Just purchased 3 items on sale in black friday sales. Clearly ticketed on sale. None of the three items came up discounted. Sales person had no idea - had to show every item was on sale. I suggested perhaps they had a system problem and were charging everyone full price but he assured me it was just my items (what are the chances i managed to pick the three that were a problem out of the whole store?) I tried ringing them to tell a customer service person assuming the check out guy wasn’t senior enough to worry. No one picked up the phone. Check your prices for on sale goods carefully i suggest. We are looking to host a welcome event on a Friday night for 30-50 guests in the Santa Ana/Costa Mesa area (within 10 miles of SNA ideally) for the night before my wedding in September 2026.
