My 13 year old chihuahua, Coco was diagnosed with congestive heart failure on her birthday this past December. Truthfully I thought we were going to lose her at that time, but thankfully the medicine they put her on made it as if she was completely better. At 3 years 1 month old, my daughter started having difficult changes. As a family, we went on a trip to Panama to see if it would be a good place to move to.
