Week 7 into the shot. SW 171, CW 160 height 5'6" Still having crazy vivid weird anxiety dreams and waking up a few times a night, but I'm getting more used to that (I guess). I do still have nausea and because of that, kind of nothing sounds great to eat. Fairlife Core Power Choc Complete Protein drinks have been a life saver. Still really only eating between about 11 AM and 6 PM so I'm def seeing the benefits of a whole lot less food and intermittent fasting. In my corporation there are a lot of people who are noticeably overweight, especially higher ups. There seems to be a correlation between time spent in the car or at work and lack of fitness. Hi reddit, F25, 5’6”, started at \~140 lbs on October 20th doing strict rolling 48-hour fasts. Weighed myself this morning (which was the beginning of day 2 of current fast) and I’m 123 lbs, so \~17 lbs down in less than two months!! About two weeks ago FedEx misdelivered a box of what I assume to be animal food to my house. I didn't order anything so I wasn't expecting anything to be delivered, the box sat outside and got rained on for a few days until I got home from being out of town. At this point I couldn't read the address on the box, I kept it on my porch for a week hoping FedEx might show up and take it back.
