So I work at a pet store and naturally some of my coworkers are scared of the spiders we sell and end up over misting out of fear to even look at them? But I recently cleaned out the carrier because of a mildewy smell, today however my coworker noticed another smell from the same carrier so I went to clean it out again but noticed after I took her out the carrier didn't smell anymore so I went and smelled the empty carrier I put the tarantula in and it smells like mildew. I do have a tarantula but not a Mexican Red Knee tarantula and I've never come across a smell from her so idk if I need to put her in iso and take her too the vet

Is two years enough to know that you won’t be elevated at a company? I work at Publix (grocery store) and have been here for two years. A few months ago, I left Florida and transferred to a new state with the company. I went from $15.50 to now $17.80 and hour. I have coworkers from my old store (that started after me) making $19-$20 an hour. I feel like I’m doing something wrong here.
