My surgery was 11/6 and I am feeling all sorts of feelings about my decision to have this surgery and I’m wondering if anyone else felt this way or had a similar situation. I had been on GLP’s prior to deciding on a sleeve for 2 years. I started at 298 lbs and on GLPs went down to 235 in the 1st year and was stuck there for a year and then decided to get sleeved. Pre-op I went from 235 to 209 on my surgery day. At my 1 week post-op visit I was 198 and super excited, I thought I’d never make it below 200 lbs and I had officially lost 100 lbs which I know is a huge feat and I was feeling really proud of myself. One of the many flame roasted chicken chains you find all over the place. One the pricy side (more than a jackson for all this) but to be fair there was enough chicken on those bones for two full size adult meals (of 4 normal size tacos each). And quite tasty, I like their seasoning. And FAST - literally ready before I could even take a seat. This was a bit far from home to make it a "regular" - more than half an hour up one of the busiest highways in the region. But if there was a closer location, I could see myself trying out some of their other, less wallet-busting options, lile their tortas or loaded papas, flauta plate or tostada siberia.

I know this is random but I was reminded of the story tonight and was thinking about it. In Florida USA, 2013, a man named Jeffrey Bush fell into a sinkhole that opened in his bedroom while he was in bed. His brother ran into his bedroom when he heard him screaming and says that he jumped into the sinkhole and couldn’t find him, but he could hear Jeffrey screaming his name from somewhere in the sinkhole. Looking for any advice/insight into what is going on Breed: 10 month old male husky mix problem: going out of his way to eat everything (plastic, fabric, and cardboard are his favorites). I started taking wellbutrin in August for weight loss. Since then, i’ve lost 15lbs. It really made me happy to see that this is actually working! I didn’t lose as much this month, only 3lbs. I enjoy food. I'm also a pretty good cook. Sometimes when I'm out at a nice restaurant enjoying something, I'll feel like it could be over the top good with a little change. As an example, the other night I had some really good maple bourbon pork belly. Cut about 1/2" thick, and slow roasted before finishing in a wood fired oven to get a bit of char. It was really good. Long story short I’m from New Jersey, lived here for almost 5 years now, and the food just ***** here. Now I know Boston market isn’t amazing but it served its purpose in my tummy. Long story short I used to work 12hour days in steel toes. Got hurt and can’t walk or stand much anymore. Can only wear Oofos (slides and &Tennis Shoes). As a result of this me winding up being diagnosed with Bipolar I’m now on medication that makes me really foggy and I have been hospitalized twice due to psych events.
