As title says, seller sent a smoke damaged item (fire smoke,absolutely smelled awful) they said destroy the item for a full refund. Now they just keep stalling for days now. Ali express has looked into it multiple times times, each a 48 hour wait and found I'm not owed a refund. I've spent so much energy and time, never mind the loss of the cost of the item. It has a stunning array of kits, at truly mind-boggling prices. That's what made me suspicious. Their address is listed as being in Missiouri, but their phone number has a Canadian area code and it cannot connect a call. Online registry indicates it's based in California though.
