Went to see ANOTHER consultant the other day and he suggested I should follow a low histamine diet. Has anyone else been told this? Has anyone has success? I identify with some of the foods on the list but not all of them. I thought my thing was acidic foods, because the times I notice flares is when I have Coca Cola, dominos pizza, my favorite strong vinegar crisps, coffee (but not often tea or matcha), orange juice. Hi everyone. I started my weight loss journey around January 28th and I have been pretty consistent since then. I’m just going to explain a few things for context: I am 20F, 5’1, and I started out at 145lbs. Since starting, I usually work out 3-5 days a week, and mainly do 30 mins of incline walking & core/back/arms weighted workouts. I weighed in last Wednesday at 142lbs.
