I suspect that I experienced developmental delay I may have experienced as a result of immense trauma in my youth. When I was newly 14, a family member had almost hit me with a tennis racket. I know, what's new in federal service, right? Things are deteriorating quickly. I'm hesitant to give details because they may identify us. We've filed 2 EEOs and a union complaint within the last few weeks, but everything takes so long. The supervisor's supervisor is only acting in their role and afraid of this supervisor/useless, so that is not an option. There is clear retaliation happening because the union let the supervisor know questions were being asked toward filing a complaint. Are there any other options open to us in dealing with this supervisor?

Dealing with a neonate kitten foster currently who is struggling with overly hard poops. kitten is about 2 weeks old, we are in the US and have an emergancy vet with plans to go into medical at the shelter ASAP. kitten is on Fox valley milk replacer, is pooing in small amounts each day.
