My sweet girl was diagnosed 1 week ago with kidney failure. The vet recommended renal diet food and an appetite stimulant but the stimulant seemed to make her a little bit more off than she has been. They told me to discontinue for 48 hours. Which would be today. She still has an appetite it’s just not super big.
