I work at Dollar General in California and my manager only gives us our schedule one day in advance every week. We only have about 7 people at our store, but it feels like such an inconvenience. I feel like I can’t even have a life because I don’t know when I’m scheduled until the last minute. All my coworkers complain about it but never mention it to my manger.
