I feel like I may be alone in this one because the texture and calories can be a fear food for some people. However, my comfort food is pasta. Just basic sauce and noodles. I try to get the protein noodles too. For two weeks straight, maybe more, I’d eat a bowl of pasta a day. I don’t know just wanted to put it into the abyss, even if no one relates.
