Hello, casual dishie here. I work at a small-time breakfast restaurant, and i've got a question. So, about the chemical stuff we put in our soaking buckets. I was told it was necessary to help cleanse the stuff before we wash it and pass it through the main machine. That sounds like snake oil salesman BS to me, because those buckets get dirty real fast, and there's no way that stuff stays effective long. I've been using just hot water for two years without issue, and i always handwash everything before passing it through the machine anyways, which then does the disinfection process. I visited NANDHINI DELUXE restaurant with my friends, it is usually very popular for their biryani in mysore. I was extremely disappointed with my visit. I found a bug in my Coke, and instead of apologizing or making it right, the staff didn't even bother to remove it from the final bill. The hygiene standards here was also not upto the mark with such high prices. To top it off, the service was incredibly poor with a very long waiting time for the food. Save your money and go somewhere that actually values cleanliness and customer service.
