My wife and I go to the Norva (1500 capacity concert venue in Norfolk, VA) all the time. I am disabled and require a personal oxygen concentrator on me . My wife has had substantial ankle injuries and surgeries. We are always provided chairs in the ada section upstairs in the balcony.
