so today i started php for atypical ana. i did iop back in august but i discharged ama so i could go back to college, but now its winter break until january 12th and my outpatient team recommended doing php at least until then. Something i struggle a lot with is volume eating and “calorie banking”. So, essentially i would eat pretty minimally throughout the day and then eat the majority of my calories for the day right before going to bed because im worried that if i don’t do that i will end up binging and eating way too much. I want to sell them and get a decent price, but I don't have the time to set up a store and market each individually. We got told maybe a few weeks ago Starbucks is implementing a ten minute grace period for closing and opening, so people who have been waiting in line for drinks don’t automatically get shut down because we’re closed. OR for opening we let in customers ten minutes early who have been standing outside. So now it technically means we close and open ten minutes later. I've been looking into getting employed and moving out into a roommate-type situation within the next 12-16 months.
