Last week i posted about how i just neglected my health and my bp was slightly elevated. I did not keep all of my goals (i rode my bike once), but i did cut out all sodas and i have not ate any greasy fast foods this week (i went to Texas Roadhouse and had a ceasar salad, and went to lubys and ate almond fish, mashed potatoes and corn), but 80-90% of the week, i ate a salad.
