To sum it up today I went to the Samsung store in Wakad Pune - Phionix mall to submit my phone for a repair estimation. Upon reaching the counter I gave a download of everything that happened with the device and the rep just stated it needs to be fixed out of my pocket. But since i had a open ticket with the Samsung customer support I notified her and got her on a call with the customer support rep handling my ticket. After their call the customer support rep informed me that the device seems to be out of scope for any additional help given it's 4 year old but she will try her best to get something done at the best possible. I recently upgraded to S25 Ultra from S22+ in India. I have upgraded to One UI 8. Firstly, the Samsung Messages App did not come pre-installed and Google Messages was the default app. Now I have installed the Samsung Messages App from Samsung Store (I prefer Samsung Messages over Google Messages.). I have been trying to Activate RCS Chat settings with my Vi number on Samsung messages. But it's failing to register. While, RCS is connected successfully, with the same number, when I try using Google Mesages as the the default app. I have even tried using an Airtel Number. But same result. Not able to download the Reminders App from the Samsung Store on my recently bought S24 (India-Snapdragon).  No search result in the Samsung App store, however there is a download option in the Calendar App. But after I click download I get this: "Content isn't compatible with your phone. Now as per samsung directives i need to share the Cashify diagnosis app OTP with the delivery personnel for successful exchange. My query is that: I was planning on removing all accounts and factory resetting my phone a day before, but am i supposed to generate OTP at the time of delivery in front of the delivery agent and how do i manage this after factory resetting my phone. Hey people! So I faced the line on display issue and gave it for repair on 5th July. I got the mobile just yesterday (30th August) and now I wish to sell it. I've been exploring options if I should go for cashify or give it in a samsung store(if they accept it) or sell it in a local shop, whoever pays the higher price. My phone is in very good condition. The screen now has been replaced. There are hardly any scratches, I never really took my phone out of the case since I bouhht it(August 2022). Yes, you read it right. This phone has launched on 21st July 2025 and I had pre ordered it. The phone arrived on time and I started using it, transferring data, the usual stuff you do after buying the phone. 2 days later I notice a slight sound on the inner display.
