Hey, I’m really struggling with my weight. I used to play a lot of sports few years back but now I pretty much just watch Netflix all day. I’m 173 cm and around 75 kg my body fat is 25 % and my goal is to get down to about 68 kg and lower my body fat % way lower. Recently I started jogging and fast walking for about 1.5 hours a day, aiming for around 10k steps. But I injured my hamstring, so for the last 3 days I’ve only been fast walking nonstop for 1 hour 45 minutes to 2 hours, usually around 12k–13k steps.
