I became fully vegan 2 years ago, but was eating a lot of plant based products prior, so I'm not new to vegan options or available brands. Located in Busay, a few minutes from TOPS of Cebu. The way to this spot is STEEP AS ****! Kuyawa nako ni saka, and there were no road lines, so I had a hard time driving! Entrance is ₱100, but if you eat at their restaurant, the entrance fee becomes consumable. Place is okay, the food is too expensive and bland for my taste. They do have pretty flowers and a great view.

My husband was diagnosed with type 2 beginning of September, and initially became instantly depressed about it. While he likes fast food, we've always eaten healthy (veggies, fish, clean meats, etc) - and he actually enjoys them! Started my transformation around February 2025 at 265 in the first pic. My heaviest being around 300 in 2023/2024 but I lost it naturally just eating less with rarely any gym. In February I started going to the gym but not very consistently. Around July I really picked it up and started going at least 4-5 days a week following a push pull legs split, while eating better and limiting fast food. I’m generally skeptical of isolated omega-3 supplements because I’ve repeatedly experienced heart palpitations from both fish and algae oil capsules.
