If my TDEE is 2500 calories, then what's wrong with having a few big macs at 600 calories each provided that youre getting your sources of high protein from lean meats? Im still short by 800 calories or so after eating high quality protein from lean meats.

I just got off a 3-day cruise on the new Norwegian Luna April 1-4.
