My controller has the menu stuck when I turn it on and I can’t do anything but change my controller profiles. I reset the controller with the small button on the back, reset my ps5, checked inside the controller modules and the “Fn” buttons work completely fine, they aren’t stuck down or anything like that. What should I do I??????

I have quite a long history now with feeling as if i'm perpetually feeling dizzy/wobbly/unstable and getting "missed a step" on a stair case type of feeling in my head with about a second or two of disorientation. I've run about 5 anti-virus software scans from different companies (MWbytes, Kaspersky, a few others) and they all found nothing. I was wondering where do we see the full list of gamepass ultimate games on the XAX? For example, cyberpunk is on gamepass but it doesn’t show up in store or gamepass section of the Xbox FSE app. I checked steam and it’s not free there. Where do we play it?
