so I think it’s good again even though it’s not really, then it happens again and again. It’s incredibly frustrating and I wish nutrition wasn’t something I had to think about. I was thinking that I might try making blended foods and putting them in those reusable baby food pouches in the freezer so I can hopefully easily defrost them for something nutritious that’s also real food (as opposed to the ensure I use to supplement). I have been trying to transition my mainecoon to raw diet and i am having real hard time doing that. At present she only and only eats some raw chicken other than dry food. I have tried feeding her red meat, beef liver, chicken heart but she just doesn’t show any interest in them at all. Any advice on what i must do would be appreciated.

hey yall! im a *********** man (21) with ARFID and I’ve been on testosterone for about 2 months now. One of my worst side effects is intense hunger. I usually eat light things like rice, chicken noodle soup, crackers, etc.. anything other than those things (+ some unlisted) absolutely disgust me but i know i cant go through T like this. I know I need to eat healthier during this. I kinda need help knowing where to start here.
