We (FTBs) are fast approaching the 6 month mark since we had an offer accepted in a chain of 4. The 3rd and 4th houses still have ongoing enquiries and we are growing quite frustrated with the apparent lack of urgency to get things resolved, as our own enquiries have been done for almost 3 months. A couple friend visted our house for stay for two days and enjoyed lavish meals prepared by us both veg and non veg as per their dietary choice. I'm already on blues. I live on Connecticut shore (center, not near NYC or RI). I don't mind driving say, 2.5 hours north to get into the southern end of VT, NH and Maine.
