So recentrly I was intrested in make cheap and fast and healthy lunch routine. I love in west europe. And i decided to forbid any sugar, bread and any meat in my ratio. I shifted to fish. Now my week expenses are inside 60$ for food delivery. But the problem that it start to feel untasted after 6 month of eating only this. Now I would like to ask you guys how can I improve my recipes maybe you can suggest something what works for me.
