During the second naval fight in the 'Escort the Vlandian Merchants' part of Warsail questline, trying to engage the Sea Hounds' party always produces an error. Also interestingly, the Seahounds' party has question mark on them for some reason instead of the usual number, idk if this has something to do with the error or is this intended as part of the scripted fight. I keep seeing people on FB or Instagram intermittent fasting, but totally binge food in their window while they they are trying to achieve weight lost, they will brag they ate a dozen eggs and whole chicken for their lunch and dinner, yes those are low carb, but still your body has to process that volume of food. I’ve been diabetic for 20 years. Over the last six years, I gained a lot of weight (BMI \~40). Along with that, my insulin resistance skyrocketed: I was using around 200 units of insulin per day.
