Intermittent fasting has been a relief for me. I’ve just said this to my partner, it feels like I finally have control over food vs it controlling me. I stay away from the scale because I know any weight loss will trigger my brain into breaking my fast because “there’s room”. So far so good on sustainability as I’m forced to find other ways to fill my time. Teaching myself to automatically think “nah I’m fasting” before considering food was great help.
