I recently left Canada and moved to the US. Cancelled my phone account on the 2nd of October. Still being charged and any attempts to contact them hits either a 'phone not accepted' blocked help line or an AI which doesn't acknowledge my (now defunct) number. The best I've got is a 2 hour wait in a help line which timed out. And I can't go into a store to complain in person - nowhere near one. Any suggestions? I've emailed and received no reply.
