So I’ve been playing now for a couple of weeks on Xbox and I *had* a store that was level 30 after about 40-50 days before my son overwrote it and I was back to day 12 (no ****, he’s 8 and doesn’t understand much about gaming yet, plus I should have hard saved instead of rely on auto save more). I didn’t like the way my store was setup and was wondering when to do expansions, when to get shop b, things of that nature. Hey everyone, I posted here yesterday about my minimalist game TILT (the daily maze challenge). I just wanted to say a massive thank you for the feedback and the support. I got many tester from here. I checked the App Store charts today and I’m honestly a bit confused. TILT is currently sitting at #3 in Board Games and #11 in Puzzles in the paid category. (maybe just our region i don't know the apple's policy about that) As a solo dev who just wanted to build something without ads or tracking, I’m not sure if this is a common new release spike or if people actually like the one chance a day mechanic this much? I found the one star legendary armor but it wouldn’t let me pick it up so I restarted the game and now there’s two of them but it still won’t let me pick them up, it just says can’t store that item here. Anyone know why or how I can pick them up?

Im not able to search an application installed locally from the application finder anymore. Eventhough it's in the list of applications, if I search specifically for example 'google' or 'chrome', it redirects me to the apple store. Ive added screenshots if that might help explain my situation better. Any help on this is appreciated, because I dont want to have to scroll down and manually look for an application from the millions I already have. Thank you.

I purchased the Road to Kalos pass right when the event ended. I was already max capped at lvl600 for Kalos Pass when I bought Deluxe. I figured I could purchase it really quick and then get all the rewards like you can the Go Pass. Figured they wouldn't continue selling it in the Web Store after event end if you couldn't. Well it allowed me the lvl1 reward and that's it. I've gotten no response from Niantic and am getting ready to just charge back the money. I really just wanted the lucky trinket. Is there any other ways to contact them?
