Did a D2-D5 run with random trios, currently sitting on 7000. Feels like the weakest caster now compared to Duchess and Revenant. Duchess has access to more weapon options and better ability that doesn't require micromanagement, and Revenant is basically the full package on first camp with starting seals. What creams? Butt creams. Here are some I used. My favorite was to mix the 4% lidocaine with aquaphor. Sometimes the silvadene on burnt skin. Your cancer center should have a radiation nurse who will have samples. I went on Amazon and ordered everything that looked good. (No affiliation, just trying to help).
