I purchased fold 7 512 gb varient yesterday from samsung store and store is offering protection plan of rs 24999 for two years in which i can make unlimited claims, is this legit, if yes why im not able to find any such information online?

Yes, you read it right. This phone has launched on 21st July 2025 and I had pre ordered it. The phone arrived on time and I started using it, transferring data, the usual stuff you do after buying the phone. 2 days later I notice a slight sound on the inner display. Basically when I unfold the device, and slightly press on the right side of the lower hinge on the screen, there's a crackling sound (similar to how it sounds when you break a bubble on an air bubble sheet). I immediately went to Samsung service center in Borivali West, Mumbai and received pathetic service and response for my newly launched phone which also happens to be top of the line and one of the most expensive phones...

I ordered the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra (India) from the official Samsung website on July 13, 2025, during their big sale. And it's still in CONFIRMED status. Since there’s no update on the order, can I contact offline Samsung stores in India to inquire about the status of my Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra order? Will they be able to assist or provide any help with tracking or delivery updates? Has anyone else who ordered during the sale tried reaching out to physical stores for support, and what was your experience? Appreciate any insights or experiences you can share!

I have coveted S24 Ultra for past few months and, I wish to buy the same in the Prime Day Sale of Amazon for 74,999. My query regarding this is, whether the phones Darshita Etel sells are genuine or problematic? Also, whether I should wait 1 month for the one from Samsung store? I am from India, btw. Hello humans. Finally I made the upgrade. I know I am bit late but for last 2 months I was in dilema as toh which one to buy. Got this from Doha for 2899 Qatar riyal around 72k from originally samsung store. Their are other 3rd party vendors too, just like in india we have chroma, reliance etc. their I was getting s25 ultra for 81k But since it is without the international warranty I stuck to buying from samsung store only. Upgraded from OnePlus 9RT, back to samsung family after May 2013 (Note 2) at that time.

Ordered a Galaxy A16 two days ago (5/27) that had prime 2 day delivery on the product page. Today is two days later, and the phone is not delivered. So I go and spend 20 minutes trying to find Amazon's customer service number. Finally got them to call me, which they did immediately. I am from India, I see different prices from different sellers in Amazon India ? Indian buyers which seller did you go with. Are the sellers who are selling different price from the Official samsung portal, are they trust worthy ? For 26K tab, I don't see the word "re-furbished" anywhere in the page. I've been trying to buy the Samsung Galaxy Tab S9+ (WiFi only) for a while now, but it's just not available anywhere. I've checked Samsung's official online store, all major e-commerce sites like Amazon and Flipkart, and even visited a few offline Samsung stores — no luck. I remember it was available during last year’s Flipkart sale for around ₹46K, but since then, it's been mostly out of stock.
