Hi everyone! I have issues with MTHFR A1298C (a version which doesn't elevate homocysteine) and slow COMT (reduced ability to produce and clear monoamines: dopamine, norepinephrine and serotonin). I am prone to highly productive bursts of work and able to focus deeply, however I am unable to take breaks, and prone to crashes and burn outs -- wired but tired. In the evenings I often just cant switch off, compulsively checking stuff (emails, Linkedin, finances). I've been a regular soylent customer for about the last ten years. I still remember the first drink of powdered soylent after mixing my own "people chow" with corn flour and GNC vitamin mix back when soylent was first getting off the ground. Isn't it funny or weird why they don't sell any type of energy drink, solos, or 6 or 12 packs on the ACTUAL Ghost site? Anyone know why? Or am I missing something... I started taking methyl b12 (just the gnc vitamin of 2500 mcg) for the last few weeks after getting homocyctine and folate tested. I've had red irritated skin for years and after a few days of taking the methyl b12, I've noticed an effect where my skin actually calms down and returns to the healthy state it looked like in high school. I've noticed better effects when upping the dose and I'm at 10,000 mcg (taking the methyl b12 pill 4 times a day) including more mental clarity and better control of my asthma. Does anyone know if there any plans to bring back the sour strips hydration? It looks like it just had that first week or so it was available on the Ghost website, then it disappeared (unlike the sour strips Energy/other supplements which stuck around and are available at GNC/Vitamin Shop).
