Just walked over to the UPS store on Winthrop off of Bryn Mawr and it's closed. But like permanently. It directs you to the store at 6446 N Sheridan. Gentlemen there said Corporate received an "emergency call about the terrible customer service" and shut it down. In a day. Right now in PVP, COPs are in a tragically unhealthy state. It’s a never ending game of cat and mouse with no meaning. **My proposed fixes** **Capture mechanic** First, to capture a COP, instead of holding F for 5 seconds it should require a resource (‘SAT Link Drive’ for example) that you plug into the computer. There should be different types of this device. For example, one version of the device captures a COP in 30 seconds BUT expires quicker resetting the base faster.
