Hello. Let me just preface this that i have no experience with cooking or pans, but im getting desperate because my family is taking forever. We have a wok now that we use for basically everything. Problem is, the teflon layer is starting to peel away, and we are getting plastic in our food. We need a new wok fast, and preferably a high quality one. We have a seafood restaurant in town that has great raw oysters shipped in. I *love* oysters mainly because they’re a vehicle to devour horseradish and a little hot sauce and a saltine, along with a cheap Pilsner or lager (but also white wines).
