So, this has been happening for a few months at my location: patients are able to request prescription refills that are expired but still showing that they have refills on the app. So for instance, one patient this morning requested on the app their prescription for blood pressure medication to be refilled. The app LET them put it through even though where I am at the prescription is expired/invalid if the prescription was not filled within the first six months of being written.
