(assuming they have about 40-60kg of fat to lose) Plenty of people seem to be able to go 10-14 days, with (trevor) someone even claiming to have fasted dry 20/21 days 3 times (losing up to 60 lbs). it seems like the body can actually hang on just fine in the right context even without water due to fat catabolism.
