For starters I am a 17 year old female who has been trying to get into shape recently. I am autistic and get easily overwhelmed by the gym so I hired a gym instructor who works with neurodivergent people. For the first few weeks, things seemed surprisingly fine. Me (23) and my partner (22) have been together for almost four years.
