Two weeks ago, in anticipation of the upgrade pack for the Switch 2, I purchased the upgrade pack on the Switch 2 for my wife's Nintendo account profile. She has been using my linked virtual card, but we have a physical copy of the game, too. Fast forward to yesterday. She had no issues playing the game, got the 3.0 update and things looked fine. Then this morning, it started giving her issues when starting the game telling her to "Load the Virtual Card to use DLC" with several prompts to check availability and to bypass and start the software. We tried both scenario's...with the Virtual Card loaded on the Switch 2 and with the physical card in the Switch 2...and in both...

Hoping someone can help me! I’ve purchased play pass with my own Google account and have set up a family link with my daughters emails. However the play pass games are only ad-free etc on my tablet? On my daughters the ads are still there with the option to pay to remove them by sending a message to me (through Family Link) to remove them. When I look in the Family Library only 3 of the games show up. When I go to the individual game pages in the play store there is no option to add to the Family Library (apart from on the 3 games that are already there). What am I doing wrong?! Thanks!!

So i updated to 4.2 from app store on my ipad and after that i downloaded the whole game and started playing. All that only to see that more than half of my controls are ****** up. Some are on their place and some are misplaced. Tried using the control code form my second id but in that too same is happening!! Please help! Lemme know if someone else experiencing same issue or is it just me 😭. I know some people might think its only controls they can be set gain but to me personally even if it is different by even 1 mm i can feel the difference in gameplay. I have it resolves soon without me having to set them all again (it won’t be like before if i set again i know it)
