I visited this restaurant for my father’s birthday, and unfortunately, the experience was a massive disappointment. While the initial food and drinks were okay, the service completely fell apart during the most important part of the meal. We ordered the molten chocolate cake and waited 40 minutes, only for it to never arrive. Our server, Xavier, eventually claimed there were "WiFi issues" and the order didn't go through. Croft Alley is a painful 6.7/10. With the line, the obnoxious clientele, and the “just fine” food, I cannot justify coming back. As a place from LA, I expected more out of the breakfast burrito. To protect future generations from inheriting this massive economic and physical liability, I believe it is necessary to mandate graphic warning labels on fast-food packaging, similar to those used for tobacco.

Planning a trip to Kyoto and Nara for a group of two omni and 2 vegans. I have no problem finding fully vegan restaurants, but really need some recommendations for omni places that offer vegan food. Any suggestions? Two of them are fluent in Japanese so would be ok if they need to communicate requests to veganize dishes. So far, I've found only Ninenzaka Kamanza and Omen.

Ciao! i have some food restrictions like lactosis intolerant, which i can manage, and aglio, that gives me really bad bellyache. i know italian use aglio a lot in their preps and i was wondering if is it rude to order and ask to remove the aglio from the meal?
