Arby’s Beef 'N Cheddar

3h ago

Beef 'N Cheddar: I don’t eat a lot of fast food these days, but when I do, Arby’s is one of my go-to spots. My favorite at Arby’s has always been their classic roast beef sandwich. This probably originated with me seeing my dad get them back when I was a little kid and it just kind of stuck because they taste so good. I've never had the relatively similar Beef 'N Cheddar (BNC) though. The BNC still uses Arby's famous roast beef but tops it with cheddar cheese sauce and a zesty red ranch. The sesame seed bun is also swapped for a toasted onion roll. I opted out of the zesty red ranch and instead added a slice of melty American cheese at home. Arby's does indeed ...

[0 YoE, Student, Resident Advisor, USA] RA Position at University

19h ago

This is my resume to become a RA for the dorms of my university. For my previous jobs, I never needed a resume, and I am seeking general feedback on the one I made. My university isn't a huge university, but the RA position is still highly sought after. This year there are many openings as most of the RA's are seniors, so there are a ton of open slots.

I didn't get the job at Dunkin

21h ago

Just as the title goes. I didn't get the job. Do I know why they didn't hire me? I have no clue. I really don't. At least I got an iced mocha coffee out of it. I guess I'll try again soon. I haven't had any luck with any fast food joints. Not even Arby's or Burger King. I might try again with Burger King but that's probably not going to get me anywhere. I'm ready beginning to lose my patience

I think we should rename “Everhard Rd” into “Chicken Finger Way”.

5d ago

From the corner of Everhard and Fulton, down to Everhard and Whipple (exactly 1.3 miles) there are now SIX restaurants that are just chicken. •Slim Chickens •KFC •Bojangles •Chick-fil-A •Raising Cane’s •Dave’s Hot Chicken If you count the places that aren’t exclusively chicken, but are pushing tendies hard right now, you can also add: •Wendy’s •McDonald’s •Chili’s •Arby’s I know people say that Canton/Belden has a lot of food options. And that’s definitely true. But we have SO MANY of the same kinds of restaurants. It’s actually kind of insane if you think about it.

[The American Way] - Level 23 – 911 Reenactment Society

6d ago

▶ LEVEL 23 ◀ >>> 911 Reenactment Society <<< The Stang screamed down Mount Consumerism in reverse gear, leaving only prayers and tire smoke in its wake. Behind the backwards car, the avalanche came. It was a roaring tidal wave of hollow beauty standards and dislocated limbs. Screaming bodies. Thousands. Millions of them tumbling down the impossibly steep incline. The things shrieked in almost-human voices, like dying dial-up modems trying to call for help. Their chipped fingers clawed at the ground as they tumbled. Their eyes never stopped watching. Even after they shattered. Cowboy and Kitten tore free in the muscle car, just inches ahead of ...

Was I the *******, or understandable? (USA)

Ok, so I've been debating this all day at work. Went to local McDonald's on thr way to work. I refused to pull further forward from the drive thru line while waiting for food. I had paid, they had two cars in parking spots off to the right side. They gave me my drink and told me to pull ahead. I did, to the first signs post they have, right by door sidewalk. Runner brought out an order asked if it was mine, I said no. She asked me to pull ahead. Pulled up to second sign along sidewalk. After that it curves around to left in front of store. Same runner came back out with another order asked if this was mine (it wasn't). She asked if I would pull around front. I ha...

Remember when that ***** came in claiming Arby’s meat was as good as a NY deli’s real meat?

8d ago

Artie didn’t even have to taste it and just looked at the grey gross looking substance and said he didn’t even have to taste it and pointed out the gross Arby’s meat right away. Guy couldn’t have been serious right? It’s like these idiots (like Richard) who say he likes papa John’s better than a real NY pizza place. I live in a town that has Italian roots. Like instead of yellow lines it’s the e Italian flag colors in the road. Lots of Italian restaurants, bread factories and generations of Italians who’ve lived here. We have 12-16 real pizza places in this area. But still have those fats food garbage pizza places. Not sure who decides to order that **** over actual quality...

WHAT IF THE SECOND FILM HAD BEEN MORE FAITHFUL TO THE BOOK?

10d ago

Well, for a while now I've been imagining a situation in the franchise's history that could have radically changed things: Michael Crichton's participation in the production of the second film. For those who don't know, unlike the production of the first film, the second did not have the participation of the author of the books, which resulted in an adaptation that, for many in the fandom, was the beginning of the franchise's downfall. But what if Crichton had participated? Well, I believe we would have a much more faithful adaptation, in the style of the first film: a synthesis of the book's story. Obviously, there would be changes, but the essence would be t...

GOLDEN CRISP Battered Mozzarella Cheese Sticks (by McCain Foods, ARBY's Supplier)

10d ago

Happened across these at my local Smart n' Final - these are the same cheese sticks served at Arby's restaurants, being sold to consumers under the brand name "Golden Crisp." About $9 for 2lbs. (24 sticks) I highly recommend these - Crispy, thick batter with peppery seasoning that breaks apart nicely. Really stretchy mozzarella on the inside - the biggest stretch I have ever witnessed. The mozzarella also has a salty flavor to it. These are chunky boys. Now, this batch I made does not taste the same as from Arby's, because I don't have a deep fryer. The batter is less crispy, and there's no yummy grease/oil soaked in to enhance the flavor, if you're ...

AITA for calling my friend out for her non-apology?

11d ago

My (36m) best friend (30f) canceled plans we had made and I called her out for her non-apology. I had invited her to a Friendsgiving with my friends from high school. She has been to an event or two of this group and had met most of them before. For context, the Friendsgiving is very lowkey and is a fast food potluck. Someone brought a little Caesar’s pizza, someone a bag of Taco Bell tacos. I brought Arby’s sliders and curly fries. Nothing fancy and very chill vibes. 6 days before said Friendsgiving, bf and I went to a concert. Afterward when I was dropping her off at her car, I said “ok, see you next Friday!” When she just hesitated and looked at me, I clarified “the Friendsgiv...
