So last weekend, my son and I went to INO. I ordered our usual and paid the nice person at the first window. The girl at the second window gave me our bag and said "have a nice night" so I assumed everything was in the bag. I mean, INO ALWAYS gets my orders right and I never have any issues. When we got home, I was disappointed to find out that my son's food was not in the bag. So I visited Vegas at the end of June, and left on the first of July. I was down with 12 friends for a bachelor party, a few of us arrived a day early on Saturday June 28. Here are a few observations I had about Vegas, specifically in comparison to another bachelor party I went to Vegas for in 2013. The neighborhood is putting on a progressive potluck kind of event. We get stipends to prepare food and drink for ~350 people. It's adults only and people sort of meander around the loop, picking up food and drink as you wish and socializing/meeting neighbors. The theme this year is Road Trip USA. Not sure what to flair this but Discussion seemed the best. So I live in Colombia, and the only American food place is a single Mcdonalds. My parents never let me eat there, cause its unhealthy and there are no Wendy's, 5 guys, chipotle, shake shack, in n out, Burger king, or literally any american fast food places here, so I am shamed to admit that I have only eaten Colombian only fast food brands (Frisbee and El Corral) Just wanted to get your guy's opinions on this

There's a huge swarm of bees at the intersection of Campus and Stanford. They're swarming the top of the lamp, and I walked right under just fine. I actually only noticed them because they cast a shadow on the sidewalk. Just something fun to look out for if you're walking that way - bee careful.

Vegas Trip Report - June 2025 We were scheduled to fly out early Friday evening. Our flight taking off from the midwest was delayed about an hour and a half due to staff shortage. Before boarding, we called our hotel to let them know that we’d be arriving later than originally anticipated. Delay aside, our flight was great - complete with an upgrade to Delta Comfort+ with complementary alcoholic beverages! We booked a limo to pick us from the airport, make a couple of stops and drop us off at our hotel. Hello! Just wanted to share my first time Vegas trip details and all we did/ate etc. we arrived on a Thursday morning and took a taxi to our hotel-The Horsehoe. Wasn’t anything fancy but it was clean and room had all we needed for a weekend stay + a sphere view! We walked to miracle mile mall and ate at and drank at Flights. This meal was fairly reasonable and drinks were a good deal-3 for $15ish. Gambled at PH ($15 baccarat minimum was hot!) Walked around the shopping area in Paris, napped and went to The Lock speakeasy in horsehoe. Was a fun experience but at a 2drink minimum per guest it was $150.
