So both I and the redditor are from two different countries. The redditor is from the US, A fnf of is visiting the US currently. So I asked to bring a phone for me. I posted about it on reddit, a fellow redditor shared interest to sell me a phone. The problem is , he is asking money in advance through PayPal, no cash on delivery option & we don't have PayPal in my country, so I have pay through third party - so no option to claim a refund if he scams me.
