# Hello! We stepped off our 10 night cruise on board Explora II yesterday - traveling between February, 14 and 24 around the US and Mexico, including an overnight trip into New Orleans for the final day of Mardi Gras. During our time on board, I made small notes in order to be able to put together a daily journal on my return, and thought it might interest some prospective travelers with the line. At the end of each day I’ll also do a spotlight on a particular aspect of the trip (ie the restaurants as a whole, entertainment and activities etc). We had about $750 in onboard credit, so we were going to put this in use for a cooking class, and a meal at Anthology, leaving a little left over....

I opened up a Swedish Wet Menu 6 today and she's huge I tell ya. It has 4 mains with the Alfredo and Muesli being dry. As with all of these 24 hour meals there are loads of items to check out with 3 different brands. Blå Band, Orifo, OutMeals and RationTech. I ate breakfast and will probably eat the pasta later since I'm making pinto beans and ham for later. I had chocolate granola, chocolate chip cookies, chocolate hazelnut spread, coffee and candies. I also had my leftover chicken McGriddles to round it out. It ended up being quite a bit of food. The candies really pushed it over the edge. I work at a different fast food place that has a relatively small menu, and we just have cut and dry front orders, online orders, and delivery orders, and I get really overwhelmed during big rushes and customer conflicts. The store doesn't get extremely busy very often, meanwhile every McDonalds I know gets EXTREMELY busy like every single night. You guys have so much on the menu and so many different ways people can order and pick up so I'm just like how do you do it??? Do you guys take breaks to cry or what? Is it as bad as it seems or do you get used to it? Also HOW on Earth do you keep your drive thru time good with everything going on???
