Hi, i have this for not more than a month and wanted to know if i should be concerned. I haven’t noticed this on other apps where I can type (like messaging/notes etc). Specifically on Twitter (or X whatever), I’m getting the corrective suggestion way out of the screen. It’s appearing at the top, on the notification bar almost. I tried to type typographical errors intentionally to see if this pops up on other times but only tried on Facebook app yet. wondering if I should go back to the store and raise this concern, or if its a known issue/bug by apple? A month ago I spilled some strawberry shake on my Macbook Pro M4 Pro and it stopped working the same moment, I took it to Apple and got a quote for Rs. 145k (With GST), I got it back because it made no sense to get it fixed there, so I got it opened on a third party store and they also refused to fix it as the motherboard needs replacing. Today I went to apple store again but they termed the device as not eligible for service. I've no use of this Macbook now. Open for suggestions if anyone here have been into a similar situation.

I took my iPhone to the Apple Store with an appointment for battery service. All was well, took about an hour. When I got it back, they mentioned that the screen broke during replacement and they replaced it. Also some weird story about a billing system and that I didn’t have to pay anything. Reading this sub made me realize that Apple has done this more often / they just don’t charge for the battery service and won’t give a reason for it. Why? When people come in to an Apple Store ready to pay bucks to replace their battery, why would they not charge for it? I have an Apple Watch with fall detection enabled. In theory, if I fall, it first contacts my emergency contacts and then calls emergency services if I’m unresponsive. My question is: if it calls emergency services while I’m unconscious, what actually happens on their end? Does it automatically share any information about me, like my location or medical details? I just made the change to CachyOS from windows. 1. I tried editing the fstab file putting the UUID in and that didnt end up working. 2. I tried the kde partition manager setting up a mount location. that also didnt work. The goal is to have my 500gb nvme be my boot drive which works now.
