Why do Kmart employees try to rush customers out as soon as it hits 8:30 but the stores open for another half hour? And if you’re there at 8:40 they get cranky.. Is it because they use that time to start closing up? I understand that some people stay in the store way too late but the stores open till 9 and the employees get crappy with you when you’re still in there 30 whole minutes before closing 😂 just wondering because where I work I start closing up 10 mins before closing but serve customers until the minute we’re closed

Hey guys bit of a newy here atm I’m heading towards Japanese white flare and phantasmal flames English sets but struggling to even find any phantasmal flames packs from either big w or Kmart, I did see Kmart had online only but was disappointed at checkout, I could always do the online route at other stores but they do charge a bit more than retail or am I better to test my luck once a week visiting these stores to see if they have any in stock and if so if anyone knows since Kmart is closer to me when they tend to get stock or even seeing when fb marketplace flares up is probs time when they r in stock. I've worked at Kmart for almost 1 and a half years. Hey all, I live in NZ and am looking into buying a new vaccume for my room as my flats vaccume is **** at picking up anything like long hair, fluff, etc. I have very long hair and thick carpets. I compiled a list of every display of monsters inc. Wondering which advertisements were at the movie theater, and if there were any I missed. If there were others, could you comment. Under Eddie Lampert’s watch, Sears and Kmart, once two of the largest retailers in the U.S., largely closed. Under Richard Baker’s watch, Lord & Taylor (almost 200 years old), Hudson’s Bay (even older) and other chains completely closed, and Saks Fifth Avenue is now to be only a fraction of its former size, and even Neiman Marcus, which rarely closed a store, is closing some high-profile stores. How can Eddie Lampert and Richard Bakee command any respect: they destroyed multiple chains. And how come any working-class guy who caused one store to close would be sleeping under a bridge, but these two walk away with lots of cash?
