My two roommates habitually buy tons of groceries, but then literally never cook anything. They doordash dinner every night like clockwork. Wanted to collect some data from some of you whom use fodzyme, specifically for those with intolerances to fructan. As a quick background for myself, I am sensitive to fructan and mannitol, and a little sensitive to dairy.
