After I checked Satoshi out on the cash register, the game went black and now when I reload it he’s just standing there with his shopping bag. When I try to chat with him he says the same thing over and over again but won’t leave the store. Is there something I can do or do I need to restart the game?

Hello, hopefully this sub can clear my doubts with these apps. I'm still learning how to transfer mons between games of different gens, and I'm barely getting acquainted with the transporter and the bank. I got both apps and their respective updates thru the h-shop for my homebrewed 3ds. First I transfer a voltorb from pokemon heart gold to pokemon black with the PKSM app (I lack a second console, so I resorted to this software). Then, from black I used the transported to transfer it to the bank, but when I open the bank it says that I don't have any pokemon stored. I've found 6 shin.. radiant slimes (7 if counting the largo batty that never respawned at the sanctuary), four of which are cottons. I have thousands of sprinkles with a steady infinite supply (thanks to the drone collecting them all) with nothing to use them for after I've 5 starred(?) each room. I've cleared the caretaker store, or at least I've cleared the available offers, the wiki suggests there's even more alcovy variants but they don't seem to appear in my game.
