Hi all. Can anyone recommend a home goods store that sells Korean or Korean style kitchenware? There used to be a pretty big one around 159th(?) and Northern but it's either gone or I misremembered the address. I'm looking for earthenware pots as well as different varieties of silverware and other tableware. I've already hit up 2 Hmarts, but I'm just looking to see if there are more options available. A Chinese store would probably suffice too, as long as they also carry korean style tableware and cookware.

Does anyone have recommendations for good quality homegoods stores in Tianhe? I’m using amap to look for places but I can’t get much details and I don’t wanna trek out for bad stuff. Please any local recommendations??

I already feel like im going to get jumped for this… Anyways let me begin with some background. I worked at a Marshalls and Homegoods store(conjoined discount store) for about 5yrs. We would give some percentage of discount to damage furniture for example. Ok thats fine, no problem, but tell me why one time this lady was showing us a scratched item we were already giving her a discount for and starts scraping it hard with her nail and car keys asking for more discounts? I noticed people are just way more angrier in these stores and will literally act like we are at fault or robbing them for just saying no in certain purchases or discounts they want **at a discount store.** Other cases it w...

I have lux and non lux collections and want to special shout out to Fvith and Kobo candles. They burn so beautifully, cleanly and no dancing flames unlike Tom Ford. I simply enjoy looking and admiring how their burn and they somehow makes me feel calm and relaxed. It is sort of meditative just enjoying the moment of time and being present. I’m attaching a video to illustrate the point. I’ve enjoyed their burns that I bought more Fvith candles (is it btw going out of business?) and will go back a Homegoods store for Kobo candles.

Ugh I feel I should know this but I am on the struggle bus. I have this amethyst I bought years ago at the Homegoods store. I think the tag had said it was from Brazil, but who really knows. Trying to ID the white mineral on top of the amethyst crystals. They (and the rest of the specimen) look to be coated in a quartz druse. I have close up shots of complete and incomplete crystals of the white mineral. I did hit it with UV but the white mineral did not react. Any thoughts? Thanks in advance!

I'm trying to support local small businesses & avoid Amazon and big corporate retailers for holiday shopping. Looking to buy a few kitchen gifts for aging parents with limited mobility & grip strength. Does anyone have recommendations for a kitchen or homegoods store that sells adaptive kitchen tools, or things that are good for home chefs with physical limitations?

Not sure how well glitter shows up but it’s there. Since I’m saving for genuine berry braiser I released all this back into the wilds of the homegoods store in California . They had no actual LC today except the usual sky blue. It was the only stuff not wearing a Santa hat!

Found these at a Homegoods store. I love a rasberry dark chocolate candy, but I feel like it’s so hard to find. These are so good and addicting

I think it was Dragon something but I don't remember. You could buy giant fans and gems and general asian themed decor. My brother and I used to love that store.

They also had Valentino bottles. Thought y'all would appreciate this lol.

I've seen Urban Outfitters & Free People in the clothes section, so I know that the Urban brands do sell their overstock to TJX, but has anyone found their bedding/sheet sets before at TJMaxx/Homegoods stores?? Or like anything non-clothing? Urban and Anthro have so many cute styles/designs online that are no longer available & the leftovers likely become overstock. I've been searching for this discontinued Urban Outfitters duvet set that was released 1-2 years ago, can't find it anywhere!

The ones that put out bins or shelves in the summer with hand written price signs and sell things like loofahs/traditional style sponges, steel, ceramic or bamboo kitchen utensils that I have to figure out purpose of or fancy Chinese teacups/ceramics and potentially questionable roach poisons, etc Hoping you guys know what I'm talking about, and specifically a physical store because it's the whole *experience* of being at the store. I am currently staying in the Berklee Dorms and am looking for small decorations to make our space feel more homelike... The school prohibits larger furniture such as chairs, or any other large furniture. We are mostly looking for wall decorations or pillows to sit on. Where are good antique, thrift, or homegood stores within the city where me and my roomates can shop for cheap?
