Every time I see myself I just think how im fat, even though im 5'8 and 123 pounds (19F). I gained around 6 pounds since last summer, and I miss when I was underweight. I can't go to the gym because I can't afford it, I dont have time, the only thing that keeps me going is my 8k steps every day for my uni. I'm not exactly allowed to walk/run outside alone outside of my studies, and to frank, I don't feel safe to do so alone. Maybe in populated areas but I feel so weird. His mother passed away a couple of weeks ago and his dad is in the hospital, and has been since the day before his wife of over 50 years passed away.
