So Friday was supposed to be my first day, but the ppl at my Burlington store forgot to send me an important email beforehand via Allison from Burlington (I think so I could make a Burlington id or something), so they moved my first day to Saturday. They apologized and it was fine and I thought it was all good. But I was told that the email should be sent soon after accepting the first day change, but I never received one...again. Im currently using Planhub and I've put in bids for last 4 months and haven't got any jobs really. I put one super low and surprisingly they said I got it but it was just to test if I'd actually get a job im not making much. I'll submit a bid for a project that has 1 GC listed, I ask them a month later and they say, "we weren't awarded the job, sorry" which means another GC not on Planhub got it. If they seen my bid maybe I would have got it but they didn't. Im paying $1800 a year for it. I was thinking of trying building connect instead. I just need maximum visibility, any advice?

On March 4 my X1 DVR box died. I went to the Danvers Xfinity store to swap the dead box for a new on. They told me they didn't have any replacements so they gave me an antique XG2v2-P and said they would order me a new X1 box. On March 7 a box arrived at my home but was not the X1 box but a little wireless box. I immediately went to the Burlington store and returned the little box and got the same story except their story was that this was a "warehouse mistake". They promised to order the X1 box again.
