I had a blood sugar read of 130 yesterday at the doctor. I have never been diagnosed with diabetes. It alarmed me, cuz 3 hours earlier, all I had was an orange, 20 grapes, and about 200 calories worth of lean chicken. Heres what's even more crazy. I have lost 250 lbs in the last 4 years. I was 512 lbs in 2022. I am 262 lbs now. I cut out proccesed food 4 years ago. And even on cheat days, I wont touch proccessed sugar.
