On March 4 my X1 DVR box died. I went to the Danvers Xfinity store to swap the dead box for a new on. They told me they didn't have any replacements so they gave me an antique XG2v2-P and said they would order me a new X1 box. On March 7 a box arrived at my home but was not the X1 box but a little wireless box. I immediately went to the Burlington store and returned the little box and got the same story except their story was that this was a "warehouse mistake". They promised to order the X1 box again. I’m currently working at a Burlington store but hours are pretty limited right now. I want to At least hit my max contracted hours a week of 29 hours currently been given 23 hrs this week but want pick up the extra 10hr in another location. Is it possible to pick up extra shifts at another Burlington location (like working at two stores)? If you’ve done it before, how did you go about asking and getting approved? Appreciate any insight 🙏
