As it’s a road trip if there is a whole region, I would be interested in that too. A couple examples of vacations that felt like this: Mackinac Island Michigan - no cars on the island, horse drawn carriages, visited a military fort, Felt like 1800s. I paid ₹373, restaurant probably got less than ₹300. Zomato made bank by marking up the food and adding fees on top. Anyone here know a restaurant owner?
