How do I have more self control when it comes to eating sweets/junk food? I have quite the sweet tooth, and like to stock up and get a few treats for myself when I do my grocery order. But, I typically end up eating everything very fast. When i don't have treats on hand, I walk to the nearby gas station and buy them, but it's much more expensive. I don't know how to have more will power and only eat half a bar a day. I will absent mindedly just eat 2-3 bars or bags of gummies during the day if they are in the house.

Im 21 and just got diagnosed with T1 on tuesday. Before diagnosis i was eating carefree and whatever/whenever i wanted, but after finding out how high my blood sugar was i needed to change lots of my habits like fast food, sugary drinks etc. Ive not found it too hard to replace those, but im having an extremely difficult time trying to replace/get rid of snacking, whether it be larger meals or even changing the snacks to fit the diet/lifestyle better... i always lose my self control and eat too much and spike very high (just tested at 400). I have a serious binge eating problem and it is getting to the point where I am becoming obese. I know how calories work and what I should be doing, but every few weeks I completely lose it and go on a massive bender. I can easily hit 7,000 calories a day for a full week, and I am gaining weight so fast that I do not even recognize myself anymore. I am desperate to stop this cycle before it gets any worse. I just finished my first week on Zepbound 2.5mg. Lost 7.4 pounds in 1 week.( I always KNEW that I am eating unhealthy and food has lot of calories and low satiety, but could never control cravings before zepbound) 267.8lb to 260.4lb(and I know most of it could be water weight) Anyway, my question is I want to keep losing this weight and I am extremely worried that if I do strength training then it will impact my current calorie deficit routine and weight loss speed.(because I will feel more hungry after workout?)
