Can businesses stop promoting men. All they do is abuse the power and never understand how to do their jobs properly. I work in the fast food industry and am surrounded by incompetent men who seriously have no clue how to function let alone do their jobs right. Females what are your options One example of what I mean. A while back I (f) was standing near the hot hold and a male employee (team leader) grabs a popcorn chicken from the shoot and because he can’t be asked he gives it to me to put away even though he was literally in front of the hot hold and I was already doing multiple jobs already.

It's really easy to **** on McDonald's for changing from a fun kids fast food restaurant to a sterile cookie cutter one. However, it's pretty ******* obvious why they changed their esthetics and it's because you got old. Think about some of your more recent visits with McDonald's. Does anyone have anymore recommendations for restaurants that offer discounts if you call and place an order/order online directly from them rather than ordering from a third party service? I've worked at my company for 11 years and ive seen many sales people come and go . For the most part I keep my head down and do what is necessary for my role . Recently a new sales team have taken over the account I work on . I am non confrontational and dont often notice subtle digs until after it has occurred however with one of the sales members its been constant belittling and humiliating as its often done in the presence of other colleagues . In the food chain I know I dont contribute as much as they do (ie they bring in sales i dont) and so Hr is not an option . I noticed that it is easier for me to manage my weight and I lose weight while eating burger king's and milkshakes. I'd probably lose weight if I skipped on milkshake but it helps me to feel satisfied and not go for more ice cream and chocolates.
