Hi! I'm starting a 3 day fast, with hopes to extend to five days if I feel good. I've done 48-hour and 72-hour dirty fasts before, so any tips for an extended fast (when to take electrolytes, how active to be, refeeding structure, etc) would really be appreciated. i.e., when do you start feeling better past day 3? And should I still try to be active past day 3 or just be a couch potato? First timer here, let me know what do you guys think of my order. I have eaten burgers from all over the world. I’ll admit straight away that this is by far the best fast food burger I’ve ever tried. I’ve seen people here recommending the mustard fried beef patties and I was not left disappointed, I really liked the double double and can’t wait to try the 3x3 next time. I've had a great time with this game but I just want to give my two cents since I really enjoyed it, there's just certain things that fall short. ( these are all subjective) I am currently in the middle of fall with a seafood based restaurant making around 300k a day with 4 dishes and 15k decor , just entered act 3. I do want to add that I don't really care about the characters or dishes. But mainly the restaurant, systems and money side of the game. 1.
