So basically my girlfriend is trying to book a hotel and it's a 21 plus hotel for check ins and one of my dads friends who works at a Marriot basically said that some of the Marriot hotels need to check your card that you use to verify that it's you? How true is this because it sounds so **** and usually id can work and we're gonna try and put it in his name but then have us as guests maybe to see if that works but then my dad's friend also said that we would have to use my dad's card so like what's the deal with all of this stuff and how true is it?

Hey everyone, I just picked up my Pokémon Center package from a FedEx store and noticed the box was damaged. I opened it immediately in front of a FedEx employee and discovered there was only one Elite Trainer Box (ETB) inside. I took a video of the unboxing and had the employee confirm that an item was missing. I’ve already contacted Pokémon Center, and they are investigating the claim. Has anyone dealt with this recently? I just left the dentist after having two teeth pulled. This is the second appointment in a month. The total is $8500 and I had to take out a small loan from a company the dentist recommended. They found a broken tooth that apparently wasn’t seen in my xrays and that cost is $2500 added on to what I already have. When it comes to purchasing any item internationally, shipping fees become a key thing to look for . I sometimes even fail to buy items from international stores because of the shipping fees. Getting stores offering free shipping fee for big purchases like motorcycles with roofs would definitely be a game changer for me. So much so we have been offered to play our local pride fest which is a big deal in the Capital City we live in.
