I’m not formally doing IF right now, but I eat my big meal around 2-3 pm then don’t eat again until around 9:30 the next day. I largely eat a whole food, plant-based diet for health reasons, but I cheat on occasion. Not very often, but if I want meat I have meat. I’m finding that around 9-10 pm I’ll start having awful diarrhea nearly every day. The only thing I do in the evenings is xylitol mints because they help me from drinking a lot before bed. I have diarrhea even if I don’t have the mints. I do not drink alcohol, my only beverage is water. If I end up having a small snack in the early evening then I don’t get diarrhea. I live in MN. A cold ******* place. In MN in the winter time with a little one you have to find ways to burn some energy. Last year we found going to fast food play places a decent thing. 1) they are rarely busy 2) they are warm 3) they have WiFi so I can work/ putz on the net. Not currently houseless but been there by choice… my Top tips that can make it pretty comfortable. 1. Never pass up an opportunity to earn some money, and don’t be afraid of asking … pick up copper and save it for a scrap yard you pass. 2. Always smell good, people look at you and treat you very different, spring for some bar soap and body spray. Closed restaurants usually have a hose outside if it’s not freezing out and you can tolerate it take the opportunity for a shower. 3. Been living in Chicago for 8 years, which I absolutely love. I love a big city, being able to walk to work, train to all of my friend’s houses, sooo many amazing restaurants. But I’ve always wanted to live in Europe. I have an EU passport so no issue with visas. Where would be most similar to Chicago in the EU? Maybe not most similar, but similar vibe. I dunno, must be something in the water. I had never seen or heard of this place, and bam it opens up not four miles from home. So, time to give it a try. Sooo, I moved to a new state a few years back and recently moved back (after travel for a few months unsure of if I was gona return) this year.
