I'm a 22 year old man that's 5'10, 135 LBS. Today is Day 2 of my journey towards gaining 40 LBS of muscle. My biggest obstacle in this goal is that I find 99% of food in society nowadays to be inedible. Pretty much everything at the grocery store, and every single fast food restaurant is so disgusting that I want to throw up after a single bite. Should I just eat grilled chicken and rice three times a day to meet my calorie and protein goals? Those are some of the only foods that don't taste gross to me or bother my stomach.
