I manifested a pair of sneakers and something else I don't want to mention (it's personal) and next to it I put the timeframes for each. I am 5'10 height, 150 lbs 29 years old Male and I used a TDEE calculator and it says my daily calories is roughly 1950 to maintain. Ive been tracking my calories and I usually eat about 1400 per day the past 2 weeks since I started tracking. But im never hungry with the 1400 calories, I can definitely eat a bit more if I tried but my body is pretty satisfied with the 1400. I work a 9-5 job and he has many businesses at his young age.
