A few years back I got DDO working with Lutris and Ubuntu on a 10 year old desktop (with help from here, appreciated). A couple of years ago I got a new PC and kept it Windows. Even though I only use the system for DDO and DDO related web browsing, the Win11 bloat and AI slop are getting harder to ignore. Some quick searching says I should be able to switch again, but I've a couple of questions. \* Is Lutris still the way? I really don't want to mess with Steam. \* What's the in game store experience? In my previous post, I described an action economy that, according to other redditors, seemed overly complicated and had some issues I couldn't solve easily. Hey there, I'm going to buy RDR2 but I'm still not sure if I play it on PS5 or Series S. I have both consoles. On PS5 I usually play exclusives, while on XBOX I play the majority of games when the quality is about the same as on PS5, because it is compact and I can take it with me in my backpack while traveling. According to Perplexity, image quality and FPS tends to be the same, price is the same too on both official stores, so my choice will depend on which console has the great community of players, as maybe I'll want to play online. Found these two at the local Savers, that I thought were pretty decently priced at $5 each! $45 for Mario Cart and $25 Mario Galaxy from GameStop currently is nuts 🥜 Even back then with that old GameStop sticker for $35 is crazy high tbh.. They were both with a black and white Wii, which they put at $50 each, thankfully I already got a cheaper one weeks ago. Savers may not always be the best/cheapest thrift store, but they’re not *too* bad on some of the more harder to find games/consoles imo!

It's kind of insane how many sonic games are trapped in the consoles they were released in. I hope that we get a collection in the future for (at least) sonic advance and rush, those games deserve it. The worst thing is that, not all legally available games are available (duh) in all consoles. Everyday, I get constantly ragebaited by Inquisitors and it's driving me insane. Last month I had a beautiful and amazing run with tactics. I have mained survival for 1BC-5BC but I think tactics might be my new favorite. I discovered double binding (having multple buttons activate with one touch) works really well with this color, I felt unstoppable. And then I found a cursed chest.
