I have a rule where if I want to eat fast food, I only eat once a week at most.....but this time, I broke my rule and had the burger above, because I crave a burger so much..... so..I have my own penalty if I break my own rule...... so after 4\~5 hours, I think I did at least 50 burpees...lost count after 50, and did stair machine to climb 1500 stairs without break. man stair climbing alone took me like 30 min and my t shirt was soaked with sweat after exercise.

Mine : Best - my most recent order. Which was my last earnings post. Wasn't expecting the dude to raise tip like that, but the delivery was smooth as glass. No traffic, very close parking, easy to find, orders insulated perfect. Communication was smooth and resoonsive. Major tip raise to $38. Also a woman i did. 6 item 11 unit shop and pay in 5 minutes with a 1 mile drop from pickup with a $10 tip. As a single mom with 2 teens, I’m really struggling on keeping things healthy without having to constantly be in the kitchen. I work at home 90% of the time, but of course that doesn’t mean I can whip up healthy snacks when they get home from school, or whenever they are hungry. It’s not that we don’t eat junk, there is plenty of fast food that happens with teens, with or without my permission (I have a driver). So I try to balance that by not having it at home.
