This is part 1 of our fall “cycling” trip to Japan. We have been to Japan a few times before (this is our second time in Kyoto) but first time in Hiroshima, and also our first time cycling in Japan. The first half of our trip was in Kyoto and Hiroshima, with two full days in each city. Hi everyone, I was looking to trade-in my Iphone 14 Pro Max in-store, however the display went and I had it replaced by a third-party at a repair shop, not with an authentic apple screen. Does anyone know if Apple would still accept this phone for a trade in if I was looking to trade it in to purchase an iPhone 17 Pro Max? We got this old folding card table from a friend. He said he bought it about 20 years ago at a vintage store (we are located in Japan, but the table appears to be imported). Could someone help me to identify it? It has a small plaque inside that reads “The Chevin Trolley prov. patent 6624/50”. A quick google search suggests it could be from around the 1920s, but our table looks a bit different from photos of other Chevin Trolleys - it doesn’t have wheels or a lower shelf. Measures approx 15.5” wide, 26.5” long and 18.5” high when closed. Is our table a fake, or just a slightly different model/year? Thank you in advance!

In prep for the sale a check engine light was on so I took it to a shop, they did 3 new injectors, new injector control module and a new fuel pump. Runs perfectly. This summer I replaced the thermostat and housing with a riffraff diesel one with the hose that goes behind the belt. Overheard a conversation at the Concord store today. They “think El Paso is closing”. Please treat this as unconfirmed for now. They were also discussing Black Friday weekend finances. I won’t be disclosing the number but it was less than expected on Friday but they were making more than expected on Saturday so it evened out. The manager was like “because otherwise oooh” and then “we did well” after talking about the other Sears locations. I think that means Concord is still profitable, for now anyways and barely.
