It says it’s 50% off in game but on the Microsoft store it isn’t. Does anyone know why this is happening?

I've known about Cardfight for a while now; there are some stores in my area that sell it, but I've never seen anyone playing it in person. I admit the artwork has always caught my attention, but I never really understood anything about the game itself from it. Is there an app like Magic Arena that teaches this or something similar?

i was at GameStop just looking for games to play on my gameboy and I saw a cartridge with a minecraft sticker on it. I got it and took it home, popped it in, then turned it on and I saw a homescreen like that of the 3ds version.
