I recently hired an assistant for me at work. I do feel that my job post was accurate, it emphasized that this person is to assist me, that I’m in a C suite position at a company. It had a list of things that I expected this person to do and even in the phone and in person interview I feel like I went over the basics of the job. Started eating right during mid January until mid Feburary. Trained 4 days a week and saw great gains in my muscle growth. during the last week I didn't eat as well, and ate more fast food than I wished. I doubt I hit my daily nutritional goal for those days. Now I feel I lost much of my gains in just this past week. Is this normal? Does muscle growth reduce that fast?

We have lived here for 35 years never had any issues. Never seen a bug like this here. It is roughly 12-15mm long no legs, very fast, seems to spin or wriggle to move as shown in video. I laid a line of tape to try and see what direction they are coming from. So far to no avail. Thanks in advance for any help.
