After today, we have two days at sea then back to JAX. Overall, it has been an enjoyable cruise. The good: food has been great except one restaurant (find more under The Bad). The ports have been fine, but we much more enjoy the Mediterranean cruises. GSC was lovely. I started getting achalasia signs around May 2023, but nobody could actually diagnose me until around february 2024 (when I had already lost around 20 kg, from 86kg to 66 kg right post surgery). 370-257-283 idk So recently ive been in distraught constantly overthinking, so end of october i weighed in at 288 the whole October to november i've eaten 800 cals did 3+ hours of cardio overworking somedays not eaten somedays only eating 500-200 calories so even i was eating that scale stayed up to 287 the final week it began to drop creeping lower to 282 so i kept doing my daily 500 i know for a fact i wasnt overeating i was doing 24hr water fast most days if not it was 18+hours so thanksgiving coming up and boom the scale shotup to 291 but i've never got to see my absolute lowest number so decembers comes around and im eating 1200 calories the whole december until Christmas...
