I came across a local thrift store that is offering $4 average COG on their leftover unsold inventory from current styles. See brands below. This thrift store has about 500 - 2,000 items/month. The apparel items are a mix of categories for both men and women. They want me to buy all or nothing, without reviewing the items individually.
