Hello everyone I am from Hawaii 24y/o and this is Yui my recently adopted 4-5 weeks old male kitten. I noticed today that his breathing was rather fast. Also saw him breathing with his mouth open a few times. I feared he was overheating so I placed a fan in his direction and tried to create airflow. Hi, Male, late 20s. Skinny, but low muscle mass and not a lot of body fat. I usually have trouble gaining weight, but also muscle mass comes pretty slow for me. I think my metabolism is on the good side. I think it's pretty high because I don't gain weight that much even if I eat a lot. My new veterinarian recommended that I switch my 4.5 month old over to adult food in about two months. Is there any reason for this? I tried many thai restaurant, some had good pad thai but the taste always changes, it just doesnt satisfy me, there is no consistency and quality control. I've been back in the industry for about a month and I'm still adjusting. The restaurant I am working in just opened so overtime is normal and the long shifts with no breaks and no food are taking a toll on my body. Any advice for staying healthy on the line with long hours? I'm trying to get as much sleep as I can. But how do you keep your mental clarity 6 hours into a brunch shift with hours still left to go?
