in the past 2 months ive sent in 55 applications total to about 4 walmarts in a 10 mile radius from myself for various positions. i have management experience in fast food for 3 years before this, yet ive gotten not 1 email back from walmart? everytime i go shopping there i see new people all the time, so i know the turnover rate is high. is there something that im missing? it may be personal error maybe my experience is not adequate for their liking but do they not want people who stay at jobs long term like 3 years? do they want people with 0 experience? should i just delete my resume and apply like its my first job? btw im mid 20s so i fear it would look terrible if i had 0 exp?

I was successful on Zepbound, but a job change resulted in a PBM switch to Caremark. Actually, I am really fortunate my insurance covered GLP-1 medication for sleep apnea and obesity at all, but there are a lot of strings attached. Insurers like to pretend all GLP-1 medications are interchangeable, but I can assure you that's not true for everyone. In April of this year our 2008 FJ cruiser blew blue smoke out the tail pipe and left us stranded on the side of a highway. We got it towed to a nearby garage and they told us we would likely need a completely new engine which we couldn’t afford at the time so got it towed back home. Fast forward to September we were in a financial place where we could afford a new engine. So we reach out to a couple of places get recommended a mechanic closer to us than the original shop. I work the airport food outlets in my town. Native to a Bagel shop most days, but the Concourse is shared by Bagels, Burgers, Artisan Bread, and a Mexican bar & grill. One of my favorite parts of this job is how I can gather ingredients across each outlet and make something truly divine for lunch. By harnessing a tortilla from the Mexican restaurant, French fries and bacon from the burger joint, eggs and cheesy hash topping from our own outlet, I can make this breakfast burrito. Throw in some honey, and a strawberry refresher from the other side because I’m crazy, and you have…nerfed my mobility for the rest of the day, but worth it.
