Location: Michigan I racked up about 11K in CC debt on my two discover cards. I make the minimum payments every month and balance doesn’t go down because of my interest, but the minimum is all I can afford. I’m getting married this fall and moving to Australia at the end of this year to be with my husband. What are my chances of Discover coming after me and getting sued there?
