i dont really see anyone bringing it up, so i thought i should. i really feel like a good diet would benefit your hair as much as any medicine, i know changing your diet wont completely fix your hair , but itll definitely get to the root of your problem. with that being said, has anyone noticed more hair loss depending on what they eat? i feel like i lose alot of hair when i eat bread, or fast food.

Normally I'm fine but occasionally I get a day when I'm wiped out and just struggle to do anything. I normally sleep the whole day then get coffee and fast food in the afternoon/evening. I don't have a high work load at all (not burn out). I think having someone to slap some sense into me would be helpful. But in the past I've gone for runs with friends in the morning when I've happened to feel this way but have returned home to lie down. Hello i (22F) just recently adopted a cat who is around 5 years old, he has been having bad diarrhea and there has been some blood in his stool from time to time. I have tried changing his food to Tiki cat because it is supposed to be a healthier brand but it doesn’t seem to be helping. I just took him to the vet on Friday for a check up and for his diarrhea issues. The vet said he was healthy and everything looks and sounds good, she did give him an antibiotic for the blood in his stool and wanted a stool sample to test for parasites. Well fast forward to today they called me back with the results and he does not have parasites. I am at a loss and don’t know what to do to help my kitty....

He’ll eat dairy now, but because he had such a limited diet before, now he is so used to his safe foods that he doesnt like to try new ones. For example, we used to never let him eat at restaurants because of fear of cross contamination. So now that we offer him fries and nuggets and literally anything from restaurants, he doesnt even want to try it. At home too. we find he is still eating the same, dairy free foods. I am approaching the end of my first ever 72 hour water fast (2 hrs to go) I'm 42 y and F. I can't believe how good it has been. This group has been great for information and inspiration. I have been doing 16-8 everyday for the last 3 years, and started a strict keto diet at the start of 2026. Maybe it is these factors that have made it easy. This is going to sound very “old man screams at cloud”, but I’ve just noticed a huge decline in customer service. I believe it’s largely due to the anti-work movement that is occurring within younger generations. I’m firmly anti corporation and I totally agree and understand anti-work. However I’ve just noticed that a lot of customer service workers are taking it out on the customer rather than the corporations. I don’t need some over the top service either.
