Well **** Me Down!3h agoPopeye the Sailor Man has always been a hard-working seaman and a loyal shipmate to the rest of his crew. But after being severely injured in a training accident he is medically discharged from the Navy. No amount of pleading and begging to his commanding officers will change his fate. After being discharged Popeye falls into a deep depression and starts drinking heavily. One night while sitting on the dock staring at his former ship, a box falls out of a passing truck. Upon further inspection, Popeye discovers it's a case of spinach. Slightly brightening his mood. Unknown to Popeye this case of spinach is contaminated with listeria and is enroute to the CDC headquarters in Alanta. Af... I Picked Up a Package. Now I'm Being Stalked By a Supernatural Entity.5h agoLooking back at it, i think i know exactly why it all came down to it, why i had to become a frantic runaway, paranoid of the things lurking in the corner of my eye, why i couldn't stop even for a second, not to eat, not to sleep, not even to relieve myself, why this ever-extending mass of joints, vaguely shaped like a human, and adorned in a jacket seemingly labeled with the insignia of every major federal agency, alongside a few of them that i was certain don't exist was hot on my trail. There at it chest laid these symbols, going in order of real agencies to utter nonsense the further down the they were placed. The Central Intelligence Agency, The Federal Bureau of Investigatio... Roly sparkles and dicey ( hungry jacks)6h agoRoly, Sparkles, and Dicey, were mascots for the Hungry Jack's Kids Club, an Australian fast-food program similar to Burger King's Kids Club in other countries. More specifically: The red square is Dicey, The green circle with a hat is Roly, The purple star with a crown is Sparkle (or Sparkles), they were often seen in toy sets and kids meal packaging 20M. Pick any number7h ago“Entry level jobs” have turned out to be a complete lie of a concept7h agoI haven’t been able to get a job in almost two whole years. I’ve been applying relentlessly, to every job I come across even if I’m not qualified. I’m signed on with 22 different temp agencies and they all say that everything they have required me to have certain degrees or many years of experience. Today I got rejected from ******* Burger King and when I asked why they said it was because I only had two years of experience working fast food, and this is like the 40th place I’ve heard that from. What do I even do at this point? EDIT: I have determined that there is no success, and so I will be killing myself in the next day or two. I wanted to do a killer concept and for some reason thought 666 wouldn’t be added but he did… so this is my finished concept for my take on what he maybe could’ve been… Appearance: Guest has the same Roblox hat and shirt as original guests along with his pale white skin. That’s pretty much where the similarities end. Like the original, guest has red glowing eyes. He also has 3 black claws on each hand. Parts of his body are just completely missing giving him a decayed look and those missing parts have strange black strings hanging out of them. Wrapped across his body are tendrils and parts of his expose... Can the McDonalds experience be better?11h agoA lesson I have taken away from companies like Disney, Chick-Fil-A, Costco, ect is if the customer experience is good, the reputation of the company will command current customer retention and draw future customers. In my untrained business mind, customer experience is shown in cleanliness, staff interaction, ease of customer access (like food delivery time in a restaurant or product availability in a store), ect. With this basic framework, why are certain franchises doomed to be seen as lesser by the general consensus? Places like McDonalds, Burger King, or Arby's seem to me to have a reputation of being hard to deal with, slow, and dirty. How can this be? I would imagine there are a...
