I just recently obtained my first juvenile pacman a few weeks ago. I have been feeding him about 3-4 small dusted crickets every other day for a few weeks now as that’s what the pet store lady told me to do. So far he’s never turned down a dusty crick and will lunge at even the slightest sight of one like he’s starving (see photo). When I first saw Nelly, she was all alone at the pet store and was crying. When I picked her up, she curled up on my chest and instantly fell asleep. I knew I wasn’t going to be able to leave her lol. But I don’t regret bringing her home that day because for the next 7 years she would be my baby. She was so feisty, but loved to cuddle for hours while I played video games. She also REALLY loved trash, so I usually just called her Smelly. Little Smelly will be so missed. Our Fresh Pet cooler is located almost dead center in our store. Not really close to any of the Fresh departments. Product comes in on the Dairy loads. Current manager will not stock it, states it's ours to take care of. I've at least gotten him to let me know when there's something in the back of his cooler to stock, but it got me wondering... Stormy has been licking her spay surgery incision so they put a bandage around it. She’s also on antibiotics for a few days for any infection. We couldn’t find a cone for her, all of the nearby pet stores had big cones. We’ll check some other vets or make a DIY because the bandage can’t stay for too long. She was so excited for her wet food today. The shelter doesn’t provide wet food so I try to give our rescue kitties wet food and treats when I visit. Hi I'm a beginner tarantula owner and this is my first. Its a Mexican red rump (Tliltocatl vagans) and I got it 20 days ago. I got it from a pet store and the worker said he had just molted. As soon as i put him into the tank he goes into the hide and by the next morning its sealed off, I have not seen him since and I'm starting to freak out. I left a cricket that I'm pretty sure I killed (on accident lol) into the tank and the next morning it was gone so im assuming he possibly ate it or it was still alive and went elsewhere. Is this normal behavior or should I start to worry?
