I think this will be great to fill in the empty store fronts on that side of Gay St. I just hope they approach the exterior of the new location a lot kinder and considerate than they did the Market Square location. It looks incredibly cheap compared to how the inside is decorated and designed. The vibe of this bar is amazing, I will say. Looking forward to all the changes 2026 will bring Gay St

I recently upgraded from an Intel iMac to a Mac mini 4. On my iMac, I had a setup with four external SATA IDE hard drives connected via two USB-A docks (link). These drives stored media that I streamed to my TV using the Apple TV Plex app. The iMac ran 24/7, with the display set to sleep after a few minutes, but the system and drives remained fully accessible thanks to some specific settings I configured in macOS Big Sur. Now, I’ve connected the same docks and drives to the Mac mini using a USB-A to USB-C adapter, which allows me to plug them into either the front or back ports of the mini. I am currently planning a Japanese N Scale layout. The track plan currently is two plans from Model Railroader Magazine. The PRR Junita and Erie RR at Herbton layout plans. My layout is going to be powered EXCLUSIVELY by DC. Most people have suggested that I “go to DCC” or install DCC decoders in my locomotives. But Installing DCC on N Scale is a pain in the rear to do, especially on KATO steam locomotives, which I've heard are not really DCC friendly. I want to know how would you wire this layout for DC only. And sorry for the layout picture. It was made very crudely to give me an idea on what it would look like.

I am considering a relocation to AZ for a job squarely in downtown Phoenix (near where the PHX Suns play). Single male, early 30s, no kids. I am in-need of assistance locating safe, gated, quiet apartments to live in within reasonable commuting distance of downtown PHX. I have no desire to be near nightlife (I don't club/party).
