I didn't do very much yesterday and this morning I woke up with a heart rate of 95 (my usual is around 80). It spiked to 115 while I was sitting at my computer so I'm currently lying down. Yesterday I went to a southern food restaurant with some work colleagues and unfortunately all of the food was spicy, even the salad that I ordered. I do not like spicy food whatsoever and rarely eat it - it's the only thing that was outside of my usual routine yesterday.
