I’ve been dealing with severe bloating for over 2 years now. It’s messing with my sleep, giving me brain fog, and causing headaches. I train at a gym for about an hour a day, get 11k steps on average. On training days, I need over 4500 calories just to maintain my weight (yes, I track accurately). My diet is mostly whole foods: rice, fruits, meat, eggs, some dairy and EVOO. I usually fast until 2pm, then have 3 meals (+fruit before training).
