Go to the Walmart app and search for "breath of the wild switch 2" and click on the switch 2 physical version specifically and then select pickup and keep changing the store location until you find one that says it's "$40.00" for some reason that's the only game that will show up discounted on the app. Whichever store shows breath of the wild switch 2 edition for $40 will have all the games at that discounted price you've been seeing.
