Hi All, 48 year old male, got flu and Covid vaccines on Monday. Last night I woke up with sudden pain in my big toe. After doing a bit of reading, it seems vaccines can bring on gout attacks, I never knew that (Mayo clinic website said that, not Fox News lol). I guess I must have had elevated levels anyway and the vaccine tipped me over the edge? In October of this year I married my now husband. Our wedding was child free because of the open bar. I just joined this subreddit after eating some nasty Jack in the Box “tacos”, and after looking at a lot of delicious looking tacos on this sub, I realized that most if not all American fast food restaurants put lettuce in their tacos, although most if not all Mexican taco do not include that toxic concoction. With all this talk of the race and more importantly the 200m marathon, the question of logistics starts to come into play. Apparently , Fast07 said something about not sleeping more than 2 hours / night till 200m. I think it is a fair assumption that is basically at least a month and a half or so away, potentially a month assuming some new fast methods come out. At that point, the 2 hours of sleep a day is insane, but perhaps doable. My question is food, hydration and movement. These xp rates and how sustained they are don't seem to lend themselves to breaks , or minimal at best,so I assume food needs to be brought to him, water similarly.
