Hi! I'm a relatively new finch owner - took Beaker here home on a whim because he was in my local pet store and was flightless so he was being adopted instead of sold. I decieded I wanted to take him in (I had / have two budgies, but at the time no finches.) and he has definitley grabbed my heart! He recently was seen by a vet and is not only in good health, but as of a month or so ago, his flight has essentially come back. It's still sort of inconclusive what specifically occured, but since he's been able to fly again, he has been - a lot. Hi everyone.. been using Finch for about a year and a half and have loved it so much. 2 days ago, I logged in to find that 90% of my items (clothing and furniture) are gone. The only ones I have are either from the current event, or a few completely random ones. I have saved 4 saved outfits consisting of items that are now gone from my inventory, and if I click the saved outfits, they are able to be worn. But the items are not there anymore. Same goes for my furniture, I have the saved birdhouses consisting of the now lost items, but my furniture inventory is almost empty. I spent so much time collecting everything, I am so heartbroken. So Ive wanted a guinea pig basically my entire life. My parents wouldn't let me get one when I was younger (despite the begging) but now I'm in a position where I have my own house and the space and I think I may be ready. The problem is I just don't know anyone who has them, and the only rescue near me is over 4 hours away. Friend had an old XP machine and I wanted my own, so he had spare parts and we built another one. I’m trying to boot using a SanDiskUSB that has Windows XP Professional SP3 x86 on it. After getting my Canadian license around 5 months ago I'm finally getting around to setting up my own HF station. After a couple weeks of research I've come to the conclusion that the radio I want (at least to start) is the Xeigu G90. Hello! So I skinned my first rat and it’s balding. It’s a feeder rat from a pet store (frozen) and I’ve heard that’s relatively normal for rats in those conditions to be missing fur but idk if this much is normal. It’s on the belly, neck, and back of head. Those are the only places fur is coming out. I always see such cute fluffy rats in taxidermy and mine is yellowish and balding so… idk if I did something wrong. I don’t want to make the same mistakes again.
