Hi, I’ve been talking with my therapist about eating disorders and though I think my state is not too bad yet, he’d rather I start to try to recover right now before I get worse. Made it over a week which I hadn’t done nearly all year so that was good. But that accomplishment was apparently enough for my brain to think i deserved to drink. I even gave myself options instead of drinking, like get food from my favorite restaurant and have some NA’s, take the day off from work.. but ultimately ended up at the gas station loading up on 9% tallboys.
