Hi all, Not from the US, dealing with some burn out now with a couple of backlogs, I am working 7am-3am almost everyday now including weekends and it’s starting to take an actual toll in my health… I am still relatively new and I am afraid of losing business or market share if we can’t continue with our 1-2 day lead time production I have some staffs under me but don’t have the margins or money to hire another photographer headcount A genuine question to those that have experienced something similar, how do you handle this without losing customers or business? Okay here it goes. I bought some really expensive socks that are supposed to last a lifetime. Short story they are nice socks but lo and behold they do not last a lifetime. Company states they will replace the “defective socks” but I have to pay return shipping and return them to them. Now they are more expensive than when I bought them the first time. I purchased the deluxe version of dakar desert racing on the PS5 it was 14 bucks. It allowed me to go into the PS store and download the desert expansion and Snow runner car DLC but no other DLC and gave me an error code. Even though every one of them said free. I cleared the cache rebuilt the database signed in and signed out deleted the game and data restarted it and any other step to try to not get the air message and download the other five DLC packs that were included in the deluxe version even safe mode and nothing worked.
