Bought GC as a gift for a relative and when they went to use it and it had no balance. Checked balance on Macy’s website and the card number was invalid. Called Macy’s, said they’d file a claim, few days later it was denied and that they could no longer do anything about it and to call cvs. Went to cvs store where I bought GC and they said they couldn’t do anything about it, call cvs corporate. Called corporate, said they’d get back to me in 7-10 days after an investigation. Received a call today from them asking for a claim number from Macy’s which I never received. Although i am not really tied to the apple ecosystem, i use legion as laptop, soundcore earbuds etc but i am really pleased and satisfied about the life and reliability it gave me.
