I'm generally hitting around 70-100g of protein per day, 70-100g carbs, and 10-20g of fat (probably a little less). mainly what I eat vegetables (lettuce, spinach, cabbage, carrot. tomato, mushroom, onions mostly), chicken ******, fruits, eggs, yogurt, chia seeds.
