Just had a talk with our O/N coach about leaving early yesterday, I told the SL I was leaving and that I was uncomfortable with telling our coach because he’s rude and disrespectful. I got pulled into the office and told it was disrespectful because I didn’t tell him, also he was upset about our times but I told him down stacking and a number of other things like plugs and zoning isn’t included in our times and he flat out said yeah you’re right they’re not. Tell me something I didn’t know? Unfortunately I can’t leave due to being mentally exhausted and emotionally stressed. I’m submitting my report to the market manager and ethics tomorrow.
