Just did a shopping order and lost my **** pro shopper rating because the **** buldak soup isn’t for sale in the ShopRite I went to. I called support and told the lady they don’t sell that here. She said she would “write a note” so I wouldn’t get dinged and to just mark it as “can’t find item location” and to take the picture for both buldak soups that were added by customer. However, after paying I noticed that they charged my card more than the amount that was stated on the page before you click “pay now.” With everything I have bought online, this is the first company it has happened with.
