Harris Teeter Locations

With gas prices and everything else going up, I’m wondering which grocery stores in wilm are consistently the cheapest for produce/dairy/meat etc? I normally shop at Harris Teeter because it’s the most convenient for me and always has deals going on, but I’m wondering if one of the other stores like Lowe’s, Food Lion, or Publix are more budget friendly in your experience? Edit: I shop sometimes at Aldi and Lidl also but those are somewhat out of the way for me and don’t always have everything I need

I have lived in Charlotte for two years now and have been unable to find any grocery stores that sell Monterey Jack Cheese pre-shredded in a bag. I've had to import my cheese via Amazon and eBay because nobody seems to sell it pre-shredded in bag form. Trying out a rub I purchased on a lark. Rub: BBQ Pit Boys Pork Privilege. St. Louis Ribs - Villari Prime (Purchased at Harris Teeter in NC). So - for any that have seen pictures of my ribs before, the color is quite excellent as per usual. So, I’m noticing a trend and wondered if it was just me or others have noticed as well. It seems every Food Lion location I have been 2 in the past few weeks have a lot of shelves empty, most notably the freezer/cooler sections. Bread is gone, crackers, cereal, all sorts of things. What makes this strange to me is that its locations in different areas: Wendover, Monroe Rd., NoDa, W.T. Harris/Idlewild Rd intersection. I’ve worked at Little Ceasers, pho 79, Ross, TCC (Advising Office) Harris Teeter and most recently at Newport News Shipyard. The longest job I’ve had was at Harris teeter for over a year. I’ve been getting really bad luck with applying for anything within this side of the water with the exception of the shipyard. I either get ghosted, or the places are just not hiring.
