Hello, A package of mine was given to a DHL Shop in Leipzig and they dont ship it further from said store. The online reviews state that this shop is often just closed when it should be open and that package you gave them just dont get sent further for weeks on end. long story short, my package is stuck because of lack of service from a singular shop. What would my options be? We already called DHL and complained but that won't get us anywhere. The package is too far away to go there on our own and even then, the store is probably closed again.
