Ordered a late breakfast for my partner and I this morning as a little celebration of his promotion. I selected priority delivery, which stated a delivery by 1pm latest. It's now gone past that point, and still no sign that the food is being picked up by a rider. I understand that circumstances mean that things change - maybe the restaurant is really busy, or there aren't many riders available, but my question is...
