At a regular sit down restaurant, like $20-40 type places, what is "excellent service". Personally, i have never expected more than what i suppose is the bare minimum. Order taken, drinks brought, food brought, drinks refilled, check brought. This being the standard (in my mind at least), why not just charge a flat rate per patron at the table? Or better yet, roll it into the price of the food.

I got vitamins blood check and it included Cholesterol tests. and my results were: LDL: 197 mg/dL Non-HDL: 205 mg/dL Total: 263 mg/dL HDL: 58 mg/dL Triglycerides: 44 mg/dL I don't eat the healthiest but I try, I meal prep at home, I might get fast food twice a week, don't drink or smoke, and I go to the gym about 3 times a week. half the adults in my family have heart/ cholesterol issues around late 30's or 40's though. is it possible to get them to healthy numbers with diet and lifestyle changes?

I have a fairly fast metabolism. So whenever someone offers to provide food by a certain time but fails to meet that deadline, I’m irritated.
