I've been working on myself ever since I got divorced. It was very much so rock-bottom for me. I was an alcoholic and married to a person who was unmedicated schizophrenic. Since then, I have found my dream job, happily remarried, and feel as though I am finally finding true happiness. I want to share what I believe is a concept that might ould help others. f5'2 At the end of 2024, I started working at a fast-food job and gained 15-20lbs. (135-155 approx.) In December 2025, I went to the doctor (149lbs) and got some bad test results, and since then, I have lost 9lbs stress-free, only occasionally counting calories and working out lightly a few times a week.
