Over recent years I've been relatively low carb for the most part. Although I still allowed carb meals on weekends, so I was never truly keto since I was always shifting between low and higher carbs. With this approach I've tried different diets (carnivore, keto, mixed macros, higher carb moderate fat). About 2 years ago, I was at my heaviest (5’ 137lb) after having my kids (…. It took me years to figure out what weight loss would work for my body). I stopped my antidepressant, went off birth control and started eating at a deficit of around 1100 to 1200 calories. I wasn’t working out to start. If anything just walking. Okay, so I know I posted here the other day about her overconsumption.. but holy **** I actually cannot believe how much fast food she eats/orders for her family. Her monthly outgoings on takeaways alone must be astronomical, let alone coffee and sodas. Every single video she is going through a drive through. Is this sort of greed normal in the US?
