Hey everyone, We’re a 3-person team and launched our first Steam game one week ago. We launched with only around 220 wishlists, so expectations were fairly modest going in. Current sales numbers: \~50 So far the player response has been encouraging: 19 positive reviews and some helpful feedback. Steam has also sent more traffic than we expected (recently between 2000-4000 store page visits per day), which surprised us. I work as a professional Android developer (15+ yoe) by day and a hobbyist Unity dev by night (+10 yoe). For a game made by a solo developer using mostly or entirely store-bought assets, how much do you think it should be priced? Furthermore, do you think an indie game made with free assets should have a price tag at all?

I’ve been trying to install my purchased Minecraft from the Xbox app or the Microsoft store. Each time it says the Microsoft store has 10 devices connected. Thing is… I did but I’ve removed 5 of them and it’s not updated. I look at the ms store device manager on my online account and it lists only one Xbox. Clearly there is a problem online. Microsoft support say there are problems with store device registration and deregistration with no timeline for a fix. I got a month free added on my Xbox ultimate game pass but they wouldn’t do anything for my Java realms, so I cancelled my subscription to realms. Anyone have a legal way to get past this ridiculous problem?
