Since I personally find it both fiddly and involving too many steps to rate music in Plexamp I've created a simple companion app for Plexamp which allows you to easily rate tracks (at random) by swiping left or right. I like working extra on the weekends so I usually pick up 4 hour shifts (different location) after working 8 hours at my store. So my sm told me I can’t do this anymore :( I really liked getting overtime:(

I took my 14 year old dog to a self serve dog wash. I have used this same place for 12 years without issue. On the day in question I tethered the dog using their tether like I always had. I was standing about a foot from my dog and grabbed the apron. As I did my dog jumped out of the tub hanging herself with the tether. I quickly grabbed her and was able to get her back to safety. The tether that was attached (by the store) was too long. Every other time I have been there my dog could barely get her feet to touch the side of the tub, she would never gave been able to get out of the tub this way. Mary Poppins Returns is listed in the $4.99 section but when you try to buy it the option does NOT exist. I closed out and reopened the app multiple times. The glitch is persistent. Anyone know if there’s a way to make this purchase?

It drives me crazy that I will have tv shows bought from Apple Store, and yet, the tv will automatically take me to a different provider to watch the next episode. For example, I own Friends. At the end of the episode, the device tried to take me to HBO to watch the next one. Right after, the tv took me to Hulu to watch the next episode of Golden Girls, which I also own. I don’t want to watch shows I own through Apple on apps with commercials! Why does Apple push other products over their own?!?

I ordered a MacBook Pro 2 weeks ago and it's ready for pickup at my local Apple store. I just found out that my brother has $140 in Apple credit that I could use. From what I've looked into, to apply this credit, I would need to refund the order and place a new one. The problem is that I ordered the 32GB model, which isn't stocked in physical stores, so I'd have to wait another 2 weeks ordering online again. I just went into the store on the Apple TV app on my Apple TV 4K…and it shows all the movies that are on sale (ie…$4.99 movies). Where typically I could scroll down to buy the Apple TV version of the movie…if available…it no longer shows an option to buy. It gives me two scenarios: 1. If the movie is available on a streaming platform, it says I can “Open It” in said streaming service 2. If it’s not on a streaming service…the only option I have is to “Add to Watchlist” Example: The film “The Amateur” is listed in the $4.99 category. I travel for work and I’ve been seeing increasingly weird TSA things. It started with videos of the head of whatever in the White House. Just the way she presents herself gave me some ick. I told myself I was being anti-feminist and shouldn’t judge her for how she looks. Then, it was her talking about how the government shut down was because of the democrats in Detroit. NEVER have I heard anything about politics in TSA lines - much less something so blatantly political. Today, I see the sign pictured. First thought I had was Germany during WWII. Maybe I’m overthinking a potentially helpful offer? At least it’s in friendly lettering lol.

I just stumbled on this really awesome Interactive Story/Chat app called “Lore” on the Apple Store. I’m currently doing the story “The Fate Game” and which is basically a dating show and you have to find your tarot card soulmate. It originally starts with 4 bachelors and then 2 come later one. The story is amazing! And you can even chat with the characters. Cons - you cannot customize your character, and you can only play female (at least for this story I started) - there aren’t any premium choices… but if you subscribe for $7.99 all the stories are unlocked. Location: Texas On October 18 I was arrested for getting into an accident and driving away. At the time I wasn’t sure then I had hit someone as they sped past me and it was dark out. 👋 Hello everyone, I’ve been researching building my first NAS to replace my Apple One subscription. I’ve concluded that I want to store my own files, photos, music and TV shows and need 8TB based on my current data amount and future considerations. I’ve been deciding between the Ugreen DXP 2800 and DXP 4800 for my budget because I still have to factor in 2 to 4 drives and a UPS. I’m using the Ugreen Raid calculator to figure out my redundancy risk tolerance. There are a lot of variables in all of these Raid configurations.
