I'm getting this error when making a new Apple ID account. I tried everything, restarting my computer, signing in from an iPhone, using a different email, every time I try to sign the agreement it gives me this error. It's really frustrating because my girl just switched to Mac from Windows and she experiences this at first glance. She's unable to download the apps she needs on the app store because of this. Me and my partner just bought our first house. It’s been incredible but this tree haunts me. Just got off the chat with what I am assuming was an Apple Support Chatbot. Anyway, I was told my order was canceled for no apparent reason, and the support entity confirmed that stating that they were being completely transparent. The interesting thing here is that the order went through the entire process from processing, to shipping to store, to ready for pick up. The order happened to cancel when I checked on my lunch break because it said that it was ready for pick up today but not to head to the store until notified.
