Im a 26M, \~215lbs who’s active and eats balanced (sure I’ll eat fast food here and there but for the most part I focus on getting fiber and protein). Not big on sweets either. Don’t have any other symptoms of diabetes. I haven’t even been eating much really lately. I take magnesium and calcium supplements hoping they can help with nerves. Idk what’s going on. Managed to join a party of 3 at Sugalabo in late march. It was my first time going but the second time for everyone else in my party. The restaurant is famous for being invite only and hard to reserve. Helmed by Chef Suga who famously trained under Joel Robuchon. I’m trying to be more accurate with my calories and macros, but fast food makes it really difficult. Especially at places like Qdoba Mexican Eats where meals are fully customizable.
