Hi! I've had purple over balayage for a long time, and when I got it redone yesterday, I was curious how much purple we could pull out - and if it worked out well, I'd leave it blond for a bit. For management how do you guys deal with stress, I’m a fairly new promote and got send to a 1.2 million dollar store I’m used to working in high volume. When I first got there their the back hall and sales floor was a mess holes everywhere literally old chart pallets up top, random mixed backstock pallets everywhere, counts off like crazy, you could barely walk through the back hall. Moving forward to now the backhall is bare, In stock position is near perfect, but I feel so pressured by the sm, asm and everytime our dm comes it feels like it’s always criticism. I never once got a thank you or anything. I’m just pretty frustrated and feeling stressed lately.

Yesterday a family member commented on my severe acne being terrible considering I’ve lost 140lbs and it’s terrible that I can’t get it under control. My mom took me to get some nice make up, and I felt like a BAB this morning when I pulled in to work with the sunrise. A family member bought me a can of the Fangst brislings with clove and allspice at a Swedish import store they visited last weekend. I cracked them open today for lunch and they are amazing! I saw people posting that they’d been able to test the new fragrances in store so I popped by yesterday and they were on sale!! Million Dollar dried down so nicely and lasted all day on my skin, kinda reminds me of Dream Cream (my og fav product 🥹). Went back today and picked up a bottle + I love it so much. I also really liked Banoffee Pie, v artificial banana at first spray but it dried down more toffee-ish. Didn’t think these were meant to be on sale yet so maybe worth checking in store!!
