A week ago I saw someone at a food hall carrying a bag that looks similar to the one above but was a bit more slouchy. The main difference is the quilting. It didn't have any metal or logos on it that I could see but the leather looked similar to the Kurt Geiger I drew on in the attached picture. It was a shoulder bag same as the picture with the same type of handles (leather on top then gold/brass chain). The stitching had the diagonal lines like I've marked in red and then quilted in between. The rest like the upper corners were smooth.
