I am working on a huge crochet project in which I need to dye small parts of the finished piece, forgive my being vague but my friend who this is for has my reddit account so just bein careful :,) Because of the nature of the project and the location of dye, it was heavily recommended in the pattern to use natural fibers but I could only find acrylic in the craft store near me. With this, I was thinking of using pastels on top of the yarn instead of dyes since it is more forgiving and less expensive.
