I have been a loyal Dyson owner for 27 years. The las Dyson I bought was an $1,100 V15. After 2.5 years it stopped working. I went to the Vancouver Dyson store and they said the only way to fix this would be to get a new one. They gave me a number to call to see if I could get a 5% discount on a new one.
