I am an overnight ops DS. Our team was informed last night our store is transitioning to day stock 4am-1pm. We were informed on 1/13 and have until 1/16 to make a decision on if we’re staying or going.. If you’ve been through it how did that work out for your team? My people are bringing a lot of valid questions on how things would work.
