So, I have been in my schools theater class for the entirety of my high school life and even 8th grade. So I know and love all of my friends so very deeply. And it was yummy! That’s it. I go to the office once a week and often grab food on the way home. Today I went home and made a meal kit shrimp and zucchini pasta for dinner (and tomorrow’s lunch). Depression ***** and I almost succumbed to Postmates when I got home but I’m glad I didn’t.

I started 2 weeks ago on the experimental retatrutide and gotta say I have concerns, but food is no longer something on my brain all day. My fear is losing muscle, but I am on the smallest dose and started hiking every day, also doing keto so higher fat and protein when I do eat.
