Long story short I got one replacement AirPod. It will not connect to Find My and this is the message I’m getting. I took it back to the Apple Store and they assured me the AirPod is brand new, not refurbished and not connected to someone else’s account and that the software just has to update. I’ve had it for a week and it still says this. Any advice or has anyone dealt w this before? Ty!

Hi! My kitten bit into the top right corner of my screen into the black edge of the glass and took off a tiny chunk. It looks less noticeable in reality as these are really close up but I am worried this could cause cracks further into the screen. Should I get it checked at the Apple Store?
