Hi everyone, im 24M and ive been having some issues with my intestines lately, 2 years ago i had some chronic constipation for like 2-3 months(it was very bad), i went to the doc a year ago and my doctor thought its IBS-C. Im so hypochondriac, and my diet is the worst of all time, i eat mostly fast food like pizzas, burgers, cocacola and nothing else, i also smoke a lot and i have a bad habit when i wake up drinking coffee without eating anything. My main concerns now are stomach noises, gurgling,growling, and overall health of my gut. I never get constipated again but i have a mushy stool, type 5-6 and sometimes normal stool. This build is very similar to one I used for Arcane Weaver. While Elementalist isnt speed demon (especially in first stage that takes forever) its pretty strong in the end game, reaching as far as best characters. Our ascension is mostly useless, however we still have few QoL of things available, like having two poison sources from lvl1, meaning we can find our main synergy even from first level up (finally no need to fish for Chromatic skills). I’m curious to know if anyone else has noticed issues with cleanliness in restaurants in Barcelona. I’m particularly referring to the number of establishments selling food that lack soap or similar supplies in their bathrooms. Sometimes the dispenser is empty and hasn’t been refilled, other times, it looks like none was ever provided, as if it’s not considered necessary. Obviously, higher-end places are more likely to take care of this, but I’ve even seen chefs walk out of the bathroom without washing their hands. Hi, over the last five years I gained 60lb from 140 to 195lb. It was a combination of life stressors, postpartum, fast food, Zoloft, and emotional eating. Last year my PCP tried me on Contrave and Metformin to help with weight loss and to lower my A1C. The sugar cravings didn’t move an inch and neither did my weight. The Metformin took my A1C from 5.9 to 5.3 but my weight stayed at 195 all year. I just had my annual check-up with my PCP and she recommended I try Zepbound.
