I am eating nutritious food and i have a well balanced diet. I am looking to be around 80kg/175lbs roughly by the end but i am more focused on looks rather than a number. I have access to a simple home gym but cant afford to go to a proper gym at the moment I also struggle with running as i have recently been having a hard time breathing after cardio where i become very weasy and cough a lot. Likely staying at the St. Regis downtown, although would be open to other options (Marriott Group preferred) if it got us closer to better spots. If you had to plan a Friday Dinner-Sunday Lunch food tour, what restaurants would you hit? We’re open to any and all cuisines and budgets.
