TL;DR: Most AI comparisons are measuring the wrong thing entirely and I’ve been kind of annoyed about it for a while now. Benchmarks tell you who won yesterday on a test that may or may not reflect real usage. Today we found out my dogs cancer is no longer in remission. Not 100% what the status is without a few more tests, but she likely doesn’t have much time left. Ive been crying all day. I admit I could have made better food choices, but I haven’t eaten anything hugely out of the ordinary. Yet my blood sugar is through the roof. I’m now at 148 at 2.5 hrs (I was testing trying to figure out if I should even eat a nighttime snack.) my breakfast and lunch were also high. As a child I would regularly eat fish eyes, fish roe, a lot of "slimy" or strongly flavored food, a lot of chunky vegetables.
