Hi! I’m looking for some dairy-free recipe suggestions. I picked up a can of 505 mild green chile but most recipes I see involve cheese. I have some dairy free cheese, but I’d rather just skip it. The grocery store also has some fresh Anaheim peppers this week if that would be better to cook with. I can get tomatillos etc at the local Hispanic grocery store. The Hatch canned mild red chile sauce was a bit too much for me when I had it a few years ago. Yesterday we had some snow here in PA. The high was around 36, but my pony spent most its day in a snow storm at around 28 degrees. I just got my surgery scheduled for late April and after looking at this sub and talking with the surgeon, I am curious what was recovery like for someone that works a more physical job? My surgeon says the vast majority of her patients are able to return to work about 3 to 4 weeks post op, but they generally work a more sedentary job. Her more physical patients return around 6 weeks and she has only had a couple patients wait until 8 weeks, but they were mainly do to complications. For context, I am a manager of a grocery store meat department, so my day consists of heavy lifting and being on my feet all day.
