Hi everyone! I was wondering what I could change to get more deep sleep? Last night I slept 9h30 and got 30 min of deep sleep, this night I slept 7h30 and got 13 min. Is it due to my old apple watch series 6? Often in the morning, whether I sleep 7h or 9h30, I always feel a bit fatigued. What could it be to? I don’t smoke, vape, drink alcohol, no caffeine, ….
