Almost every time I’ve opened this app the past year it’s forcibly set to the beak fast menu. Absolutely nothing I can do. I’ll change the menu, update my location, redownload the app, but always thinks it’s breakfast. Not surprising but disappointing the largest fast food chain cheaps out so aggressively on their app that this has been a year long issue

Serious question. McDonald's has a very limited menu, while the promt can have a huge number of combinations because it's literally a mini paragraph of text, which is a creative endeavor. If we really want to compare it to McDonald's, we'll be talking about the food selection a person makes from the menu. I just don't know how else to compare it, because with just the promt without all the other settings, it's much more complex than choosing food from the menu.

I don’t know what McDonald’s puts in their apple pie, but it’s honestly one of the best fast-food desserts. The outside is perfectly crispy, and the inside apple filling is sweet and warm. Every time I order one, I think it will just be “okay,” but it always ends up tasting amazing. Especially when it’s freshly fried or baked — the texture is perfect. For such a cheap item on the menu, it’s kind of underrated. I’ve tried apple pies from many bakeries, but McDonald’s version still hits differently. Anyone else think McDonald’s apple pie is way better than it should be?

Can't really complain when I have no money and have to get a lot of food out of RE, but I think I can complain when I have money but all the chicken on campus is priced like three sandwiches but you get one. How the **** does this place charge $15? It's like going to McDonalds but they replaced the menu prices with Five Guys. We need to throw out whoever is doing the food on campus and get some reasonable prices in here. Captive demand and no competition (everything here is run by Compass, who owns Chartwell) just allows for sky-high prices. Maybe I should just sell t-shirts with "**** Chartwell's Sky High Prices" emblazoned on them to fund my dining experience....

All of the Wendy's locations near me have discontinued breakfast. I understand fast food breakfast can be rough but honestly mcdonalds and burger king have consistently offered better breakfast deals than Wendy's. Despite that, I would still go to Wendy's for the Breakfast Baconator. If the restaurants can't afford to offer breakfast, could they at least put the Breakfast Baconator on the lunch menu?

It is kind striking to me as I am from Poland and from my observations no other country in the continent is so obsessed with breakfasts as let's say England or USA. I eat fast food maybe 1 or 2 times a year. Decided to try the McDonalds near my house since it was late and didnt feel like cooking. I ordered the new Arch, large fry, and since the local soccer team won I got a free spicy mcchicken. The fries were good,.they filled the container to the top and where actually kinda over flowing. Still for over $4 I cant say it was a good value. They did give me good quantity tho and they tasted good. Fries i rate 7/10. They arent as good as a lot of local places and even tho they hooked up the large for $5 you can get a lot more from a local spot. For fast food it was pretty good tho. I grew up keeping mostly kosher, which meant McDonald's burgers were off limits. We'd go to McDonald's sometimes, but when I was a little kid, only chicken or fish were allowed, and then later it was just fish. Don't look for logic here.
