I have been skinny fat(skinny body with belly fat) for more than 15 years of my life. Because you can't loose any weight while you stay with family. Because they only know how to mock you for your weight/appearance but can't give any good advice how to change it. I also love food, so can't eat boiled stuff and all that. But I didn't knew that you can loose weight without removing tasty food from your diet. I used intermittent fasting (12pm - 7pm). In December end I was 88, today I checked I was 85. Man it makes me so happy.
