While I don’t put it past Big Pharma to screw us over by reducing the effectiveness of our meds, I do want to verify that not eating or drinking anything except water for 45 minutes before and after I take 20 mg of generic Adderall XR (from Amneal Pharmaceuticals) has made a big difference for me. If I’m sitting still after I take it, I can actually feel shivers when it’s kicking in. That happens after maybe 20 minutes, but I continue to wait the full 45 min before I have my coffee or Crystal Light (a citric acid drink.) For lefamulin (lefabac, mulina), I tried to source myself from Bangladesh and Pakistan. As long as you have a prescription it can be shipped from Bangladesh but finding the person who can get that and send it to you is VERY complicated. My parcel is now transiting from Bangladesh to India and it takes ages because I don't have prescription as I'm based in France. From Pakistan (Lefaly) its even worse, I must take a flight to get them myself it seems.
