Once my YT shorts were appearing like those glitched screens as well but that was solved when I checked today but the steam banner issue persists regardless of restarting. I had given my laptop for a regular maintainance to a service center a few days ago and this issue started appearing after that. Wondering if it is a graphics card connection issue or something.
