My husband and I have been working with a broker to secure a mortgage but, recently we’ve started to feel like they aren’t really listening to us and aren’t willing to ask questions on our behalf. Just before Christmas we were comparing rates online against the rates the broker had found us and Yorkshire Building Society came up as competitive. I know zero about silver other than .999 is as pure as it gets. What I do know is that the US government increased the total money supply by 10% in one year which is eroding the store of value in every dollar. I hold bitcoin and I wanted to diversify into precious metals. Probably the smart thing to do was to buy smaller denominations but I decided to buy 1 100oz bar for no other reason than it looks cool. Not sure if there were better bars closer to spot but I decided to go big. I bought in the morning and of course silver went down by the end of the day. Hi all! The CEO wants to hire in 5 different countries by Q1 (we're starting in January… pray for me). We don't have the legal bandwidth for this, so I’m looking at EOR providers like Deel and Remote. The big thing for us is IP protection. As I understand it, Remote owns all their own legal entities, which makes the legal chain of ownership for our code feel way tighter than platforms that just outsource to local partners. Has anyone had to deal with an IP audit while using one of these? I need to make sure our docs are airtight before the end of the year.

On April 6th 1830 Mexico banned us from moving to.modern day Texas. We later had some deals made that we could come in if we followed their church, spoke spanish, and didn't bring slaves. We broke all.of these rules and treated it like our home. It eventually led to it being US territory by "squatters rights" (same logic used on native americans). We have super cheap rent via a deal with our longtime landlord. We want to move for a change in city because we’ve been in our current city for 10+ years. We work remote so that’s not an issue and a we found prospective rentals in the new city, but we’re looking at $900 more per month in rent for the same living situation and that’s a big jump for us. We can afford the new rent but just have been loving the low cost. I want to move, but I don’t want to give up the freedom and savings cheap rent gives us. WWYD??

With the recent changes, it feels like the community is split about which role is best for Vlad. A lot of people say adc, however dealing with **** supports and junglers constantly can ruin your scaling in the midgame. On the other hand, mid feels a bit underwhelming quest wise, and the potential to roam has lessened. Top although isolated, feels like exactly what Vlad wants. Not a lot of action early, and with the fae lights, junglers do not often gank topside, allowing us to scale. We can just chill up there and wait for the quest tp to become available, and then just TP to a game deciding objective and **** up everyone. I want to hear your thoughts on the new best role for Vlad
